Went for my friend's birthday drinks and atmosphere was 10/10!!! Thanks again to Harrison and Chloe for excellent service and for making it such a great night!

NJ was amazing and the vibes were amazing, my fav drink was candy sour, and the sundowners. I had a ceased salad with salmon which was soooo gooodddd.

One of the worst dining experienes I have ever received. From pushy waitresses asking for positive reviews for quite frankly doing very little. Too undercooked food resulting in illness. All of this was reported before being shut down. I will not be returning and advising others to avoid!

Absolutely appalling, first time going there a few weeks ago for my best mates birthday, myself and his partner fell ill with sickness and diarrhea hours after eating. I emailed to complain and absolutely nothing was done about it other than getting back some crappy report that was complete false. They then closed the case and said there was nothing they could do about it. Absolutely p*ss poor service, what makes it even worse is one of the waiters who took over half way through thought she could stick an "Optional" £8.00 service charge on top of the bill which I asked them to remove, she rudely interrupted two conversations, didn't even ask if we wanted any further drinks etc but persisted us to go onto Trustpilot and leave a review for some pathetic "Competition" she was having with a colleague. Quite frankly a joke and I will not be going back

Service by Kaela was exceptionally good, incredibly friendly and hardworking. Was able to fully explain the menus and recommend suitable choices for a diabetic friend

Went here on a busy Saturday night. Everything was flawless from start to finish. Friendly staff, quality food, exceptional service and amazing cocktails! Great they do the 2 4 1 on cocktails until 6.30pm and so many wonderful choices. I will let my pictures do the talking. This Turtle Bay knocks it out of the park :-)
