The best restaurants in Wyken Coventry West Midlands

I'd been to the TB in Leamington but wasn't a fan, so when the team decided that we would come here, I was hesitant. However, we came on a quiet evening (5 of us) and I had a very enjoyable meal. Choices were bad and prices were not extortionate. It's not a bad place, and if suggested as a place to go I wouldn't be so hesitant.

Visited this pub last Sunday for my Dads 98th birthday. There were 17 of us. Some had the beautiful Sunday roast and some ordered off the menu. All the food came out at the same time and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The place was really busy so if you fancy a lovely meal, with superb hospitality I would suggest you visit this place. We will be returning very soon.

Food was good not greasy and reasonably priced clean and tidy inside.

I went here whilst on a visit to Coventry, unfortunately it was closed, I probably should of checked times. Netherless 5/5 purely for the fact the internet told me so.

Very poor for a bank holiday. Food took over an hour to arrive ans when it did , it was cold. No explanation for delay. Generally poor all round

A quiet premier inn with friendly staff

Realmente ocupado cuando entré pero el personal se ha convertido en un buen arte, recibiendo órdenes y rompiendo con sus trabajos. Tomé un sarniw de ensalada de pollo con mayo y no podía creer cuánto pollo había dentro. Estupendo. También tenía una rebanada enorme de pastel de hadas, ni siquiera puedo decir que era caro porque el tamaño de la rebanada significaba que fácilmente habría hecho 2 personas. Mi visita a una tienda fantástica y definitivamente no será la última.

This is a regular place for us to get a coffee and a snack. Unfortunately the self closing door has been broken for several months and customers just leave the door open as they enter or leave. This makes it a very cold and draughty place to sit in the colder months. We feel the cold so may start using an independant coffee shop over the road which would be sad as we like this Costa. Can somebody fix the door, it has been months?

Estaba bastante decepcionado de que ya no gira. ¿Ha sido vendido el engranaje de torneado por el consejo a un desarrollador? Esa es la historia habitual con el ayuntamiento de Coventry. Esto podría ser un verdadero atractivo en este centro comercial ahora muy cansado.

got fish fingers instead of chicken and the chips are missing, also the ketchup is missing.

Swapped chips for salad with my steak. Sorriest, driest salad I've ever had. Poor women left on her own to tend the bar, and one else in sight (10/10 for her though!).

Hoy he venido. 2 chicos geniales sirviendo tras la barra. Mac y Reece. Chicos graciosos y con los pies en la tierra. Encantador lugar. Gracias a todos por hacer de mi local un gran lugar.

Excellent service, delicious food, cozy atmosphere

Beautiful pub with a lovely back garden. The food was delicious and the staff were keen to help with anything we needed. We will 100% be going back! Thank you team Red Lion.

This is the second Sunday afternoon I have visited in the last 3 weeks and on both occasions the toilets have been absolutely filthy, clearly not cleaned all day, toilet paper and mess over the floor. Honestly if I had seen the state of the toilet before I ordered I would have walked out.
