A quiet premier inn with friendly staff

A very comfortable stay with friendly staff . The breakfast was nice with a good choice and again helpful friendly staff

I stay at various locations so know what to expect & I do appreciate the new style rooms are currently being rolled out nationally, however this location is stuck in 60’s furnishing’s! Combined with the fact it’s a wooden structure/floorboard so you can hear ever other rooms movements & noise as if they’re in the room with you. I’m sorry however there’s more - if you are situated next to a motorway junction, don’t have poorly glazed windows with non-closable vents! The road drone at night was painful. Service otherwise from the team was good as per normal.

I stayed here form the 25-26th and I was greeted by a beautiful smile. I was recommended by breakfast by the same lady, and I would say it was top notch. I really enjoyed the staff at reception and her spirit was welcoming, I would love to stay here again.

It's a Premier inn, but the staff lift it to another level. All friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, unlimited full English and the chefs are fantastic. One tiny tiny grumble ,is the room layout....no sockets next to the bed. That's the only reason the room loses a star.

On arrival we were warned for break ins to cars so we asked for a room to be facing the car park so we could see the motor the receptionist was very kind for that. So we picked our bags up and went to the room 29. Opened the door up and the smell of piss like a airwave from the chewing gum there was only one bed luckily we found out it was 2 single bed (no spooning for us). As we split the beds up as much to our disgust there was a wotsit wrapper on the floor and sick up the walls so we thought that’s okay we can deal with this let’s have a shower. We’ve been working on site all day and we were cleaner then the shower.

Room was clean tidy and spacious. We quickly discovered our kettle wasn't working but we were given a replacement with no issue. Friendly staff.

Exactly what we needed. Two nights’ bed and breakfast close to the Alan Higgs Centre and walking distance from a restaurant (TGI Fridays).

Nice clean rooms, very east to get to and in the middle of a business park. Morrisons are behind and plenty of food places nearby to eat.

A standard Premier Inn, but no Beefeater.

Wasn't bad but the AC was broken so it was 26 degrees in the room and all we had was a small desk fan

The rooms are a little tired but pretty standard layout for a premier inn, the restaurant is clean and served a really good buffet breakfast, it's close to the Warwick shopping centre if you need to grab bits or a short bus ride into the city center. Over all not bad a hotel

Quite rundown and not the newest. Door handles are quite squeaky, and the bed isn't the best but that seems to be the norm for these older premier inns. Bathroom sink makes gurgling noises for an hour or so after use which can be annoying when trying to sleep. Expensive for what the hotel offers.

Amazing staff but terrible hotel room. Corridor smelt like a poorly run elderly care home. Really needs updating.

No-nonsense hotel, with a good breakfast and very friendly staff

Room needed some maintenance in the bathroom (loose bath cover) Local MaxPower crew seem to meet up in the car park and revd their engines Witnessed some “dealings” occurring Will probably not stop here again (maybe it was because it was a Fri night?) A guest had their car broken into and that put me on edge during the stay Got to do better Premier Inn!! Gotta say though, the breakfast team was lovely happy and smiles all round, great breakfast

Great location. Shocking mattress (seems to be the norm these days at a Premier Inn). Very nice breakfast with cheerful and helpful staff.

Nice hotel with a friendly team. Good breakfast too. Odd location as not much around the hotel unless you like a walk around b&q or Morrisons

Good location, room however was piping hot for the first 2 days my heating was off the windows were open and the fan was open but It said it was 22 degrees still. You know what your getting with a Premier inn but they really need to sort the coffee sashets out jesus it must of been in there for months it was the ruffest coffee i have ever had. I went out the next day to buy some from morrisons which you just dont want to be doing after working long hours. All in all had a roof over my head the bed was comfy and the room was a decent size. But bare in mind your paying for an Inn at hotel prices they used to be worth it when they were 40-50 quid a night now the prices are just crazy for what you get

Stayed here a few times never disappoints

Great value for money, very friendly and professional staff. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is super affordable and rich in options (vegetarian and vegan options available). Although it is located right next to the highway it is very quiet at night.
