19/11/2018: Went to El Toro recently with friends and we were NOT disapointed. Food was lovely, cooked to perfection and the staff there were brilliant also. Would not hesitate to come back again. Brilliant little find in the Doncaster area.

Bar Castillejar Louth

Priory, East Lindsey, <20£
25/11/2018: Nice restaurant but tapas to use was average. I appreciate a lot of tapas is fried, accentuated by use of cured meats, but we found every dish to be very greasy. Not shocking but busy enough so must be doing something right
21/11/2018: We went as a family group of 12 and were given a very wide selection of dishes to share. The tapas were as good as I can remember anywhere and the service was excellent.

Kylesku Hotel Restaurant

North, West and Central Sutherland, Highland
04/11/2018: Didn't have time to stay for a meal but this has to be one of the most beautiful locations for a hotel and restaurant in the Highlands - and that means one of the best in the world. The service does justice to the beautiful setting - you are made to feel special as soon as you step in the door, even if all you want is a coffee; and that alone is worth a gold star in my book. Wonderful people; beautiful setting - if you are lucky enough to get a booking for a stay or even just for dinner, snap it up because they are usually fully booked way ahead; and when you get here you can see why!
21/10/2018: The hotel is marvellously situated on the loch shore near the bridge. It is ably run by Tanya and Sonya who make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Seafood is a speciality and does not disappoint. It is a delight to view stags and other wildlife from the lounge and if you really want to experience a stag herd go down to Inchnadamph (Meadow of the Stags) where, at dusk, you will see hundreds of them appear from nowhere to occupy both sides of the rad near the little church.

Draper's Hall Restaurant

Quarry and Coton Hill, Shropshire, 30-45£
14/12/2018: Booked hotel and private dining for nine family members. From the start after a slight language/booking hickup with Kat we were warmly welcomed by Rob Alex and of cos Kat. The rooms are to die for all individual and fabulous. The dinning was excellent with a private room served by the brilliant Jemima . Great food and wine all night and bar drinks later. After they had closed their doors myself joined the staff for a late drink and even a cheeky pizza slice ...Thanks Paul ! . Breakfast was ok but not enough staff to cope with 9 hungry people . waited far to long and when it did arrive eggs were hard . Need more staff please . Poor lady I think Alex? Was rushed off her feet bless her . Will back to Shrewsbury and will only stay at one place . Draper's
10/12/2018: Beautiful atmospheric restaurant . All the staff were excellent, friendly, professional and informative about both the food and the wine. Service throughout our meal was outstanding. I had scallops for my appetizer cooked to perfection with a delicious veloute. My main of plaice was also perfect my only minor criticism being that it was served with sprouts- far to strong a flavour with this beautiful delicate dish. Flambe bananas for dessert were rich and indulgent. This was more than a meal it was an occasion. Quite expensive but for food and service of this quality it was well worth it

Inverleith, Edinburgh, City of
26/11/2018: Certainly recommend this small restaurant. Creative menu combined with friendly staff provided for a great evening. Really recommend the scallops and the haggis bon bons. Good wine list too. Ai Galera would be a recommendation.
25/11/2018: The doormen of our hotel, The Glasshouse sent us to a restaurant across the street. We don’t think this was the one he was talking about - but we are so glad we ended up at Rollo.

Champagne Charlie's

Central and Northgate, Great Yarmouth, 20-30£
11/11/2018: I booked Charlie’s for a family 21st birthday meal. They had a lot of other bookings on the evening when I initially called to book but went above and beyond to make room for us. They even went as far as to put up birthday banners before we arrived to add our own. The staff are incredibly attentive and we were never left waiting long for more drinks or food. They brought out the birthday cake and took care of all the details for us. Brilliant experience and equally brilliant food (also very reasonably priced)! Cannot recommend highly enough!
22/10/2018: This is our second visit here, we booked from 7.30, but we were hungry so went at 6pm to see if we could eat earlier, they said it wasn't a problem as the table was booked for the evening, so nice to know you don't have to rush. The meatballs were excellent, so tender. The ribs were lovely and sticky, we also had whitebait, garlic prawns, calamari, chicken wings, deep fried asparagus all excellent, had a couple of glasses of wine, a beer and a cocktail all for under £50. Excellent value, friendly staff, will definitely return

New Moon Cafe Tapas Bar&Restaurant

Clifton, Bristol, City of, 30-45£
31/10/2018: Discovered by chance what delicious food it was divine, had an assortment of tapas chops, crab etc really was amazingly good. Restaurant is small with a lovely atmosphere unqiuem and great service.
19/10/2018: We enjoyed an imprompto dinner in this awesome boutique tapas restaurant in Clifton Village. The food was delicious, the menu adventurous and the service was excellent...all within this eclectic and intimate dining space. We would certainly recommend and definitely intend to go back.
