Food was magic, cocktails sounded like they were going to be class, pretty ordinary, plenty of other drinks choices though. The staff were really good and a good laugh, too. Definitely be back.

Loved this Spoonz! Only a few meters from our hotel it was a great place to relax. Plenty of seating, great atmosphere, the usual superb value and range of drinks. The staff were great too. Would recommend this Wetherspoons to anyone

We were a party of 7 in for a festive lunch yesterday. Food was fantastic served at the time requested and the deserts were outrageously good! Superb value for money! Ashley was so attentive from the moment we turned up to the moment we left, she brought santa hats and crackers to our table. Made great recommendations on both food and drinks, she's a real asset to the exchequer. Got to give David a mention as well for dealing with my wife who was stressing with the pre-order 🤣 5☆☆☆☆☆ cannot fault a thing great time had by all and we'll be back for another visit soon. Keep up the great work guys 👍

The Cullen skink risotto! The haddock! The sticky toffee pudding! Everything was wonderful and the atmosphere was cozy. Definitely recommend coming here if you spend time in Portree.

Visited today as we were in Clarkston. There were so many offers to choose from Burger and pint £10 appealing to my husband then we noticed a seniors menu 2 course £6.99, 3 course £7.99 my husband had his order ready before I’d even looked at the menu 🤣. In a nutshell it was for the money fabulous. We both had the soup and bread to start then I chose Fish, chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce, husband had hunters chicken with salad and chips we then had desserts chocolate brownie with ice cream and a Jam Roly poly with custard. It was delicious and the service by Craig was excellent so much so we stayed for another drink and had a lovely Friday afternoon and will definitely be back.

I hope the staff have woken from their slumber by the time tourist season hits the Royal Mile. It wasn't even that busy with customers. Maybe 5 covers. We were acknowledged quickly with menus. 👍 We pointed out to them that something had been spilt on one if the chairs at our table. Nothing was done about it or even acknowledged. 👎 Then part of our order had been forgotten about. I had to chase this up. 👎Then the table next to us sat the entire time we had eaten, and drank... and used the restrooms before leaving and they still hadn't even had a menu put in front of them. 🤦‍♂️They also had to chase them up. The food itself was nice.👍 (Albeit you're paying tourist royal Mile Edinburgh prices). So a bit of a shame really. Could definitely do better.

First time in Edinburgh with this wonderful hotel 🏨 😍. The room with amazing view, the stuff in the main reception they are really wonderful, kind, friendly 😀. The breakfast was delicious delicious 😋 😍. Thanks a lot for this amazing hotel 🏨 ❤️.

Nice place for an affordable diner. Need to order at the bar, food is OK and many TV screens with different sports. Quick and good service.

We loved our fish & chip meal here. The staff were fantastic...sadly this pub CLOSES indefinitely from Saturday 28th September.
