Absolutley blown away by the customer service and beautiful food in this restaurant and it wholly deserves its 5*, number 1 status.
Greeted at the door, we were early and we politely told the table would be 15mins….popped across the road for a pint, came back and waiter greeted us with first name and sat us at our table.
The food - extremely tasty, well presented, varied and the restaurant is happy to make changes should you not like something on the menu. Possibly one of the best Indian meals I’ve had in my 55 years!
The service - what can I say that hasn’t already been said? Attentive, interested, chatted to my niece about her choice of university course, wasn’t just being polite, but REALLY chatted. Wanted to know about us, what we’d done in Newcastle, what were our plans. We honestly felt like the only table in there so attentive were they.
And finally, the price. Staggeringly reasonable. Just go.
Fabulous tasty food, service was amazing even though it was very busy, always someone there to check when we wanted more food/drink, all waiters were happy which was nice to see!
We booked a table Saturday lunchtime to celebrate our son's engagement.
We have been a few times in the past and enjoyed each visit. Therefore, we decided to bring our future daughter-in-law and her parents for luch at this special place.
Once again we were not disappointed the food and the service were excellent.
Looking forward to our next vist very soon.
Me and my partner are in Bath for a romantic getaway, we went to Cappadocia for dinner and I have so many things to say. I don’t know where to fully start, we were greeted and seated promptly even though we were 15 minutes early.
Our waiter was Ersin, he was super knowledgeable about the menu and steered me in the right direction. I had the lamb, which was completely to die for; I have genuinely never enjoyed food that much in a long time. As a chef I always find it hard to enjoy food; but here I forgot I was a chef and simply just enjoyed every single bite.
My partner had the mixed kebab and loved it; our desserts were equally as delicious as our mains. My partner had the Baklava and she said it was perfect. I had the cheese and pastry dish (sorry can’t remember its name) it was another great recommendation by Ersin.
I genuinely enjoyed everything about my meal, and the service matched the food. Both are a credit to Cappadocia.
If you are going here, please book in advance; as it was busy but it’s easy to see why.
We will be coming again.
And once again thank you for a perfect meal.
Nice food, simple menu and great pies. Glad we arrived early as the pub is very popular. Would have preferred to book online, however my phone message was promptly returned.
I went to Fifi’s this afternoon with my daughter we had the lunch special and dessert, the food tasted incredible, the service was brilliant,we was served by Phoebe and she had amazing customer service skills and was so polite save to say I’m 100 percent satisfied with the outcome and will be returning again
We visited Linguine for a family birthday meal and this turned out to be a great choice. The warm welcome and service throughout was appreciated. The food was excellent and they are very accomodating for any allergies and intolerances. The menu is varied and there are also specials. Price very reasonable especially with BYOB. They kindly served our own birthday cake and a tasteful rendition of happy birthday to cap a lovely evening! Will certainly be returning and would heartily recommend.
Brilliant food, especially the avocado toast and the dirty fries. Has an amazing atmosphere and great decor. Staff as friendly and provided great service.
Was a little hard to find. Will definitely come again
Visited Ponte Nuovo on 26th February with family. Had not been for quite a while, but was still as good as ever. Staff, particularly Roland, were fantastic and food was amazing. Experience was enjoyed by us all. Will be back again soon. Thank you.
