Sin duda calidad precio muy buena. Marisco de calidad cocinado al momento y a buen precio. Nosotros pedimos los mejillones al vino blanco, gambas que eran cigalas com mantequilla y vieyras con mantequilla.

Amazing seafood, fresh and delicious. This little hut is always busy and sells out fast! No frills just awesome seafood. Staff were brilliant, quick service and friendly. Cash only. Get there early!

We visited the Green Shack during our visit in Oban. On several days I had the fresh mussels, prawns as well as salmon sandwiches and their famous prawn sandwich. The sea food they served was the freshest and best sea food I ever had and I ate lots of sea food. If you are in Oban, take time and enjoy this fresh local sea food. Please note that they do not accept card payments, cash only.

Been once. Wouldn’t bother again. Crab sandwich had cartilage in it and very limp lettuce. Experience made worse by seagulls rummaging through the bins which didn’t have lids on.

Contacted them via Facebook to see if it was possible to get a seafood platter when we were getting the ferry to Mull. They were more helpful, the seafood platter was waiting for us when we arrived for the ferry, they packed it my cool bag with ice and what a brilliant meal we had on arrival at our holiday cottage.

This place is such fun and the fresh seafood is fantastic. All the family enjoy this place and talk about it all the time. Take tissues/wipes!

Cash only. Have small change. Had 5 lunches there, tried various items: scallops, cold shrimp, lobster sandwich, mussels, crab sandwich, prawn sandwich. Value-for-money. Convenient location near Calmac harbour. Communal benches: Grab a seat, eat and make friends with fellow diners/travellers! Eat fast though, in the colder months the cold wind makes the food turn cold fast.

I bought 5 oysters for eating outdoors at the hut. They were large, fresh, beautifully prepared and exceptionally good. Can't recommend highly enough.

Got to sample some great seafood from the local waters in Oban. Service quick and courteous, prices good and the seafood was excellent. Make this a must do on your things in Oban.

Cash only!! Great quality and value. We got the seafood platter for 2 and asked for it to be wrapped up as we were heading for the ferry. We saved it for dinner than night with a bottle of white and we’re not disappointed. Lots of variety and delicious.

Really disappointed with food and service. Mussels over cooked and scallops bland & not seared. Sliced supermarket bread which was soggy and pretty awful. Claimed not to have enough cash/coins and so gave us less change back than was due when we paid. Server thought...

Locally known at The Green Shack and located by Oban’s ferry terminal. Delicious seafood, cooked onsite, table eating area outside but covered by tarpaulin. Unpretentious, friendly and reasonably priced, a taste of Scotland 😋

Este es un puesto de comida al aire libre que sirve mariscos. Langosta, mejillones, pescado. Bien cocinado y buen servicio, instalaciones de lavado de manos al aire libre. Sentados o de pie en las mesas / bar, encontrar espacio no fue fácil. Un rumor general sobre este café a un precio razonable. Sándwiches para llevar somos geniales para nuestro picnic, fuimos allí dos días seguidos porque era muy bueno.

My first ever oyster and it was delicious only cost 95 pence and I followed this up by purchasing cooked scallops in garlic with sauce dip and lettuce . It was superb there were 5 enormous scallops cooked to perfection and only cost £ 9.95 I would recommend visiting and sampling their fresh products when they reopen in the spring.

Can't get any fresher than this, and delicious too. Highly recommended if you can stand the cold and wind.

it must be said when you see a very long line of poeple waiting to buy there fish lunch then it tells you that this represents quality and great value,when we ordered our lunch we were given a ticket and told to take a seat and they will bring the food to us ,it was superb and very filling well worth the money and you could smell and taste the freshness ,well to all who work there keep up the good work .HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went big on the large platter for 2. Oh boy, it was good. The scallops aren't like the ones you get in supermarkets. These things were the size of golf balls! Tasty too. Really good experience and really good fresh food.

es un poco caotico pero el producto es muy bueno, comimos el combinado con bogavante y realmente todo muy fresco y bueno y BARATO. Tienes que luchar por una mesa y comer con tenedor de plástico, no venden alchohol, así que si te traes unos buenos cubiertos y vino en la mochila eso que tienes ganado.

