The restaurant and particularly the woman who waited on us went out of their way to ensure that our conflicting dietary requirements were met (coeliac and vegetarian) and was so conscientious and kind about making sure we each had the right food and amount. They even did a gluten free chef special. The food was really good and finished off with a lovely surprise gesture. of Turkish delight. We were the last in the restaurant but not made to feel rushed. Would recommend to all.

Fantastic food, beautiful restaurant. Four course Cappa is a great way to try the hot and cold mezze. Top favorites were the falafel and baba ganoush, as well as the best baklava I've ever had.

Amazing food, very attentive staff - a fabulous experience! The menu had so much to choose from it all looked so tempting. We had the moussaka and chicken casserole and it was just wonderful. Will definitely go back :)

I visited Cappadocia Restaurant this week and it is such a wonderful place. The staff went above and beyond with the service. Diana was so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. She went out of her way to say hello, remembering my name, which I thought was just lovely. The whole team were wonderful. We felt safe at all times with the covid guidelines put into place but this did not take any enjoyment away from the experience. The variety of food and drink is incredible, suiting all tastes and dietary requirements. You have to try the chocolate Brownie :) Thank you once again and I will be sure to visit soon.

The restaurant is situated just next to a beautiful bridge in the middle of Bath that served as a great view from our table. The food itself was simply wonderful, from the starters to the main course and the cocktails too!Highly recommend checking this place out if you find yourself in Bath.

Fantastic time and delicious foodI visited Cappadocia before the last lockdown and must say the food was absolutely spectacular. The food was very fresh, pipping hot and full of all of those wonderful Turkish and Mediterranean flavours I missed from traveling, it was very authentic! The restaurant itself is beautiful and in such a great location. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Easy five stars and I can’t wait to return!

By far the best food in Bath & the most friendly staff and service. They have a really good choice of alcohols to choose from & even better Turkish cuisine. I’m from a Turkish background but the lentil soup was nothing I’ve ever tasted before. I recommend this 100% for individuals that seek food and drinks that won’t dissapoint.

My family and I Dined at cappodocia for my daughters birthday and because of covid thought it would be difficult. The manager and staff were incredibly accommodating and made our time extremely enjoyable. We are locals in Bath so for us to feel the need to write a review is rare! I would really recommend dining here!

Walked all around town for a pub to accommodate a group of 4 on the 12th April, everywhere was packed. Came across this gorgeous restaurant with the most accommodating owner and staff I’ve ever come across.We were welcomed with open arms, with the owner offering to seat two extra friends at our table, which was wonderful with seating only being outside. The food was amazing, the drinks very affordable - honestly could not say a bad word about this place! Brilliant!

I had been *bombarded* by Ubereats emails offering me a large discount for my first order, so I decided to use it.The really interesting irony is that I chose Cappadocia because it was on Usereats when I only live just down the road on Great Pulteney street and had walked past this place many times (we only moved into Bath Feb '21)That said, the food is excellent and extremely tasty. The veggie moussaka is wonderfully _innocent_ (better than the meat version my other half told me). The dolma are soft and not too acidic and we just love the food from there.I know that Turkish places are renowned for their meat, but the veggie stuff I've had so far has made me want to go back to find more veggie stuff.

My son and I really love this restaurant and its food! It's got a great atmosphere and is kid friendly and very accommodating. Since lockdown we've ordered takeaway from here quite a few times and the quality of food is just as good as it is in the restaurant. I have recommended it to all my friends and would definitely give it 5 stars!

Wow! So glad I tried this ...treated to a takeaway of the cold mixed mezze which was superb. All of the various elements were great, so fresh & the calamari was to die for ... clearly the chefs know what they are doing. My partner and l absolutely love ordering takeaway from this restaurant! It always gets to us quickly and on time and the standard of food is amazing! We usualy order the lamb shish which is so tender and veggie moussakka which is full of flavour. Everything is homemade and healty and it all comes with free sauces, turkish delighted, bread and one extra free starter(mezze). I will recommend this place to everyone l know and definitely visit when the reopen!

Visited this wondeful restaurant just before the lockdown We were greeted on our arrival, shown to our table and given menus. The drinks order was taken quickly and the drinks served. The choices on the menu were excellent with a variety of starters, main courses and desserts. Presentation was superb on all the dishes we ordered.

Ordered takeaway online and all i want to say that the food was mouth watering.If anyone wants to get flavourful and authentic turkish food it's a genuine recommendation from me to order from Cappadocia Restaurant.I can't wait till restaurants be reopen to go and try all menus:)Stay safe

Managed to find this place out of lockdown boredom whilst trailing through the many different delivery options in Bath.The food is great! We normally go for the Cappa 4 courses which has so many different things going on (would highly recommend)- portion sizes are also very generous!

We decided to order in some food that would make us think of holidays past, and hopefully holidays in the future. We had two mains, two sides and the restaurant sent some hummus and flatbread as well. It was a total feast. Everything was delicious right down to the zingy side salads that came with the main courses. Loved the complementary Turkish delight. All of it was absolutely wonderful and made us smile on a very cold February evening. We'll definitely be ordering again and then visiting when lockdown ends. Thank you so much.

I would 100% recommend this place. My partner and I ordered the mixed grill and one of the starter platters for two with borek, hummus, calamari etc and it was better than our expectations. The service was fast and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The service was excellent. Food was delicious with generous portion sizes. Mezze for 2 was nice and big. Nice atmosphere, would definitely go again. My partner ordered the T bone steak and said it was lovely , cooked to his request.

