They've got their act together again here. Lovely people serving good food. Cantonese spring rolls, chicken satay skewers (but hold the lettuce, it's a bit strange!), spicy Singapore chow mein, yung chow chow mein, kung po chicken are some of the dishes we regularly enjoy. They might drop a stitch when it's extremely busy (shop open at 17:00, so we order around 19:00, then it's quiet again)

Our local Chinese that we have used for years, never had an issue with our order and its always a large one due to the size of the family, food is always lovely.

The food is some of the best Chinese food I've had. Highly recommend the SnS chicken HK, chefs special fried rice and the roast duck pancakes.

Never had any problems. Delivery comes quickly. Food is always hot and packed fully. Amazing quality and amazing prices. Definitely worth it and is now my go-to! 100% recommend.

Very nice food and quick delivery, the chow mien is superb especially yung chow, the sweet and sour chicken balls excellent, we rate this Chinese Takeaway.

Never had a problem ordering and pick up, good service. Recommend house special rice. Rice and vegetables topped with beef, pork, chicken and large prawns. Great with plain noodles and just over £8, enough for 2 people.great menu choices to try...

I think this is the best Chinese curry I have ever had. How ever the pancake rolls are so disappointing. They are filled with carrot, no meat, just carrots and noodles, absolutely tasteless. I now order my main meal from here, but stop off at another take away near by to get my pancake roll starter.

We order from here regularly and it never disappoints. They are very quick from order to collection.

We're spoilt for good Chinesw food in this area, but we use this one the most. Every dish we've ordered is high quality and delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the parking area is useful.

We waited for one & half hours for delivery & it was stone cold house special barely had any contents,ribs was stuck together in blocks like they had just been pulled out of the freezer, the rice was stuck together ,king prawn omelette was flat & lifeless & delivery man got lost for a change & we only live 7minutes from the takeaway. Very disappointed customers!

Used this place for the first time today, will definitely use again. Food was excellent, would highly recommend.

Been looking forward to the food I have ordered . All my Hopes and dreams of a nice meal was cut drastically short from the moment I opened what should've been a little taste of china but was more like a little taste of Afgan Wolfhound. Pancake rolls. Looked impressive until I open one,the filling was almost entirely unseasoned shredded carrot, not at all like any other spring roll I have tasted. Seriously unappetising Hot special curry. Usually have this from a different restaurant and its is a lovely fresh vibrant curry, this was not. Dark brown with such a strong smell and taste of raw spice,the texture was grainy with gnarly beef and enough tough bamboo shoots in to keep any panda bear with healthy dentures happy. Egg fried rice. Had a slightly musty smell and was very greasy by any fried rice standards . I honestly cant remember having a takeaway as bad as this, save your money.

Has changed hands recently and is hit and miss.last one I had was ok today chow mein tasted burnt and dry. Sweet and sour chicken balls ok sauce not great.

Lovely takeaway food always hot and plenty

First time I've used this take-away as recommended by friends. Not good! I had beef curry which is the dish I use to judge any Chinese take-away by and I wasn't impressed. It was cold, oily and pretty bland.

Having used China Delight for 6 years with total satisfaction our last three meals have been quite disappointing. The Curries whilst still OK were not a patch on what they used to be and a recent set meal was also very average. The last three visits I have been served by three different people - whereas before it was always the same lovely friendly lady. Menu hasnt changed but the food, in my opinion, has gone downhill.

Picked up a Chinese last night from here, read some good reviews on Google, but the food was not that good, BBQ ribs came in a packet with a tub of sauce, there were 5 tiny little ribs for £5 it was a joke , pork chow mein was tasteless and the sweet and sour chicken balls were ok but yet again just not enough we even got charged for prawn crackers, I usually use Eastern chef, but as I was passing tried China delight, I won't be going back, Eastern chef is much better and much bigger portions , don't waste your money it was disappointing at best.

The food is always cooked well and tastes lovely. The wait is never very long. They also take phone orders. The staff are very friendly and helpful when you go there. Would highly recommend this place

Una excelente comida para llevar china que es como debe ser.La comida siempre es buena y el servicio es fantástico.El menú es de un buen tamaño, pero no es enorme, como que hay en algunos sitios de comida para llevar, y creo que esto ayuda con la calidad.Usamos este aproximadamente una vez cada 6 semanas.

Very friendly staff served with a smile, order was taken quickly even though they were very busy. Did not have to wait to long for the order to be cooked the chicken chow mein and chicken fried rice was really enjoyable to eat.

China Delight es un magnífico local para llevar, que ofrece la mejor comida alrededor y al más alto nivel! Tanto madre e hija me han servido en un largo tiempo y ahora son sólo las mejores y más a la gente de la tierra que alguna vez vas reúna? Si alguna vez te sientes en todo, la cálida bienvenida y la sonrisa que tienes de ellos cuando entras, te hará sentir mucho mejor en segundos y su encantadora comida le hará sentir incluso mejor aún, una vez que tienes que dentro? No tienes que esperar mucho tiempo para que ambos y bien vale la pena los pocos minutos que tienes que esperar a recibir!Mi hermano es quien regularmente pedidos desde allí, como le encanta todo tipo de comida china, pero él siempre ha dicho que que es la mejor comida para llevar China en Coventry y personalmente a lo que dice el segundo y totalmente de acuerdo con él! ! !En general, recomiendo "CHINA DELIGHT" a todo el mundo, ya que una vez que has estado aquí, no te quieres conseguir tu comida para llevar china desde cualquier otro lado?

A lovely takeaway. Always very prompt and friendly service and the staff are so friendly. The place is immaculate. I would describe the food as rather old school Chinese - but always very tasty and consistent. The set meals are very generous indeed.

Me & Hubby hadn't eaten all day, as no sooner as we had arrived in Coventry, then it was get ready to go & pick people up for a meeting for his business. The meeting finished at 9.15 so after a quick drink & catch up with the team it was time to head back to the hotel, we called into the China Delight as we were hungry by then, the lady was kind enough to let us take the crossword pages out of her newspapers, & she supplied us with a spoon & fork to eat our supper, which was very delicious. If we were in that area again I am sure we would go there again

Excellent quality chinese food would recommend to anyone. Try the sweet and sour Cantonese style. We have been going there for over ten years and never had a bad meal yet. Very friendly and helpful owners.
