Tesco Cafe in Coventry

Was missing bacon off one of the breakfasts , and it was very small for the price , no butter for toast was provided, wasnt great :(

Excellent breakfast at 8.15 in the morning.

Not freshly cooked food obviously being cooked hours earlier dry out and tasteless. Not edible

Tenía frijoles elegantes en tostadas y estaba increíblemente decepcionado. Los frijoles ni siquiera eran suficientes para cubrir una pequeña rebanada de tostada. El huevo también era pequeño. El sabor general era bueno, pero ¿qué puede salir mal con un pedazo de tostada, algunos frijoles de una lata y un huevo frito? No voy a pedir estos de nuevo, ya que eran muy mala relación calidad-precio.

coffee is always fantastic from here. probably the only decent place to get a good coffee AND good breakfast

my coffee tastes really watery and has a weird after taste. not drinkable

This store is unfriendly.........store manager was rude and unpleasant. Lots of others have found the same. There is even footage online of her attacking a customer. I wouldnt have written this review if i hadn't seen that my experience wasnt isolated...........poor show Tesco for not respecting customers or reprimanding the manager who shows poor conduct towards others....whilst i was there other staff said they are unhappy as she treats them badly.

Good and service was great. Not the greatest of atmosphere though - you can just hear the beeps from the tills.

Great breakfast and Coffee, with lovely staff

Tea was nice, toast too, but especially nice: the staff who help navigate the new improved horrid touchscreen ordering system.

Most of the staff are nice here but there was one woman, a blonde woman with her hair tied up who was on the floor clearing tables who is so rude. Snapping at people and snatching things. Won't be coming back if she's still there.

Got some cappuccino, really bad. Smelled funny too. Same price as Costa. Wouldn’t really recommend.

Won’t be ordering again, Chicken burger came without coleslaw, kids meal came with chips when we had ordered swede and carrot mash, and I paid for a Millionaire mocha and got a plain coffee.

Sarah we found very helpful and gave out standing service. Nothing is too much trouble for her.Many thanks! I am writing this on behalf of mum and dad Sonia and Brian they are both in poor health and pensioners. Great breakfast, prompt and fresh, eggs cooked perfectly to my request; the girls down there are lovely and work hard every day!

Items missing again,Christmas eve was charged 20 quid and the food was missing so 20 quid for 2 drinks and no way of getting refund.It's a joke.

Only drinks were delivered no food,tried to re order the food they would not take order.

Unfortunately the fried bread didn’t arrive but I got toast instead, not a big deal at the end of the day

Always great food, great atmosphere, the nice lady, always ready to make the food just how you like it. They deserve more than the maximum stars to be honest.

Couldn't fault it. Breakfast was good, well packaged and arrived hot. If I was going to grumble at all I would like bacon a little crispier and the sausage was on the tiny side.

Visited Tesco Clifford Bridge Café today 1st time for many months (lockdown etc) and was served by a Tesco colleague named Kassey (think I've spelt it correctly) who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, her general manner was professional and cheerful at the same time, this young lady is a credit to Tesco stores as a company and will recommend anyone to visit this café, thank you Kassey

Looking for a reasonably priced breakfast on our way home. I was a little dubious about whether they could give a quality meal as it was a supermarket. From the start the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful even with the fussy members. The service time was reasonably. The food was fresh and tasty, the tables were cleared really quickly. Cant say I found fault with anything even the prices were reasonable. Shame we are not locals as we would definitely be going back.

Called in to shop then went to 5he cafe for a drink before heading home, around 12.45pm. Surprised to see they were quite empty, given that it was lunch time. However, apart from a very nice coffee the menu was lack lustre & didn’t offer a very good choice. That on offer was very expensive, so put me off buying anything to eat. I suppose it does it’s best, but it’s not a place I would actually recommend u less it’s for a quick cuppa while ou5 shopping in store!
