Great Scottish pub for anyone visiting Glasgow! Really great example of British hospitality from the general and kitchen managers. Highly recommend.

Nothing fancy, but we liked it as it is. The food was fine, the cider was cold, we left satisfied.

The Black/Indian bartender with blonde hair and black glasses apparently couldn't comprehend my simple question about where the bathroom was. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she kept being passive-aggressive. I mean, was I asking to pee in her personal bathroom or something? Perhaps management should train their staff better.

Very good prices and lovely staff. Totally excellent customer service. Super helpful and receptive to feedback. Would definitely recommend.

Went here after a football tournament and all I can say is outstanding in terms of everything. Will definitely be coming back again.

Large spacious bar with a good selection of drinks. Lots of sports showing on large screens - lots of seating and generally a nice atmosphere.

WOW. That was amazing. Did it hurt Callum? When you fell from heaven! I have never been served by a more thoughtful and knowledgeable bartender. It was a pleasure to have him recommend, what I must say is the tastiest IPA I have ever had (Level head), but also pour it perfectly. A true hero!

Been in here a bunch of times, drinks are fresh and the food is banging, shout-out to the staff as they’re great, served last time by Reagan and Ben, great sense of humour! Thank you! Will be back again

I waited 30 minutes at a table in the middle the pub. Not only was I not served, my table wasn’t even cleaned. The bathrooms also leave something to be desired. I can’t speak to the food. With service like that I left. Could have been all night before I got to the end. Never experienced anything like it.

Nice spacious and bright seating area. Private booths perfect for family with young children. Service is quick with an easy to use app to order to your table. Staff very friendly. Will return!

Food was awful. There was nothing else to say. The only edible thing was the garlic bread . It was embarrassing and I don’t think I wpuld be proud of the management running this establishment

Good was a joke. I ordered the salad that was meant to have a glazed chicken breast . This was bland , no glaze and the onion ring ms ordered on the side were like ringos crisps. The chips were the most edible thing .

It’s always a pleasure to visit this pub on any occasion, every single staff member is so welcoming and friendly ,and is up for a laugh it’s by far the best pub in that area and that’s down to the management and staff 💚

Lovely place, with a lot of good memories, I go to coopers quote often since 2013 with friends and sometimes for football games to watch.

Can't comment on the food,but had a few drinks watching football, spacious clean and comfortable environment.

Great boozer for the west end folk, location is great to spend the night here or continue on for a bar crawl, price of a pint is still quite steady and the bar staff are friendly. Would defo recommend coming here for the football, came here a couple of times for the Scotland games and it’s always very busy but they can also show multiple games at the same time which is great to their customers who maybe don’t want to watch the match which is on the big screen at the time. Wide range of pints as well which is ideal.

Popped into this popular West End establishment with some friends. Good choice of beers and wines, spirits etc. Friendly and helpful staff and a good menu too. Also shows football matches on a big screen and has lots of other screens throughout too. I can recommend this public house.

Good Bar, good service good atmosphere

Took a long time to get the food but it was excellent when it arrived.

This used to be a really good place for a pub lunch and a cheap and cheerful pint, but it has been steadily going downhill since the Greene King takeover. Prices are higher than in Ashton Lane and quality does not match. Today we came during a hour long break during a conference around the corner for what we hoped would be a quick pub lunch. We picked a table in a quiet corner with the TV turned off so no annoying screen, within less a minute a member of staff helpfully turned up just to turn it on and disappeared again. Oh well. That was the only thing that happened promptly. The place was half empty but it took between 20 and 50 minutes to be served food, the full portions for some reason came out last so the hungriest people had to wait the longest and then had to chuck the entire meal down within 5 minutes, while those who ordered only a small snack already finished it ages ago. When we checked if the last meal was coming as it has been 45 minutes since it was ordered, five minutes since the previous plate arrived, and still no update, we were told "in two minutes" and five minutes later still nothing. Not sure we will be back and not sure if I could currently recommend this place to anyone else - unless you have a few hours to kill. EDIT: took off one star after the response of management - I thought we were just spectacularly unlucky but it turns out that they chose to understaff the place on what they expected to be a busy day, which is highly unfair to staff. Also orders were put in individually because most of us ordered food via the app and grabbed a drink from the bar - so no, we were not told it was 40 minute wait.

Big friendly boozer, with a good beer choice (including plent of non-alcoholic beers and ciders) More TV's than I have ever seen, so defo good for a sports evening. Admittedly we were in early afternoon, but it was 'so cold'.

Mac n cheese was delicious. Service was great and food came quickly. Nice place to have a late lunch

Steak and ale pie was not a pie It was some stewed beef with a huge bit of puff pastry placed on top Buttery mash was dry definitely no butter present Mushy peas was a green liquid It was tasty enough but not worth the £13 pounds paid my family’s food was even less appetising £8 for a wine Feeling robbed and ripped off

Just popped in for a quick pint, Moretti tasted a bit off to me.

Great for hosting events, mingling, getting hammered at 2pm, an all around gem.

Went for food and drinks,fish, steak pie and Mac and cheese were all great,but behind the bar why no Smirnoff vodka.Its the most popular and the only one my wife can drink.Thats my only disappointment.