Dieser Fischimbiss wurde uns von unserem Gastgeber empfohlen als sehr frisch und lecker. Tatsächlich geht es extrem umtriebig her, man muss überhaupt nicht lange warten, das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am langen Stehtisch oder der langen Bank findet sich ebenfalls schnell ein Platz. Fisch war frisch, allerdings kaum mariniert oder gewürzt, also sehr natureller Fisch. Wir haben eine Platte für zwei geteilt die leider auch ohne Jakobsmuscheln war (auf den Hummer haben wir freiwillig verzichtet). Danach haben wir noch Austern nachbestellt, die waren jedoch nicht so gut, was vermutlich auch an der fehlenden Zitrone lag. Fazit: sehr gut kann man mal machen, aber Haut einen jetzt nicht von den Socken...zumal wir sehen konnten wie die Shrimps aus einer abgepackten, tiefkühl tesco Tüte rausgeholt wurden...

Es ist eine dieser kleinen Zufallsbegegnungen. Du schlenderst am Hafen entlang und triffst dieses kleine Hau-ruck-Restaurant, in dem alte Männer Muscheln kochen und breitgebaute Einheimische Jakobsmuscheln sautieren. Und in Windeseile an die Passanten bringen. Frisch, gut gemacht, mit einem Lächeln und viel Enthusiasmus. Das Resultat: Eine Portion Mussels für 3 Pfund 95, so fein und frisch, wie ich sie schon lange nicht mehr gekostet habe. Eine Portion riesige Jakobsmuscheln für unter 10 Pfund, perfekt sautiert, mit Knoblauch und Zwiebeln angemacht. Gehts besser? Für diesen Preis sicher nicht!

Petite baraque sur le port à côté du waterfront. C'est comme une bodega aux fêtes de Bayonne sans la ventrèche et la piperade mais avec des produits super frais : moules, homard, crabe, langoustine, saint jacques, plateau de fruits de mer avec saumon. C'est à la bonne franquette, on commande et on paie à l'arrivée, et les plats arrivent ensuite. On mange debout ou assis si il reste de la place ! Portion de moules sauce à l'ail : 3£95, portion de saint jacques avec 7 / 8 unités : 9£75, plateau de fruits de mer (copieux) pour 2 : 28£

La longue file de locaux et de touristes affiche clairement les choses. Un endroit authentique, ou les produits de la mer sont d’une extreme fraicheur et très bien préparé. Le tout pour des prix très honnête,que demander de plus?

This has 2 picnik tables next to a steamer and a fryer. When the fish comes in they cook it up and serve it. No seating. No frills. If you like doing things outside of the norm for great food give it a try.

Impossibile trovare pesce più fresco di questo: i pescatori arrivano direttamente dalle barche carichi di pesce e lo lasciano ai ragazzi di questo baracchino sul porto, che partono subito a cucinare. I prezzi fanno ridere e le quantità... beh basta guardare le foto. Noi siamo rimasti estasiati, tornerei a Oban solo per mangiare di nuovo qui!

Last time we were i Oban we tried to eat here but it had sold its catch for the day. Luckily we arrived and had some of the best value mussels. £3.95 for a great portion size. I eyed up the prawn sandwich while getting served. On the way back to the ferry port we stopped buy to share one in the car. Stunning

Seafood ganz frisch und vor allem preiswert. Der Imbiss ist gut besucht - auch von Einheimischen, selbst die Skipper holen sich hier etwas - die Portionen sind groß, das Personal ist sehr nett. Sitzgelegenheiten (überdacht) und Waschmöglichkeit für die Hände sind vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

They advertise as the best Seafood in Scotland it is more than that, it’s the best I’ve ever had. £32.50 for a Seafood Platter for 2 which included a whole lobster, about 2 doz mussels, prawns, calamari, smoked salmon & 2 huge scallops. It was unbelievably fresh & delicious. Even having to stand up in the rain was worth it.

This place is awesome!! Great (market) experience for local seafood! Their shellfish are super fresh and service is simple and fast! Price is also reasonable for high qualify seafood!

This stall is just in front of the entrance to calmac ferries. It was very busy when we went, but everyone was served really quickly and sat or stood at the long table chatting to whoever was next to you. I chatted to a chef from Canada who works as a private chef for a well known athlete and he was full of praise for his shellfish platter. I had a crab sandwich - delicious, fresh and well priced. Recommend.

