A very warm welcome by the staff who worked there. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. There was no issue with service or being served, each person greeted us professionally and positively. The view from the tea rooms was stunning and the room was beautiful. The staff in the cafe although extremely busy were polite and extremely friendly. Cannot fault the staff, service, a very friendly all round atmosphere. Would be more appreciative from the public if they were to also understand the pressure that this team is under, how well they cope with the rules and regulations that they must follow in order to provide this amazing service

The Redhurst hotel hosted our wedding and they truly were amazing. A huge thank you to Becky who helped with our final planning details and Lorraine and her team who made our wedding go seamlessly from start to finish, we are eternally grateful to everyone! The hotel itself is beautiful and the garden house for the honeymoon suite is an absolute treat and amazing space to return to relax after the buzz of a full on wedding day. Cannot recommend enough!

Group of 8 of us were out for food and drink and had booked here for an evening meal on Sunday. Unfortunately the booing and paying for meal system didn’t work because one item wasn’t available on the menu. So we had to re do our order. After an hour we were about to leave as still no sign of any food. Ainslie (assistant manager) started to look after us and if it hadn’t been for her exceptional customer service, understanding and support we would have walked out. Food was nice, mainly burgers and sides and all 8 people were filled up. So the beers, the food, the sides weren’t the star of the show but the employee- Ainslie, bravo

Great place to go for breakfast lunch coffee tea home baking .and if you feel like a walk along the beach you can do this as well .
