At this Starbucks location, the service was disappointingly poor.

Staff impatient and rude, barista rolled her eyes and looked annoyed just because I asked for whipped cream on my flat white, I got literally half a cup of flat white and just a tiny little squirt of cream on my drink. The 4 drinks were made in lightning speed. Very little seating space,

Great experience with Kenny whilst myself and partner spent the day at the xmas market in the pouring rain, the Hot Chocolate (without marshmallows but with a Christmas brownie) was well received and made our day. Thanks 5***

I have been coming to this starbucks for nearly a year now, the staff have amazing energy, even when dealing with people who don't know how it all works, they are patient, welcoming, and accommodating, it's like an episode of cheers when you are there if you are a regular! Special shout out especially for Goodness, always has a big smile and rocking hair styles! Everyone there keep up the good work, I can be walking into work in a foul mood and just being in your store for 5 minutes helps lighten my mood! Thanks again guys!

The guy making the coffee was so miserable, just shoved the coffee over and said thank you in the dullest tone while rolling his eyes. I get it's a job but come on man.

Great Starbucks just 2mins walk from Princes Street, although there are just a few seats by the windows most of the seating is upstairs. Great choice of drinks and tasty snacks / meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was in this morning... the lady making my coffee could not be less interested in actually being polite. In this day of age when a Coffee is costing near enough £5 would it be too much to ask for some kind of service ??

Store located in a good location near shopping area. Good for taking a break and recharging. The cup of cappuccino tastes good 👍

I supposed to give no star actually, the crew gave us the wrong coffee and when they make it right they gave us mocha frappe with chocolate only without espresso. They think they can fool people essily.

Very well maintained and clean Starbuck outlet in Edinburg, Good Number of charging outlets. The service is prompt and the staff very polite, helpful. We spent a couple of hours here after a full day of visiting tourist spots

One start 🫠 the experience was very unpleseant, waiting to be asked by the "waiter" for a several 2 min no because he was already busy no, but because he was checking his phone, after being asked what we we're having this waiter did not stop yawning and stretching himself. Never been in a Starbucks before but after the experience I had I think ill never come back.

Really small for the amount of service they do. Staff was great even though we don't speak much French and they didn't speak much English. Our order was right!

Found this amazing Starbucks coffee shop at Edinburgh Scotland UK. This place is around the corner from Edinburgh Christmas fair. Awesome coffee and super friendly staff. Perfect spot to start your day with coffee before you get started on a long drive.

Was clean and not overcrowd seating areas.

Only reason I put 4/5 for food, is because the vegan selection, although very tasty, not a lot to choose from.

I believe this place has had a recent refurb but it doesn't show in cleanliness. Wasn't so busy but took an age to get served (in fairness due to till issues). Staff very friendly. Drinks standard Starbucks. Tables full of other customers leftovers. No attempt to clean them. Tables dirty

We witnessed a member of staff support a female who was seriously ill..he gave her the best support, respectful, caring..contacted her family. He went above and beyond, kept her safe, he was so calm..humbling to witness, a credit to the company.

Etwas ungepflegt, dürfte besser geputzt werden. Getränke sind gut. Die Tür macht bei jedem Schliessvorgang unglaublichen Lärm. Wenn man in der Nähe sitzt ist dies sehr ungemütlich. Dafür gute Lage.

Only complaint being that I was asked to wear a face mask. If you see someone without one you should assume that they are exempt, not start to question them infront of others thus making said person uncomfortable and taking their anxiety levels higher. Won't enter here again.

Regular coffee, I only stop by if everything else is closed

Came in soaking wet after walking here for 20 mins, just to be greeted by very rude staff. Firstly, whilst I was wiping my glasses to be able to see the lady at the till asked where my mask was, to which she repeated herself seconds later when I put my glasses back on. I let her know that I don’t have one as the rain soaked it through and was no good use. She could clearly see my jacket, hair and clothes dripping from the rain and said that I needed a mask. I then politely asked her if I could get one to which her and what seemed to be her supervisor said no, I cannot get one. This is rather strange as everywhere else seemed to always have spare masks for customers. I asked them both what they wanted me to do and they said no mask no service. Very very unprofessional service, and unwelcoming atmosphere. Wasn’t the first time that I was greeted rudely by staff there.

Great Starbucks in the heart of Edinburgh, The iced peach tea is fabulous, friendly staff, delish brownies, cosy atmosphere, give it a visit!

First coffee shop that I visited as soon as I reached the Edinburgh coach station. Quite easy to find and quick to walk to from the coach station. The staff were very friendly, with good amount of seating. The toilets were well maintained!

Comfortable seating, air conditioned, clean toilets, friendly and efficient staff.

The so called Lime drink was disgusting!I I went back to counter and the lady serving gave me the carton to look at contents. I could not see anything on it that indicated lime or the unknown taste.i was offered another drink but no time ao refused.

Popped in for a coffee this morning. Place empty other than the staff. Ordered a black coffee. The told I needed to buy food to be able to sit in. Only wanted a coffee and asked for an exception as it was early Sunday morning and the place looked empty. They said it was Starbucks policy. I just declined and left. I am typing this review in Starbucks in the Waverley mall drinking a coffee. They welcomed me and did not demand I purchased food.

You don't have to touch my phone in order to take the number from my application and due to this problem I didn't receive my points on the app cos I had to pay by card. Other employees were able to do it no problem I don't know what changed compered to few days ago.

I ordered ahead via the app for sit in and by the time I got there it was ready and waiting! Lovely seating areas, beautiful painting upstairs at the back. Staff were clearing the tables quickly enough that there were a number of seating areas clear of dishes. This Starbucks is open the latest of all Starbucks cafes in Edinburgh, 9pm.

Uno Starbucks un po' sotto le mie aspettative. Piccolino con pochi posti confortevoli, ho bevuto un americano un po' freddo per i miei gusti e son rimasto anche deluso dalla scelta dei dolci, non c'erano torte ma magari era l'ora sfortunata. Per il resto connessione wifi ottima e cordialità al bancone. Uno Starbucks normale ma, come già detto, le ridotte dimensioni forse ne limitano un po' le potenzialità.

This is a busy Starbucks in central Edinburgh. Customers coming in/out every minute. Lucky to get a seat in peak hours. Staff are excellent at serving fast and keeping the queues down. Visited a couple times during our stay.

Good coffee and lattes, even a lot of versions of it (very good matcha latte),... Food - having vegan options, like vegan wrap, five grain porridge (I recomend), pistaccio bar,... the offers differ from city to city. However, sometimes is a saver if you do not know where to go for a meal. The bad side is that you find it only in bigger cities.

We went for a quick cup of coffee and a muffin, my sister bought a regular cup of coffee and I got a cafe latte, the muffin tasted fine, but I didn't like the taste of the latte. The staff was friendly and we were served quickly and efficiently.
