The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Scotland

Jan catered for our retreat group last week. The arrival of her dishes was always a delight and one of the highlights of the day. The menu was fresh, interesting, varied and packed full of flavoursome local produce, with gluten free options available. The beetroot, butternut and broccoli lasagne was a personal favourite, but baby langoustines in a Thai broth and Roast Hogget were also memorable. Jan's afternoon cakes proved to be irresistible!

A lovely wee cafe. We ordered a chicken and pesto panini and the turkey bacon and waffles. Both were gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and the care itself is lovely.

Absolutely diabolical. Take my advice and steer clear of this place. The staff can’t speak or understand English. The food was Luke warm, tasted horrible and portions were small, the salad consisted of lettuce, onion & olives only. The prices are exorbitant for what you get. I will be amazed if this place lasts. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Never again.

The coffee is bland and watery and yet it cost £4. Definitely better coffee to be found for less money elsewhere.

Fantastic to have so many GF options to eat. We both opted for GF pancakes with bacon and maple syrup and a coffee. The coffee was perfection and the pancakes utterly delicious. Big, fluffy and just THE best find in Inverness! Thank you ❤️

Visité ayer y me atendió Steve, que fue muy acogedor y educado. Como la mayoría de los clientes ese día, me detuve para tomar un refresco. Pret es generalmente confiable en todos los ámbitos, pero cuando recibes un servicio fantástico como el que recibí en esta sucursal específica, no tengo ninguna duda cuando visito la calle. Andrews de nuevo, preferiré a Pret por encima de Starbucks y Costa, etc. Para los miembros del personal (especialmente Steve) que sigan con el excelente servicio, volveré.

I don’t think I have enough space to fit this into 100 words! Unfortunately I have a medical problem for which I’ve been advised to stick to a “Fodmap” I thought I would never be able to go for dinner with my husband. I called the evening before when a very lovely member of the team asked me to email my food restrictions to her which she gave to Chef Lewis When we arrived for our booking we sat in the gorgeous lounge and was advised that the chef would come to speak to me. Chef Lewis sat with us and went through the menu. I chose to have a rib eye steak, chips, carrots and a lovely tomato salad. I was delighted the steak was melt in your mouth and cooked to perfection, it was all perfect. My husbands food was excellent too. We had a lovely Valentines dinner thanks to the fabulous caring team and fantastic Chef Lewis. We can’t put into words just how much we appreciated your time and for making it a special evening for us. We have booked a table for 5 people for Mother’s Day. No need for a menu for me, same again Lewis. 🥰 We have been to many restaurants all over the World and we have never received the outstanding service, care and attention we received from Chef Lewis and the rest of his team. Gran café y desayuno! Personal muy amable también. Lugar encantador, muy acogedor y servicio rápido. Definitivamente volveré.

Personal muy grosero y antipático, no me gusta como repartidor que me hablen como si fuera estúpido. Me dijeron que un pedido sería de 3 minutos, después de 6 minutos, subí a preguntar ¿cuánto tiempo será? Y me dijeron "si no eres feliz, ¡lárgate, lárgate! " Nunca dije que no era feliz, simplemente pregunté cuánto tiempo duraría el pedido. Después de tratar de explicarme que fui cerrado por 2 miembros del personal y luego que creo que era el gerente vino y me gritó más y me dijo que nunca volviera. Nunca volveré como cliente o como repartidor. El peor servicio de atención al cliente.

No atmosphere, no dogs, no customers, very rude staff. Completely empty. Everywhere else busy and not a single customer. Says it all.

Fabulous coffee .. with amazingly tasty brunches of Bombay eggs on bagels and a poached eggs on sourdough toast .. great service .. good location .. (bit cool on a cold day, but guessing it’s an expensive place to keep warm) .. one little pet dislike .. cold plates with hot food .. ok (ish) with the toasted bagel Bombay eggs, but poached eggs on toast would be better on warm plates … other than that it would have been a 5/5 🌟 …

Stopped by today hoping for a late lunch after walking from Aberdour. After realising that only coffees/teas and cakes were on offer, we swithered on whether to stay or find somewhere else for lunch. Glad to say we stayed and shared the best yum-yum and pistachio and lemon blondie (the latter being out of this world!). Lovely cups of tea to wash it down. The staff were friendly, cheery and helpful.

Cocina ocupada en la noche, según todos los informes. ¿No hay cervezas de barril debido al "mantenimiento"? La comida que yo y mi pareja tuvimos fue fantásticamente abrumadora ... tristemente, queríamos un regalo ya que era nuestra última noche fuera. Pastel de carne y cerveza con 'verduras de temporada', pequeña cantidad de puré con un puñado de guisantes congelados / judías verdes. Tal vez de temporada en Islandia, la tienda!... Mac y queso, ¿seguro que no puedes equivocarte? Tristemente, sí se puede. Pasta estupenda, demasiado cocida, incapaz de recoger una pieza completa y muy poco sabor a queso. ¡Vamos! #Servir verduras adecuadas, es barato. #Tome menos reservas si Chef está bajo demasiada presión. # Dar a los clientes una mejor experiencia. # Calidad y beneficio se puede lograr, con un poco de pensamiento. Diría que comas en otro lugar hasta que mejoren los estándares. Una tienda de pescado y patatas fritas prestaría más atención a los detalles. Barman era muy agradable.
