Cheetham, Manchester, >100£

Morley North, Leeds, 20-30£
20/09/2020: We wanted to continue supporting great restaurants but sadly will not return to Prashad. Starters were fantastic. Mains OK. Service OK. But our table was dirty - surface and food underneath the table plus dusty rails and blinds. Incredibly offputting especially now of course. Plus meal overly expensive - shocked by the total, over £70 for a pretty average lunch and soft drinks - prices difficult to ascertain whilst trying to scroll through 11 page PDF via QR code. Very sad all round.
16/09/2020: Prashad is simply the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to! My partner rarely eats vegetables and he love it. We will definitely be back and I will tell everyone I know how amazing it is. We even met Minal and thanked her for an amazing meal. 100% recommended <3

Secret Spices

Salmestone, Thanet
10/09/2020: My partner treated me to dinner here as a birthday surprise and I am very impressed with everything we had the staff are friendly and attentive the food is delightful and not your standard Indian restaurant offering there's venison lobster lamb shank to name a few the restaurant is spotlessly clean and modern and they even send a piece of cake with happy birthday on the plate as they asked my partner if the booking was for a special occasion they made no charge for this lovely gesture will definitely be visiting again soon.
09/09/2020: My Family & I often visit Secret Spices for meals and it’s always a pleasure. The food is fantastic & service is impeccable!

Mantra Progressive Indian

Abbey, Bath and North East Somerset
08/06/2020: For a while we had been searching for a truly good Indian and at last, we were recommended Mantra by a friend of a friend and we've never looked back. Mantra produces freshly-cooked, exquisite Indian cuisine. It's phenomenal! We can't recommend it enough. I can't wait to order it for takeaway again and to actually physically go to the restaurant, once lockdown has ended. Definite 5 stars *****
08/06/2020: My daughter (chef) has been raving about Mantra for a while but as we've never really been into takeaways we've been slow to take up her recommendation. How I wish we'd paid attention sooner! Seriously fantastic food - excellent spicing and everything tastes incredibly fresh. Lovely flavour combinations and so far from your average Indian takeaway. Absolutely loved every mouthful and will ordering regularly from now on. Considerate service and courteous delivery. So impressed!

Little Kahuna

Newquay Central, Cornwall,Isles of Scilly, <20£
23/09/2020: So good. Not easy to get a table as Kahuna books up fast, but I managed to dine here twice on my recent stay in Newquay. I have reviewed Kahuna before some years back, and it just seems to keep getting better. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. The food is sublime and there is such a large choice that it is hard to know where to begin. I went with friends the first time and we kicked off with the seaweed which was lovely, our starters were the weeping tiger, coconut prawns and chilli squid all exceptional. We have a variety of mains, mine was the jungle curry, oh my it was hot and spicy but just delicious, and ice creams all round to finish.I went on my own the second time, I have to try the weeping tiger as it had looked so good when my friend had it, and I wasn’t disappointed. Chicken rendang to follow, the rendang has always been a favourite here. Can’t fault the place.
22/09/2020: We always return, the food takes us back to Thailand. Lovely deco, nice staff, amazing desserts. One of the best places to eat in Newquay or Cornwall in general.

Quarry and Coton Hill, Shropshire
24/09/2020: It's nice to see a high street Nepalese/Indian restaurant having some different and innovative dishes on the menu. With that in mind we tried the Mustang Beef and Duck Sawangan to start. Both were tasty but the meat overcooked or re-heated. For main we had the Duck Jalfrezi and the Chicken Haravani. Both were tasty and different to your typical curries but the duck was again overcooked. With a tip, the bill came to £64 with a couple of Nepalese lagers so standard high street prices. Service was good and we had a reasonable meal.
19/09/2020: We come here very often as a couple, but this time we came with our friends. We loved it as always! Delicious food and very attentive staff.

College, Cheltenham, 30-45£
05/08/2020: I can never fault the food here. It's always so fresh. Not like what you get elsewhere in the UK. Will keep coming back
04/08/2020: We ordered a takeaway for a special occasion. This is the second 'post Covid' takeaway we've had. As usual the food from KIBOUsushi was superb. Ordering the food is easy as is the process for picking it up. They are clearly very busy; 3 cars, 2 Deliveroo pickups and 2 people on foot all whilst we were waiting for our takeaway - which was brought out to our car on time. Everything about this place is excellent. We'll definitely be back soon.