Football lovers paradise screens all around

Always made welcome by the staff- staff are very quick to serve you , even the chefs take the time to talk to you which is a lovely touch- reasonable price for a pint too 👌

I used to live in Kelvin Bridge this pub used to be our supermarket it was called coopers fine fare (funny old world) so that's why we went into the bar.

Great range of screen to watch the rugby and football. Very busy, but service as good as could be expected on such a busy night.

Good cheap pub. Great for sports and the staff were all extremely friendly and happy to be of service. Lacked a bit of atmosphere on a Friday night however, with no music while we were in.

Came here with a group of friends after a work event and had a few drinks (so I can't comment on the food). Overall we had a great time - they had a decent whisky selection which is what I was after but those who got beers were happy as well! Drinks were well priced, and the staff were fantastic. Its a big place, and so unless there is a big game on it can seem quiet; if you're looking for a bustling pub atmosphere its maybe not the best. But then again, it was a thursday evening. Our group had a wonderful time and in a way its refreshing to be able to talk to the person sitting two seats away from you and actually hear what they are saying.

Een absolute must voor iedereen. Relaxed zitten, goed personeel, sport fijn uitgezonden (verschillende sport) en geweldig eten. De kip karagee en brood met humus zijn lekker barhapjes. Sociale plek waar iedereen samen komt om live sports te zien. Mijn vaste spot..

Why ruin a good place to watch a game by highlighting that Celtic didn’t donate to your charity event! Celtic have given millions to charity and their fans have given to the tills of Coopers! A cheap dig at a club who gives more to charity than the other side of the city to HMRC!

Came here for my wee sisters 18th birthday and the food was nothing short of spectacular, I ordered the steak medium/well (don't judge me!!) and it was one of the best steaks I've ever had in my life and everyone else at the table were on cloud9 too.. Mac n cheese was amazing, the chicken wings were another winner, "BANGIN" tbh.. and I tried some fish and chips.. wow what a portion!! And tasted dynamite aswell 10/10. You can get a good laugh wi the staff members n the chef who all went over and above to make sure my wee sister had a great time. So, Aye.. Absolutely, definitely going back again and will highly recommend thi space to anyone that enjoys good food and a friendly face! Compliments to: MasterChef Gaz, Cammy and Kirsty!! Beautiful looking place. The beer selection is good but pretty standard (ie no micro brewery beers)

I sometimes work from Coopers for an hour or two and its okay. Staff aren't overly friendly and the atmosphere isn't great. Toilets are clean and in the women's toilet there is a toilet that has a stool and smaller seat for children to use. The WiFi is good and free.

Rather empty on a Thursday evening, so little atmosphere but it meant there was plenty of space. On another visit, there was still space but none of the IPA beers were available - just lagers & ciders.

Auch dieses Restaurant kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, egal ob man ein paar Pint trinken möchte oder z.B einen guten Burger!

Busy Saturday night with big rugby match on but atmosphere was great and bar staff worked really hard to get drinks served quickly

The sign said "Breakfasts - 1000-1200, so we arrived at 10 and the place was quiet and doors locked. It opened at 1100! So we went for a walk and returned at 1100, looking forward to our "Full Scottish" breakfasts. It was worth the wait. I had the large Scottish, and it was delicious and filling. A very nice pub, very comfortable and well-furnished. We returned for a drink in the evening. A good and friendly atmosphere. I liked it there.

Visited coopers for start of World Cup, was great! Special shout out to the staff on with great customer service on a busy shift. Had food and drink would recommend the chicken platter massive value for money. Will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed my visit to Coopers on Sunday night! The Quiz was awesome and the staff where lovely it was very busy and they where rushing around but still on top form! Will be back!

I've been coming to Coopers for a long time and the experience has never been anything other than great. If you're wanting to watch a big fixture it's got like 15 tvs as well as a projector and a big tv up the stairs. Monday to Thursday they have cheap promotions on some beers, prosecco and a cocktail. The food is good and the portions huge! (This probably doesn't last forever though). It's a very well run pub situated next to Kelvinbridge subway Station and multiple other travel links, handy if you want to pop into town afterwards as well. Staff are lovely and youthful, very dynamic team in this place. Special shout out to Jess and Lewis who are funny as well as being good at their jobs.

Excellent customer service, great atmosphere, food is really nice aswell, decent portions and really cheap for the west end. I don’t usually leave reviews but they definitely deserved it 👌👍🏻

This pub could be lovely, but it’s a car crash of tasteless, warring patterns and strangely arranged ‘objet d’art’. Bad at the best of times but now so distressed it’s disintegrating. The interior is in desperate need of investment. Great staff, good beer, eat before...

The staff of Coopers are always happy to make a solid recommendation regarding either food or drink with clear knowledge concerning both. Comfortable seating with sports being shown make this pub an easy choice when meeting up with friends, especially on some of the quieter...

Absolutely superb night in Coopers! Staff were excellent and attentive all night, food and drinks served quickly all night despite it being very busy - staff were excellent! Would leave 6 stars if I could. Definitely the best place in the West End.

Never have I ever had such a cheap peroni, I thought Lewis on the bar was joking when he said it was only £3.50! Fantastic service throughout my afternoon.
