Best lunch spot in Glasgow, service is always fantastic and the sweet potato and lentil soup is my absolute go to. Such a great spot for quick lunch or late night drink, super relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Favourite spot in west end!

Now called Edwards Bar and Grill, still a great little pit stop for drinks and food. The juke box adds a nice touch to the atmosphere 👌

The food is great value for money and very tasty, exactly the type of pub grub you want from a local pub. The range of drinks is great, with plenty of choice of lagers and ciders. We brought the dog along and sat for a few hours enjoying the music they had playing and chatting. The service was great!

Cafe Blush is an amazing place to relax and enjoy delicious food, especially the Eggs Benedict. The service is incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and inviting.

The steak and Guinness pie was great lovely chunks of meat in a rich gravy, with buttery mash.

I only stopped in once. What makes this place is its vibe and atmosphere. I had a couple pints and took a few recommendations from the regulars on what to drink. Everyone was friendly to this Yank. Dogs are allowed. There are games on the TVs. Friendly service. I was in on a Sunday afternoon. The place was packed as I gave up my seat at the bar to a nice lady. It seemed to have an older crowd, which was very friendly. You should visit.

I went on Friday last week and got a strawberry tart and a cannoli, both not good at all, the strawberry tart base was soggy and so wet, couldn’t eat, the strawberries weren’t good either, I paid £4 for this, so disappointed. I have sat in a couple of times and the food has been good, staff aren’t so friendly or look happy at all, I have visited the livingston and bathgate branch, the livingston branch has friendly staff in comparison, some consistency would be good.

Could hear fabulous singing from the street outside on a cold Sunday January afternoon. Was supposed to be heading home but decided to investigate! Made to feel very welcome by small group of locals/regulars and 2 lovely lady bar staff. Had fab wee hour singing along, dancing and just blethering. Loved the tambourines - we have these for our karaoke too! Will definitely be back, hopefully with friends to enjoy more fantastic Falkirk hospitality. PS Would like to add we were only on soft drinks and thank you to gentleman at bar who paid for them.

Llegó a Kirkwall en un crucero. Estábamos tan ansiosos por una comida distinta de lo que se sirve a bordo. No nos decepcionaron. Teníamos Panang Pollo Curry con arroz, servido con pan de niñera. Orkney Beef y Ale pastel servido con brócoli y guisantes y una generosa porción de papas fritas. Ambos eran deliciosos y justo lo que anhelábamos. £ 16 cada uno, pero bien vale la pena.

Visitamos aquí en familia un domingo sin reserva previa, ya que estábamos en la zona. Estaba muy ocupado, pero el personal era muy servicial en encajarnos. Mi marido y mis hijos tenían hamburguesas, que todos disfrutaron. Tuve el asado del domingo y honestamente puedo decir que es una de las mejores cenas de asado que he tenido. Soy muy quisquilloso cuando se trata de carne, pero esto fue cocinado a la perfección y estaba tan delicioso! Sin duda volveremos si estamos en la zona de nuevo!

Lovely cafe with a bonnie view. We enjoyed both the food and service. Very well run establishment with tables outside offered in strict order. The drive down to the area is beautiful and as long as you drive with courtesy you’ll have no problems. Contrary to a previous review there are a number of enjoyable walks nearby. We explored Cormonachan woods nearby and enjoyed spectacular views down to Loch Long. If you plan to visit it’s worth having a walk planned -even just a stroll through LochGoilhead just to make the most of your trip.