I went to this restaurant with my family a few weeks ago. We had an amazing experience there. The staffs were very friendly and very polite. Everything was very delicious. The most important thing was that everything was very clean. I definitely recommend this restaurant to have an amazing meal with family or friends.

Visited tonight for the first time and was absolutely amazed. Started with some free olives, dips and warm bread which was an amazing touch! Ordered a mix of hot and cold food, all the dips along with a mix of lamb and chicken which came out quickly and was delicious! Great portion size too. The feta parcels in particular were phenomenal.Staff were really polite and attentive. Was too full to have dessert there so took some home with us. Best baklava I have ever had in my life- so buttery and delicious! Without a doubt would come back here in a heart beat!! Thanks again :)

The food was lovely, but we were sat in a small back room upstairs near the toilets, which was cold and had zero atmosphere. We also had to wait quite a while to even be asked if we’d like drinks, no doubt because we were out of sight. So, it was disappointing in that regard, but at least the food was nice, as was the waitress once things finally got underway.

I am certain of a warm reception from the hospitable staff in a hygienic and Covid-19 free environment any day and at any time. As a result of the wide range of desserts, dishes and drinks to choose from, I frequently visit Cappadocia. Kebab, adana, iskender, lamb shish, chicken shish and lamb saute are among the numerous dishes I have tried so far. I must confess that they are all mouth-watering. At the moment I am still working my way through their dishes. Won't stop until the list is spent. Hence, I strongly recommend that you try a delicacy at Cappadocia today and you won't regret it.

The visit to Cappadocia on 02/12/2020 was outstanding. We had good meals in a covid-19 free environment. I had the Iskender which was very delicious. The manager and staff were very hospitable. Many thanks to the Cappadocia family for the amazing meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a lovely meal.

The food is authentic Turkish. It’s hard to choose because everything is delicious. The iskender is amazing. I would definitely suggest the baklava. The service is very good and the staff are very friendly.

Recently (October) popped in only to have a drink. We originally tried to get in Framptons next door (which was almost empty) but was met with a very hostile bar lady who made us feel very unwelcome. We popped along to Cappadocia instead and was met with the warmest welcome by a lovely strawberry blonde lady who didn’t hesitate to take our business. They were very busy but made time for us and made us feel very welcome. They disassembled a table that was intended for dinner guest. We spend £20 in an hour and left very satisfied. The food that was being served around us looked fantastic and since decided to have our small Christmas parties there. Thank you to the lovely lady who welcomed us. It only took few seconds of ‘first impression’ at the entrance to get your business some money.

It was my partner's 50th and I wanted to treat us to a nice dinner in an independent restaurant for a pre-lockdown visit to Bath. Sure, we could have booked a chain and know what to expect, but this restaurant called itself vegan/veggie-friendly, and had good reviews, so we gave it a go. Sadly, the mains were bland, over-cooked and over-priced. I could have created the 'veggie casserole' by boiling some pre-chopped frozen veg in my slow cooker for a couple of days.To be fair, when I complained, the manager was apologetic and offered me another main, which did had have some flavour. He deducted it from the bill, but pretty much said "well, it's a Turkish restaurant, what do you expect?!" I expect a professional chef to do a bit of research and create something delicious, if you market your restaurant as vegan friendly. I've seen new restaurants in my home town message local vegan groups on Facebook to engage them in menu creation. Surely there's something which could be adapted to really wow the veggie/vegan diners? We are growing in numbers, so it makes business sense.

Treated myself to a pre lockdown lunch. The quality of the food was really excellent, as was the presentation. The girl serving me was very friendly and efficient. The covid measures in place also seemed to be of very high standard. I look forward to coming back post lockdown.

Everything about our experience was fantastic! They take online bookings unlike some other restaurants in Bath so reserving a table was super easy.On the actual night we were greated by friendly service and tasty food. Definitely recommend the lamb liver starter and the lamb shank main.

Not too experienced with Turkish food but best decision coming to Cappadocia Restaurant. We had a hot meze with plenty of flatbread, garlic and chilli sauce and all thoroughly enjoyed it. We did had mixed grill and it was cooked to perfection. My two daughters and my friend were full after the starters. Very friendly, attentive staff and owners. 10/10 for both food and service. We'll definitely come back. Thank you!

Delicious food, excellent service, friendly atmosphere! Can’t wait to go again to try some of the other delicious foods on their menu. Lovely dinner for two, we had Iskender and Mousaka, mixed mezzo to start and really nice red wine. The dessert (Kunefe) was amazing and different from any dessert I’ve ever had.

Great night catching up with friends, & fantastic service. One friend ordered something she then realised she didn’t like it so reordered. They gave us the reorder for free which we were happy to pay for both, then not long after they arrived offering us a mixed grill that they cooked in error for free. So kind of them not to charge us especially in the current situation. Fantastic food defo recommend we will be back again soon

Not a wholehearted lover of Turkish food but really enjoyed my visit here! Staff were very friendly, food was of good quality and you didn't have to wait too long for it to arrive. Complimentary shot and Turkish delight afterwards as well which is always a nice touch.I loved the decor of this restaurant as wellOnly negative I would say is that the entrance door gets clogged up as it is also used to get to the toilets!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by welcoming staff who were attentive and helpful throughout the meal. We had the cold meze selection to start with which was served with lovely warm bread. For the main we had the mixed grill which was so flavoursome and finished off with sweet baclava. All of it was delicious. This restaurant had taken good steps to make sure everyone was socially distant by having plastic dividers between tables. There are lots of chain restaurants in Bath but I would highly recommend this lovely small independent place with is lovely decor and lovely staff.
