Kaela was absolutely amazing , the best service , the new menu is outstanding , I love the new drinks 😎

Back again for a post-gym-meal and once again I get reminded why it is my go to spot. Kaela gave me amazing service and made the experience great!

It was a leaving do meal , kaela served us , from the start till the end she was absolutely lovely. A very friendly, energetic and smiley person , attentive to everyone's need.She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our order. She made the whole experience 10 times better.

for a friday on the last bottomless brunch spot we didn’t expect the fastest service but Kaela was very fast and efficient and made sure we had the best and fastest experience!! She was involved with us and made sure we had the best time and even selected personal recommendations for our drinks! couldn’t praise her enough!! Give her the bottle of wray and nephew that she deserves

We came for a bottomless brunch and had Lily as a waitress. Lily was amazing at welcoming us and making sure we had our needs met by checking everything was okay and making sure we never ran out of drinks😂, could not recommend her enough! x

The manager Rick is my hero, what a guy. Really knows how to run a shift. the food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, top food, drinks were amazing, fresh drinks, 10/10 food and drinks. it was clean, toilets so clean, service was top tier, amazing all round, would always recommend to my friends, 10/10 service. jerk chicken was amazing, brown chicken was so fresh. Plantain so fresh. Drinks so fresh. Cheesecake was 11/10

We love to visit this place. As the food is delicious and staff so friendly. We were served by Narem, he is a nice lad, very polite. I recommend this place.

Flavourless food. Does not capture the flavours of the Caribbean. Not even a hint of saltfish with the ackee in the rolls. The coleslaw is real bland. The spicy chips were really salty. I was really disappointed with my meal. It was my first time at TB and I reckon it may be my last. The cocktails and the ginger beer are ok. The background music is great.

Kuba was stupendous a legend and a highlight. Choe is a pro with the cocktails. Would gjve ten stars if I could. Ackee toast is amazing and so is the jamaica wake up. Turtle bay cov is the place to go

Service and food were amazing! I regularly visit turtle bay but on this visit it was extremely good. Our server Jasmine was extremely efficient, very friendly and attentive. Great cocktails as usual but only thing I could argue was the lack of Wray and nephews in some of them, only two now that have it in it….get more of the good stuff in it!
