Very friendly staff, fast service, excellent dishes, we enjoyed ourselves.

To be honest probably wouldn’t have reviewed a hotel restaurant except the service was so great. Really friendly and helpful with local advice, especially Callum, but all the staff were lovely. Food for dinner was generally perfectly average but decent (and to be honest better than the one “regular” restaurant I managed to get to in town). By the end of our conference all of our friends were eating breakfast with us as apparently ours was the best breakfast of all the local hotels!

Conveniently placed next to the ovo and sec, my family stopped in. Amazing pizzas made by Jonny with such creative and delicious toppings. We had the big loaded fries (an absolute must! If you don't get these you are missing out) The service by peirs and Sarah was great. Will absolutely be back

Insanely slow service, took 10 minutes of standing at the entrance to be taken with plenty of free tables, only one waiter for the tables of at least 15 tables full of guests tonight. With two at the bar not really doing anything.

We came here without a reservation for a gig at the Hydro. We were seated at the big overspill table in the middle with other folk, which was fine. The problem came when nobody came back to take the order. All the tables around us were being taken care of. After waiting quite some time, someone from our table actually had to go and ask someone to come and take an order. When ordering drinks, I only asked for water. That also didn't show up for quite some time. Staff were friendly, though, so I really don't want to downrate them too much. Onto the menu. I have a dairy intolerance that's quite severe. Won't kill me, it'll just make me very ill. The menu itself is well signposted with the most common allergens. There were no accommodations for those allergens, though. There were maybe three things on the menu that were dairy free, one of which was a starter and it was also a salad. The burgers have brioche buns without the option to swap to a dairy free or gluten free bun. Every fried thing has milk in the batter. I naively thought that because there was a vegan option for pizza that there might be the option to replace cheese for vegan cheese. This is not the case. They just give you a pizza with no cheese on top. Now the pizza itself was a nice fire baked base, great dough, the ingredients on it were very nice. But without the cheese it just felt incomplete. My husband had fish and chips, and he really enjoyed it. We were seated quite near the pizza station, and from what I could see the cross contamination handling was not good. I informed two servers of my dairy intolerance, but there was no workspace wipedown, and my pizza was assembled alongside another which had cheese on top. This is not the place to be if you have an allergy, or even if you're vegan. If you have no dietary requirements, you'll enjoy the food just fine.

Went for food before attending a concert at the hydro. There is not many options down near the hydro for food. The staff are very attentive and the restaurant is clean. Food was lovely although we ordered and we were charged for katsu fries but it wasn't katsu fries we received. Burgers are over priced for what they are nearly £20 for a chicken burger and chips. Son had pizza and it looked really nice.

Lovely pizza and great mocktail. Went before a hydro gig and was just what we were looking for. They had an excellent musician playing live which added to a great vibe. Was dissappointed there were nuts in the chocolate brownie but would go back here.

I was so tired that night having just arrived from the USA. I decided to have dinner in the hotel. The pizzas were recommended to me by the front desk. My server Callum agreed and informed me that their pizzas had won a national award. Callum is great. Friendly, funny and efficient. I very much enjoyed my dinner and my time there. Totally recommend it. So far every single person in Scotland has been friendly. I’m impressed.

Went for afternoon tea late one Friday afternoon . Staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and the food and drinks were lovely too. We had one of the last booking time slots available and were not rushed at all. All in all we had a fantastic , relaxing time and got lucky with lovely weather so we could enjoy a fantastic view over Glasgow too, Would highly recommend.

NUT ALLERGIES!! Starters and mains were very good, cannot fault them really! Sadly, the issue came at dessert where we decided to share a brownie. This took quite some time to arrive and was chased up by the servers. Once it arrived we tucked in but quickly realised there was a problem. I believed the brownie to have nuts in it and I was convinced it didn't mention that on the menu. A quick look back confirmed there was nothing about allergies or nuts in any desserts. I asked a member of staff who, after a little time, came back and confirmed it had hazelnuts in it! Luckily, I have a very mild but allergy but this could have been catastrophic to someone with a more serious allergy! The man was nothing but apologetic and took it off the bill. However, please be careful and double check before ordering anything as nothing was labeled as containing nuts or traces. Please rectify this!! We would visit again as the pizzas look incredible and, like mentioned, we cannot fault the service or the other food before dessert.

