Cheetham, Manchester, >100£

College, Cheltenham, 30-45£
27/08/2018: Getting a table can be tricky. It's a small place and always busy. Most recently we ordered a takeaway from Kibou. A takeaway is never going to be as good as a sit-in meal, but our food was excellent.
26/08/2018: My Brother who is a bit of a foodie recently visited Cheltenham and went to lunch here which he really rated.

Royal Balti House

Farnworth, Bolton, 20-30£
20/08/2018: We have eaten here a few times in the past the food is always spot on as is the service.
20/08/2018: We went last Friday with family for my son's Birthday. My son given ballon on table saying happy birthday and card also lovely chocolate cake. The food we always try something different from the very big menu but today most of ended up having new BOLTI dish. Because the last time we came we had taste of new finger licking we could not resist not have it again. This place have friendly helpful staff and very friendly relaxing environment. We been here so many times never had one bad meal. I would recommend this restaurant highly if you are looking good restaurant and service.

Pundits Fusion

Upton and Hanley, Malvern Hills, 30-45£
30/08/2018: At least once a month we treat ourselves to a Pundits visit, the delicious food and excellent service impresses us over and over again. The Fish Supreme and Tak Jal Misty with rice and cheese nans are to die for, we absolutely love coming here!
28/08/2018: A group of us ate here. Most dishes were mild and sweet, and not to my taste, but I asked for my chicken tikka saag madras hot and it was georgous as was the shashlik. Service good, toilets clean and extra onions provided with the popadoms.

Morley North, Leeds, 20-30£
30/08/2018: I have been on a couple of occasions before and was terribly disappointed with my recent visit. The waiting staff didn't seem to care, or be willing to share information about the dishes in order to help us to decide what to eat. This made it hard for the meat eaters among the group to get a grasp of what they would like in comparison to a regular curry. I am a vegetarian and I have to say you can get better vegetarian curries at the local Indian. Not all bad though the onion bajis were to die for. Shame I didn't have them for the main.
30/08/2018: Amazing Indian vegetarian food. Unusual dishes, beautifully presented and so tasty. Loved it. Wish I lived closer to go more often.

Koinonia Restaurant

Castle, Newark and Sherwood, >100£
18/08/2018: We came here for a birthday meal. Everything was absolutely delicious. Amazing food and service was 10/10. Very enjoyable visit!
13/08/2018: Empfehlenswert ist das Thali Angebot.

The Journeyman Restaurant & Cookery School

St Issey, Cornwall,Isles of Scilly, 30-45£
29/08/2018: We booked a table having read the reviews and looked at their website. Unfortunately for us it didn’t live up to any of the expectations. Very quaint, like sitting in someone’s front room, and service was pleasant but sadly the food wasn’t great. Depends on your taste and what you’re used to but for us most dishes tasted a bit like a ready meal curry from a supermarket! We don’t eat particularly spicy curries so found everything tasted the same. Think we are spoilt as we have a fantastic curry house at home. The mushroom starter here was covered in sweet chilli bottled sauce, the prawn starter tasted like Young’s bake in the oven prawns. And the ping of the microwave didn’t dispel this thought. “Asian fusion” seems to be that half of the menu is curry and the other half Thai. Not somewhere either of us would recommend sadly and not sure who rated this one of the top 50 places to eat curry in the UK, they must live a very sheltered life. We were so disappointed as really looking forward to it, particularly as it’s always fully booked.
28/08/2018: Such a wonderful charecterful place set inside a magnificent old mill. IT looks like the sort of place that will serve good old fashioned traditional food, but no, not here....

Barricane Beach Cafe

Georgeham and Mortehoe, North Devon, 30-45£
29/08/2018: Well sheltered cove with great sand and rock pools to explore.
29/08/2018: August 2017 - We found this little gem on our last day. There is a small cafe at the bottom and from 5pm to 7pm they serve curry.