This is right next to the Oban ferry terminal and is just a green shed with a covered area and a few wooden tables next to it, but sells delicious fresh seafood at reasonable prices. We had langoustines in garlic which were freshly cooked and delicious.

Best lunch on our trip to Scotland. Great value platter with tones of mussels, crab, crab claws, smoked salmon and prawns. You have t eat here when visiting Oban.

Llegó a este lugar mientras paseaba por el muelle. Sólo una pequeña cabaña con un área cubierta adjunta con mesa rústica y bancos. Los mejillones cocinados a pedido eran excelentes, al igual que las pequeñas macetas de camarones con salsa. Mi sobrina y sobrino (de 7 y 6 años) probaron ostras por primera vez y los amaron. Muy ocupado pequeño negocio y vale la pena una visita.

We had the Grand Platter and it was a lot of food for the two of us. The price was very reasonable for how much food you get. If you want to eat it there, there is very limited outdoor seating / standing room.

Stánek přímo u trajektů, fantastické ústřice-nejčerstvější, co jsme kdy jedli za pár liber. Vynikající sladkokyselé ryby, humři...prostě úžasný a vše cenově neskutečný. A ten pohled, kdy uvidíte lidi,co nemají ani na pořádný ubytování a cpou se ústřicemi je taky nezapomenutelný;-)

Fresh and tasty and various offers. Compare to the restaurants around, especially the one with the red roof, the quality and the value is significantly higher. So having seafood here and go for other dishes in a “normal“ restaurant

Direkt am Pier gelegen in Oban, meißtens recht gut besucht und schon von weitem an der grünen Farbe zu erkennen.

Il vero street food. Si mangiano cozze con cipolla e vino, salmone, gamberi, capesante, anche del crudo, ottimi. Senza saperlo fanno anche gluten free. Spendi poco e mangi con gusto.

Si vous passez par Oban et que vous voulez manger des produits locaux, frais et pas chers, trouvez cette cabane le long du quai entre les ferries et le complexe Waterfront. Les sandwichs ( crevettes, saumon ,crabe sont excellents. On trouve aussi des fruits de mer à déguster à l'assiette. Une table en bois est juste à côté.

Nous sommes passés par hasard. Le serveur faisait gouter des moules. Il était étudiant français, nous a vanté les différentes possibilités. Un peu pris par le temps nous avons manger des moules; délicieuses. On louchait sur les plats des voisins. Du coup, on n'a pas pu résister à revenir le lendemain pour manger le plateau à deux : un vrai régal ! homard, langoustines, pinces de crabe, moules, crevettes, anneaux de calamar, pavé de saumon légèrement fumé.Tout ça pour l'équivalent de 33€ Et merci au jeune étudiant !!!

Whatever type of seafood you like, this place will probably offer it. Freshly cooked with high quality ingredients, it'sno wonder that there is always a long queue. The mussels and lobster were superb.

Esperienza magnifica per gli amanti dei crostacei e dei frutti di mare. Buonissimo sia il grande piatto con astice che quello senza. Il salmone ha un gusto eccezionale e tutto ad un prezzo ottimo. Da non perdere!

Creo que la señora que me servía se llamaba Fiona, era muy amigable y servicial, compré, langosta, garras de cangrejo, gambas y vieiras, todo estaba maravillosamente fresco y sabía increíble, nunca he tenido una mala experiencia al visitar este lugar, también ofrecen preparar todo lo que quieras realmente no podría ser más útil

Situé sur le port d'Oban, près de l'arrivée des ferrys, Ce local sert toutes sortes de fruits de mer à consommer sur place ou emporter. Seule une longue table à l'extérieur permet de déguster ces crustacés tout juste préparés. Impossible de résister aux plateaux de fruits de mer composés de homard, tourteau, crevettes, moules et autres crustacés. Le prix est raisonnable et permet de satisfaire les amateurs d'originalité et de fraîcheur.

Just the tastiest, best prepared shellfish ever. Fresh, cooked to perfection, copious quantity and short wait. It's an unusual setting, on the quay side, but it is interesting, and unpretentious Would eat there daily if I lived there.

Direkt am Fährhafen gelegen ist dies eine der besten Gelegenheiten sehr frisches Seafood zu essen. Sehr rustikal mit Finger und Plastikgabel aber preiswert und super zubereitet. Ob Muscheln, Krebse, Garnelen oder..... alles direkt vom Meer in die Pfanne. Einfach göttlich.

