We have been visiting Bibi’s cafe regularly over the past couple of years and have always enjoyed the food and the ambience. However on Monday 2nd December, we were disappointed not with the food but the lack of heating in the cafe. We had to sit with our coats on while having lunch. When we mentioned this to one of the staff we were told ‘it’s just the time of year’ ! It should be noted that other retail outlets visited that day were cosy and warm.

Went in, and girls ran off their feet, and had a sausage supper, and a half standard/half special fish supper. Girls were lovely, and the food was outstanding. Best chippy in Largs by a mile. It's a bit chaotic, as all good traditional Italian chippys should be. Wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 star from us.

I’d previously only been for lunch (which was extremely good) but had breakfast for the first time on Friday. It was, without doubt, the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The sausage was the tastiest I’ve ever had, packed full of meat and flavour and all the produce was of a very high quality. It was all cooked to perfection and the portion size was very generous. I’ll be back!

If visiting the cafe at the front of the building do not order a mocha. It was awful and I had to change it for another drink. I had forgotten that I’d had one there ages ago that was awful too and had to go back. It had virtually no froth on top and was just a cup of dark brown liquid. Not the usual tempting mocha at all. I suspect it was made by hand without the use of a mocha machine perhaps? I usually use the restaurant /cafe in another part of the store and mochas are normal there.

First time I've been here but was meeting up with friends coming down from Glasgow and it was sort of half way for all of us. Parking was easy - big car park to the side of the pub. It was fairly quiet at 12.30 when we arrived but we had a big table set for us next to the bar. The menu was excellent - it was the Christmas menu at that point plus the main menu so a lot to choose from. There were 5 of us and we all had starters, mains, a soft drink each, 3 of us took a 2nd soft drink and 2 of us had a coffee, and the entire bill was still less than £150. Our food was all excellent, everyone raved about it. We had cullen skink soup, lentil soup, fish pie, macaroni cheese, turkey and trimmings, all very tasty, good portions.

First visit , the place was quiet, nice welcome, the lunch menu seemed a bit limited. The food was very good Any disappointment regarding the menu was more than compensated for by the excellent service which was friendly and professional. Thank you for a pleasant lunch

Ordered drinks and breakfast rolls, my hot chocolate was nearly cold and more like warm milk, the coffee was just about ok but the bacon roll was served on a brioche bun and the sausage was burnt and very salty. The soup was lovely but everything else was below standard and definitely not worth the money, we will not be returning