Da Mount Gurkha

Victoria, Sefton, 20-30£
28/08/2018: This restaurant is just down the road from us and I was a little sceptical to begin with as it’s Nepalese food, but I didn’t need to be the food is FANTASTIC and the staff are really friendly and help u all the was, we have been a couple of times and we will be going again, fabulous food
27/08/2018: Small place but very large assorted menu, staff so friendly, food fabulous, would definitely recommend.

Little Kahuna

Newquay Central, Cornwall,Isles of Scilly, <20£
18/08/2018: After searching for a restaurant on a busy Saturday night we were pointed towards Kahuna and were please try surprised to say the least. Lovely atmosphere, food was incredible (Thai red curry) and staff were great. Will definitely come back!
18/08/2018: My wife and I had a meal here last night. I had the Nasi Goreng and my wife spring rolls and fried rice. The meals were delicious and frshly prepared. Each menu choice had a veggie option. I chose this based on Trip Advisor reviews and was not disappointed.

The 29029

St. Martin, Purbeck
05/09/2018: Visited here for about the fourth time in recent weeks. Service is very good and attentive. The pork vindaloo is very tasty and authentic, hot but not that hot you can’t taste the food. Lots of great menu choice of uncommon meals and the normal favorites. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Will defiantly make it our regular place to eat an authentic Indian meal
04/09/2018: I cant think of anything bad to say, it was sublime, tasty, generous portions.... I want to go back!!!

Rasa Indian Restaurant

Bickenhill, Solihull, <20£
13/08/2018: My family and I are regulars here, we love the food and are always greeted with a warm welcome. The starters are delicious, the curries are tasty and the menu is reasonably priced. The service is usually pretty quick as well. And according to Facebook, it has just been shortlisted for the Good Food Award 2018, so they're obviously doing something right!! Would definitely recommend.
12/08/2018: Really enjoyed our dinner here, we waited a fair amount of time which is not a bad thing. Tasted very fresh, good lamb, paneer was good too.. fairly average price. Would visit again if passing, we live 100 miles away.

Gurkha Curry Lounge

Burton, East Staffordshire, 20-30£
27/08/2018: Nice surroundings, excellent food and service. The rice portions were a little small. Service was friendly and attentive
25/08/2018: Regular customer but recently noticed quality isn't what it was. Cold food when delivered and chicken tough and chewy. Flavours not great either. What happend? Shame. Will have to find alternative.

Yeti Nepalese Restaurant

St Clement's, Oxford, <20£
27/08/2018: Great little place. A bit out of town if you're walking but well worth it. Three in our party. One not keen on over spicy food, a vegan and myself. Something on the menu for everyone. All of us had the Nepalese dishes and they were proper tasty. Friendly staff, attentive but not fussing over us.Nepalese beer was good and prices were very reasonable. Would definitely visit again.
26/08/2018: We went here mainly because of the positive reviews on TripAdvisor but it wasn’t really anything special. I have eaten Nepali food before and although I’m not an expert, this didn’t seem particularly authentic, more like an Indian restaurant with a few Nepali dishes. The food was much milder than advertised, e.g. dishes marked as “hot” were actually very mild. Portions were good and so was service with a few niggles. The menu listed half a Kingfisher being available but when my husband ordered this he was told it would come in a bottle which turned out to be a very large bottle, over a pint, and not safe to drink if you are driving. Also the restaurant advertises a student discount. I produced my student ID card, but as I was the only student in a party of 3 they said they could not apply it to the whole bill. Although we had spent over £50 they only applied half of the 10% discount so we got £2.50 off our meal instead of £5 which felt rather stingy and is something I have not encountered anywhere else. It was an OK meal but I would not go back.

Rose Of Bengal

Castle Donington, North West Leicestershire, <20£
17/07/2018: I thought I would try the Rose of Bengal for a change with a couple of friends we usually frequent Ghandi's in the village but to be honest we were a little tired of the "false" welcome and increasingly poor service we had been receiving there.
13/07/2018: Really reasonable prices, good quality of food and good service. Recommended to try out in Castle Donington
