Costa Coffee in Falkirk

It's a spacious Costa and has outside seating. When it first opened service was slick but it's deteriorated to hit and miss recently.

Staff are always friendly. Coffee is awesome and always clean with a great atmosphere

order states online that it has been ordered didn't get order called Costa and they are saying to contact you . this is getting a habit when ordering items through therefore I will not be using just eat in the future I am very disappointed

Good coffee and reasonably quick service

Very poor managed place. Guy served us(manager )was very rude ,with lack of good manners and good customer service,arguing with customer in front of other people in queue. Poor prestation of him self as a face of venue that he supposed manage. Long queue, wait over 20 to place an order. Place looks tired, lack of hygiene, poor lights, I don't see a reason to back there.

I hate being a person that complains as I’ve worked in a food industry, so I’m aware how busy you can be, but 20 minutes with 3 people ahead of me is clearly ridiculous, week days are never an issue but weekends are always the same, extremely slow and staff always look like they don’t know what there doing, and not even trying to get the orders done

Toastie was freezing and harder than my dead nans toe nails.

Tbh I went last Thursday and there was only one table set up outside. I mentioned this and was basically told oh well?. There are 3 outside tables normally, winter and summer. No one said...oh I'll put one out for you. She was quite rude actually. Called in Friday and all was good.inc 3 tables outside.

This place was really busy and service seemed slow.Lots of dirty uncleared tables.Coffee was ok but cake was really dry.Not a place for a quiet drink,A table of 20 somethings being REALLY loud,staff should have reminded them to keep it down.What with screaming kids and their racket i left feeling stressed and with a headache-avoid!

NY bagel was cold. And no straw with my bubble frappe made it practically impossible to drink.

Look, everything taste great but to deliver an ice drink without a straw ruins the drink ! I ended up searching my kitchen trying to find a straw. I don’t have one. I’m super disappointed to be honest.

Enjoyed a coffee with friends, first time in falkirk

We were missing half of our order. when i phoned to ask where it was we were told it would be sent out with compensation. waited an hour to phone back and be told nothing was coming as they dont have a driver or a number to contact to keep us updated. furious with the service and would like a refund immediately. wont be back

The hot chocolate was great and the carrot cake was delicious. Friendly staff.

This is a run down Costa ..Needs some serious upgrade. Not table or laptop friendly..could not see any mains sockets. Chai latte was warm ..staff tried their best ..customers waiting..tables needed cleaning..

Went with wife to spend a gift voucher.The cafe wad very busy.The food was very bland and tasteless, coffee was average. The toilets are a disgrace.

Met a friend for a coffee, Had a coffee and a cake, just under £7, make your own mind up if that is pricey. very noisy atmosphere, very loud from behind the counter, crushing ice or very noisy coffee machines, you can’t hear yourself talk to one another. Do you have someone clean tables or do you return your own mess, there was no one cleaning tables. One of the large windows had been damaged, wonky tables, worn/ ripped seating, the sun was blinding you if you sat at the window, no blinds. Not the relaxing mid morning coffee atmosphere I expect. Will not be back in a hurry

4.15pm and sections are closed. Very crowded, noisy as they are already cleaning and hoovering. If you are looking to have a coffee in late afternoon and have a wee relaxing time and chat with someone,Definitely not this place. When asked why it’s shut 2 hours prior closing, answer was, we are short of staff, what would you line us to do…. Costumer service training? Non existent

The NY deli bagel was stale but everything else was okay

Took forever to get here and when it eventually did, half the items were missing. I watched the driver on the map go a strange route and stop a bit up a side street as well, so who knows what was going on. When it did arrive, the drink I ordered was cold in addition to multiple items being missing

For the first time ever I was really disappointed with a costa coffee order. Firstly one of the cups was leaking from the bottom so the house was covered in coffee. Then on tasting there was something off about milk and was virtually undrinkable.

So great, server Conner is so sweet and has obviously been trained very well. The coffees and the Frappes were delicious too. Cant fault this place at all x

went in with my mum to try the festive drinks and the man who served us was so lovely! let me know about getting my drink cheaper if i worded it differently and gave me free cup of marshmallows. love him

Drink missing costa refused to help

We ordered 2 of the same drink with different milks. My friends has a dairy intolerance but we weren't told which drink was which. Luckily this is an intolerance and not and allergy!

Got a slice of tipsy chocolate slice,, there was no cherries or nuts as tipsy slice should have only biscuits in it, so it was basically chocolate biscuits, not good

Lovely wee place just to sit down. Atmosphere is very cozy and theres additional seats at the side of the shop. Toilets are available, and staff are always friendly and helpful. Drinks and food are usually very tasty!

Was plenty of seats available when I visited. Place was ok if you don't mind paying their prices for coffee.

Service and staff were good, Crockery was clean.