Friendly staff, served quickly, food came fast and the pizzas were fantastic. We had some things from the normal menu which were okay but would highly recommend the pizzas. Really clean and nice. Would definitely go back

My wife and I won a voucher for pizza and beer for 2 and proceeded to book a table on the 10th January unbeknown to us the pizza service doesn't start till 4 pm. We went online and booked a table for 1pm The restaurant honored our booking and proceeded to grant us outstanding service where nothing was a problem . The staff namely Linda and Stevie made us so welcome and we look forward to many return trips. My wife was celebrating her 66th birthday on the 10th officially a pensioner. She said her day was made so special by the excellent service from Linda and Stevie.

Booked last minute. Very friendly staff. Good choice on menu and food excellent. Added bonus was a great live singer. Will come again on our next visit.

Booked for food and drinks before the Madness Concert at the Hydro - no draft cider available and draft Guinness ran out before 6pm on a Friday night in December. Food was okay, unfortunately we couldn't get our preferred choice of drinks.

Had a meal here before taking my mum to a concert. Food was good, staff were excellent and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Extremely handy for the Hydro etc.

Food overcooked and dry. Breaded Fish was burnt and dry. Burgers overcooked dry. Coffee’s terrible had to return twice cold one coffee was not filtered and all the coffee was at bottom of cup.. disgusting 🤢. Staff were friendly but service wasn’t great. Had to ask for condiments, cutlery, plus had to ask to have empty bottles and empty drinks cleared from the table. Definitely wasn’t the best. Sticky toffee sundae in a a cocktail glass really!! Not worth £10. Food well overpriced for what you got. Would definitely NOT recommend and would never go back.

Came here for a Thursday night dinner whilst staying at the hotel for a couple of nights and we loved it . Pizza’s especially were so good.

Staff are amazing, very nice, friendly and engaging. Pizzas are amazing. Cocktails and beers equally good. Good place to stop off before heading to the Hydro.

Came to the restaurant with an itison pizza deal, wasn't expecting much to be honest but wow the pizzas were fantastic! Chicken on the angry bird pizza was so fresh and tasty, Parma pizza was piled with plenty Parma ham, parmesan and beautiful fresh mozzarella ball on top, our son gave it 10/10! Servers were all lovely during our visit, only complaint would be that they forgot to put through our order of a Mac and cheese side but to be honest in the end it didn't matter as the pizzas were more than enough. Better than any other pizza we've had in Glasgow! Thanks again

Had a green curry as part of a large (pre ordered) group. Bland. Soggy vegetables and about two prawns for £17.50. Friend had the same but with chicken put on top, not in the sauce. Burgers were bland looking. Pizzas were odd with huge ball of mozzarella plonked on top. Staff were lovely but food all came out a different times despite the preorder for the group. We were finished ours by the time the pizza arrived. Plenty other choices nearby. Expensive drinks too.

I was looking for dinner in the area and stumbled across this place. Glad I did as it was really good and excellent value for money. I had the margherita pizza which was superb! Great service and great food.

Ate here whilst staying in the hotel with family on the 3rd March. Both the service and food quality was poor. My Mum and Wife had Pizza, Halloumi sticks and chips which were ok. I ordered the burger, which can only be described as a standard Frozen burger, which had been heated. It was tasteless was awful. The fish n chips which my Dad ordered was barely edible (overcooked and unappealing - see image). The waiter was rude, the lady who was meant to be the hostess took our plates without asking if we had finished our meal and our bill was left on the table without the offer of desert. The breakfast staff were friendly but the cooked breakfast was full of fat and it was cold. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant, which says it all.

Had an absolutely amazing lunch (afternoon tea) for my wee aunty's 65th birthday.. We were served by stevie who was absolutely amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Drinks topped up etc.. couldn't fault this place. And stevie was an amazing hostess. Thank you 😊

Came to the hotel and had nothing but a great experience so far. Especially the Oui bar and kitchen who seem to be very accommodating, even staying open on a Saturday night for food when we arrived later. Staff are amazing. Would recommend and will definitely be back again! Thanks again for an amazing visit.