Nawaab Saab

Nuthall West and Greasley (Watnall), Broxtowe
02/09/2020: Visited this restaurant 1/9/2020. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. This might be my number 1 Indian restaurant!
02/09/2020: Unbelievable Food & Service! Had an amazing meal on Monday, service was impeccable and will 100% be returning.

Royal Balti House

Farnworth, Bolton, 20-30£
15/09/2020: I had take away at the weekend have to say the food was amazing specialy the new Bolti, which was named after Bolton. I also had delicious chicken tikka roll starter. Also they have drive thru service at weekend at rear of the restaurant. Thank you for excellent food and service.
10/09/2020: We were booked to dine in today for our anniversary unfortunately due Bolton lockdown rules the restaurant is only doing take away and delivery service. We decided to order delivery, which came on time and pipping hot. They gave a balloon a card and a cake which was very generous of them. Fantastic service. Had a great meal, wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Turtle Bay

City Centre, Manchester
20/09/2020: Had a lovely meal as always, the food is consistently fantastic, great service by zeeshan and the team. We will be back soon. Thank you
18/09/2020: The food here was really nice and our waiter zeeshan was ever so sweet. Food can have a bit more flavour other than that the it was amazing. Ambiance is cozy yet chic and cute for taking pictures.

City and Hunslet, Leeds, 30-45£
16/09/2020: Just eaten at Tharavadu. Amazingly great food. Great service. If you’re in Leeds and love a curry come here. Just do it.
15/09/2020: Hello,Went to this retsaurant over family lunch as this is famous for Kerala Food and was also recommended by a friend. The Medu Wada is really delicious and scrumptious and a must have starter. Also, the fish dishes were really great along with laccha paratha - this is really huge paratha and really fill you up.Also, other snack recommendation would be Paper Masala Dosa. This resturant is visited by Indian Cricket team whenever they play in Headigley and has a cricket bat signed on it's wall. Not that this is related to the food but again to show that this is popular :-)Great service, city centred location and quite economic so, a great combo of reasons to recommend this place if you're in Leeds!

Momo House

Peppard, Reading, 20-30£
03/09/2020: Momo house offers a great menu and each member of the family are able to find something they like. Staff are attentive and accommodating and the food is always excellent. We do take-out and eat-in. The atmosphere is excellent (especially in these Covid times). I have mixed feelings about posting this review as I would love others to find them, but also do not want them to be too busy to serve me!
31/08/2020: We order regularly from Momo, mainly for their vast array of starters and sides. We are always impressed with their food but today our food was just spot on. Every single dish was tastier than ever, full of flavour and perfectly hot and fresh, even down to the bread and rice. The pani puri sauce was exceptionally delicious today too!

The Khukuri

City Centre, Edinburgh, City of
09/09/2020: One of the better curries I've had. Mix of Indian and Nepalese dishes which we tried a mixture of. Service was quick and servers where friendly and attentive. Prices are very responsible. £50 for two of us with one drink each.Generous with rice portions which are alot larger than other similar cuisine restaurants we have been to. Can't fault the experience so 5*
08/09/2020: My partner said his paneer curry was the best he has ever had, the subtle balance and blend of authentic spices made it absolutely delicious and my meal was also great, I also had a great paneer curry mine was sweet and nutty. Service was very good as well.

Upton and Hanley, Malvern Hills
19/09/2020: Wow, Food is fantastic. I would highly recommend the Chaman Bahar (No.21 on the menu) for stater. Service is great, Chondon Miah makes time for customers making everyone feel very welcome. Highly recommended
15/09/2020: We were greeted very warmly by the staff at Thrishna and they were very attentive throughout our meal. The owner helpfully recommended suitable dishes based on our preferences and the food didn't fail to disappoint. It was the best Indian meal I've had outside of India itself. The portions were very generous and we couldn't finish everything so we took the Naan bread with us to enjoy the next day! If ever I am in the area again, I will be sure to eat there.

Noya's Kitchen

Abbey, Bath and North East Somerset
03/09/2020: Me and my girlfriend went here for a dinner on one of the Pho/Curry Thursday nights, and the food was so nice! We went with the dumplings and curry and we were loving it! Would recommend for sure to anyone.
23/08/2020: Visited Noyas for the Friday Supper Club after recommendations from friends who had previously visited and enjoyed the food and atmosphere.Whilst Noya was an excellent host the food failed to live up to expectations. The 4 courses were bland contained far too many noodles and rather worryingly several of the mussels were ‘dead’ and should not have been served. The caramel desert was fine but for £45 a head this didn’t represent good value.Needless to say I shall not return.