This was the worst moche and rap and brownie i have ever had

Not the greatest atmosphere when staff member is getting told he is having his shifts changed the day before he was due to be off. I am guessing it was a supervisor or manager she had glasses and tattoos on her arms that was speaking to the staff member. He seemed upset after getting told he would work the Friday Saturday so that someone else could have it off. As someone who is a supervisor in a retail shop you are supposed to give your staff atleast 1 weeks notice before changing a shift. Not the day before, the other team member he had short hair black more shaving he seemed to be the one requesting that his shift was changed. All of this happened in front customers in the place and was very vocal. Not very good management

Local, busy, plenty of parking, and drink/food, watch the parking times, plenty of variety (m+s now) still got the yellow jacket person checking cars?? Employed by?????

LATENESS NOT THE FAULT OF COSTA, NO DRIVERS WERE AVAILABLE. I ordered a latte and lemon tart for a pick me up, The latte was delivered piping hot and there was a little extra in the bag to make up for the lateness. Tasty, well prepared, hot coffee.

No caramel in cortado no sugar for any drinks

I ORDERED BACON HYOU SENT SAUSAGE AND ORDER WAS COLD - FURIOUIS

THIS NEEDS ADDRESSED! Almost every time I’m ordering a cappuccino in store or for delivery, you are handing me a mocha! Someone needs to learn the difference between the two! Or they shouldn’t be working with coffee! Now I’m without coffee and have no time to order another!!

Driver (Donna) handed 2 bags over advising something had spilled because of how Costa packed it. As soon as I took them, the bottoms fell out of both bags spilling the entire contents of the coffee down our cream wallpaper, the doors & all of the food which was already soaked inside the bag. Driver, after cleaning the spilllage mess in her car refused to take responsibility or be involved & said she couldn’t take it back we had to phone you. Money wasted on what was meant to be a treat. Entire order ruined & nothing edible or drinkable. Contents had to be binned. Not to mention the coffee stains left running down cream wallpaper right at our front door! Would be a lot easier to be able to ring the restaurant to advise this but as usual a long winded procedure. Please refund the value of the order.

Ran out of chocolate twists but they sorted it by replacing with a croissant and refunded the difference 👍🏻

The opening morning staff are lovely and friendly.

Busy cafe. Tables slow to get cleared up and wiped down. Staff are friendly. Not enough toilets for Size of cafe.

Coffee tasted burnt and I don’t know why I bother ever asking for sweetener coz they never put it in the bag anyway. I find it off when you go in the coffee is good but when you have it delivered, because your not there to complain, they make no effort.

Just visited this Costa while passing through the area. I have to say the customer service here is the worst I've experienced in a costa. The first point of contention was that when asked for our order, we requested a bubble mango frappe, only to be told that the boba/bubbles were unavailable, but the mango sauce was. When I expressed a change of mind since that is the best part of the drink for me, I was told by the member of staff that "only 7 boba/bubbles are put in the drink" trying to emphasise that they don't add anything to the drink as whole. She was quite rude and adamant that all costas operate this, which is quite untrue as I've had the drink elsewhere in Glasgow with nowhere near such limits.

Always hot when delivered, quick delivery

Coffee was delivered 30mins late, driver only phoned once for directions and still took a further 20mins after directions were given. We order every week and normally delivery is spot on but this week was very poor.

Medium cappuccino was barely half full and tasted disgusting! What's going on Costa?

UPDATED (Lost a star) Still a nice Costa and friendly staff - dogs only allowed outside now, vegan range is still getting there, (better than competitors), happy to take reusable cups. The new milk Costa is being made to use is killing the experience - not that I can go in anymore if i have the dogs. But the new Soya milk changes the taste of the coffee completely. I did hear that they're re-jigging their own brand Soya milk to taste better so I'll try again in the future.

Only gave 4 stars just because I never think Costas coffee is a good as other places. Also they put my tiffin up against my toastie so the chocolate all melted. But everything was yummy, ham and cheddar toastie was delicious (ever so slightly overdone, so was a tad dry on the edges), tiffin was great. Delivered on time

Thank you so much for your excellent service today I’m a stranger in town and I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable.

Very dissapointed, driver got lost and went to wrong street and took ages to deliver food. When food did arrive it was cold and one bag with two of the cake items i had ordered and been charged for was missing. Phoned restauraunt and they were quite dismissive about it, telling me to contact just eat. This is the second time this has happened when ordering from costa on just eat and it will be the last time, i wont be ordering from this place again. Very poor service.

This place is becoming a dump, Toilets are disgusting never any soap, service getting worse tables filthy, rude cheeky staff, forget your order then because they don't clear tables, have a go at me for sitting at one with someone else's tray. Find some manners and gut the place. Coffee Pots get a grip of this place.

Ordered 5 iced drinks and only recieved 4 straws which made things a little difficult. Delivery driver was fantastic! Very happy and cheerful! 🤗

Asked for a large latte and got regular :( not the biggest problem but also not what I paid for. Wee tad disappointed but you always give a fantastic service and mistakes happen were only human!

The two falt white coffee's where half empty. My oat milk coffee had almost no milk, ordered before and was fine but today was highly disappointed. Looked like the driver didn't direct came to us.

I ordered a large coffee and received a regular sized cup only filled up halfway. Waiting on refund

Food was hot and on time. Tasted great. Yet again, excellent customer service when one item became unavailable. Can't rate their customer service highly enough