Really enjoyed the food and the service. Ordered a burger, pizza and a couple of sides to take to my room. Staff offered to bring it up for me as it was a larger order. Burger was really nice and pizza was a hit with wife and daughter. Eating in the room was casual with a great view.

Great service and chat from Jacob on arrival, Pizza’s and cocktails delicious, had super breakfast in the morning with again great service and chat from Steven 👍🏻

While staying at the Radisson Red, we came to the restaurant for breakfast a couple times. The warm hospitality of host Stephen made us feel welcomed from the start, and he took great care of us every time we came in. His kindness and generosity was such a gift! Thank you.

We had an excellent breakfast experience two days in a row. Food was great quality, and staff was super friendly. Stephen was such an excellent host and extremely kind and helpful. Really excited to return to stay and eat at this place next time I’m in town for work.

Food was delicious and plentiful and service reasonably quick however check your bill as we had someone else's drinks on it and waitress admitted she knew that when she brought the bill but didn't know how to take it off!!! She learnt quickly how to fix it and we didn't pay an extra £22 for nothing!!!

Menu is very basic not what I would expect from a four star hotel more like a fast food burger bar !! Two burger and two pints £52 Staff very friendly excellent service, quality of food and service is very good

Arrived on time and had to wait as the place was super busy with the pre gig crowd. Good sign usually. Food took a fair while as the kitchen was backed up. The entire hotel had run out of red wine so we fell back to cocktails. Had to send one espresso martini back as it was more foam than martini! Pizza was doughy, I think it's needed a bit more time in the oven but the toppings were good. The chicken burger was super crunchy. Despite the various mishaps, the staff coped well and were friendly at all times. Even swapped the martini and made it free. One to avoid if there's a gig on I think

I’ve ordered pizza and soup of the day and fries I can tell with full confidence the worst food order I’ve ever tasted The pizza is basically tasteless it’s just bread and hint of cheese and sauce The fries are raw no crunchy or even salty Soup was so creamy as u cannot even sip it Bad bad bad however the staff was friendly and nice and the atmosphere of the restaurant is good But food wise seriously bad

Amazing interior although is it an American diner or a swanky restaurant? Bit confused and certainly not panoramic views of the city, without heading up to the rooftop bar (which is awesome). Food was ok but fairly basic, burgers all on pretzel buns. Fries are just like good MacDonalds chips, delicious. Hot dogs expensive for a basic Frankfurter with some sauce. Good selection of beers including local breweries West's St. Mungo on tap. Handy location if visiting Hydro/Armadillo but expect to pay more, for less!

Very unique place with interesting decors ( I LOVE IT ) Amazing atmosphere.. Food and service was great and staff are fabulous and friendly.. Will come again !!! 🤩

A delicious pre-gig drink and bite to eat

Excellent and efficient service by all staff , especially Robbie who was very polite and informative. Food was ideal prior to a visit to the Hydro.

Restaurant and bar experience was poor We had a reservation, arrived in good time but were pretty much ignored until we asked to give our order. It took over 40 minutes for food to arrive, after chasing it up twice, another 10 minutes for drinks to come *after* the food arrived (this wasn't at our request) and another 5 minutes for the jug of water to arrive. The food was underwhelming to say the least. The burgers were dry, the hotdog was pretty pathetic. The chips were decent, hence the 1 star rating. When we asked to pay, staff were extremely swift to bring the bill and card machine, but we received no offer of an apology or explanation for the delay to food and drinks and no offer of a reduction in our bill for the inconvenience. Pretty shoddy all round to say the least.

Beautiful design inside! I got the hanging beef skewers, and they were great! The meat was very well-seasoned, and the fries were fresh.

Was lovely inside and staff were great made me a cocktail that was off menu, we orderd the gourmet burger with bacon and cheese it was very tasty also had muscles in cream sauce, also the rustic chips were lovely, it is a little expensive but you are well looked after and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed would definitely recommend and we will be back.

If you want to get ripped off then come inside

Walked in off the street for reasonably priced beers at around £4 and sat outside in the evening sun. Ordered at the bar. Friendly staff, nice beer selection. Loads of space