Ho pranzato insieme ai miei qui. Il pesce è freschissimo, le cozze sono cucinate lì per lì come tutto il resto. La cucina è in bella vista, il personale cortese ed organizzatissimo data la quantità enorme di persone da servire. Posso dire di non aver mai mangiato così tanto pesce invita mia come quel giorno... e a POCO PREZZO! Consiglio i piatti grandi da 25 e 27 sterline dove ci si mangia tranquillamente in tre (e non in due comec' è scritto!), saziandosi! ASSOLUTAMENTE DA PROVARE!!

Endroit incontournable du pier sud, cette cabane à fruit de mer vaut le détour à elle seule.

Un stand de crustacés sur le port avec quelques tables à l abri d une tente. Ambiance excellente. Surtout les produits sont d une fraîcheur exceptionnelle. Ils sont excellents. On se régale pour pas cher. 15 livres un homard prêt à déguster. Vous trouvez aussi des moules langoustines crevette crabe... Adresse insolite et rare . À faire absolument.

LE "resto" du coin à ne pas louper ! Des produits frais, locaux, avec les gens du coin. Nous avons testé les sandwichs au saumon fumé ! EXCELLENT !!!

Nous avons pris des sandwiches à emporter et ils étaient vraiment très frais! L'endroit est sympathique et ceux qui souhaitent peuvent manger surplace. Ils ont beaucoup de choix des produits de la mer.

Situé au fond du port de pêche ce petit restaurant est surtout à ne pas manquer, tant pour son originalité car il ne dispose que d’une seule grande table à l’extérieur que pour la fraicheur des fruits de mer et, surtout, les prix très doux pratiqués. Ici, ce qui importe est ce qui est servi et le superbe cadre du port de pêche participe aussi à l’excellent moment que vous allez y passer. Les photos jointes ne nécessitent pas vraiment de commentaires complémentaires, si ce n’est que pour préciser que l’énorme tourteau préparé était à 9 livres et que les homards, eux aussi préparés étaient à 15 livres. Vous comprenez maintenant où nous avons dîné durant les deux soirées passées à Oban.

Hemos estado allí dos veces - una vez para llevar por estas y una vez standup y son excelentes. La próxima vez probaremos uno de los enormes platos de mariscos vimos otros comer, y no comer nada durante el resto del día! Está fuera, así que un poco arriesgado para el clima, pero parece que el cabello Oban alrededores. Es uno de los destacados en esta ciudad muy agradable.

We hebben in tijden niet zulke geweldige oesters gegeten. Een houten keet aan het water met super vers seafood. Zeer hoge kwaliteit en prima prijs. Dit moet je zeker doen als je in Oban bent.

Siamo finiti per caso in questa baracchina che serve piatti di pesce buonissimi! Per 4 ostriche, un piatto misto per due e mezza aragosta abbiamo speso 28 sterline e vi assicuro che come porzione bastava e avanzava! Andateci, ne vale davvero la pena!

Excellent oysters, scallops and mussels simply cooked with wine and garlic. We also get a platter for 2 (£27) and was everything fresh but extremely cold as it had been just taken out of the fridge, that was the only thing we didn't enjoy.

Una baracca che sforna piatti che fanno invidia ai migliori ristoranti. Abbiamo preso il gran platter per 2 persone, poco più di 27 sterline,ottimo. Astice,scampi,aringa,cozze,salmone affumicato,capesante,gamberetti....tutto con salsine di accompagnamento. Unico neo , se la temperatura è scozzese si raffredda tutto in fretta.

Vu les commentaires sur l'endroit, on y est allé bien sur! Fraicheur, gout, quantité, rien à dire. Nous avons pris le plus grand plateau de fruit de mer pour deux avec homard, crabe, langoustines (taille xl) etc.. pour 27 livres. Tout est cuit devant vous, il y a des casiers avec les crabes vivants qui attendent leur tour pour être cuit. Attention on parle de qualité, quantité, et prix imbattables. Mais, vous mangez dehors, sur des grandes tables avec bancs, petits couverts en plastique. Au début on mange "proprement" puis, comme tout le monde, on y va avec les doigts, on en a plein les mains mais cela a son charme et puis c'est tellement bon !

Si vous souhaitez être servi à table, passer votre chemin.
