Great food spot on service The new chef is great. Friendly front of house and great management. Would highly recommend Reasonably priced and what can I say you eat with your eyes and the food was excellently presented

Not been for years but thought we would give it a try not impressed it was very quiet we ordered lasagne not much meat all pasta topping

Honestly, don't waste your money. There are literally dozens of other, better, friendlier places nearby. £50 for a couple of coffees, an omelette & an Eggs Benedict. Staff are rude - unwelcoming, unfriendly, and really don't care about whether you are there or not. Service charge added on for the privilege of just being there. They are basing their prices on location - a few minutes walk away you have a multitude of options. Don't waste your cash!

Great service. Every member of staff was engaging , polite and very helping . The Hotel rooms were perfect . Can’t fault anything .

Very poor customer serves especially for the staff called nathan he told me to go faster when I was trying to get my food and I heard him whisper when I paid hes so dull needs he said might as well spit in his food I got a refund and just left I hope his managers have a look at this message and have a talk with him and when I asked for a manager he said ok and went to the back for 30 minutes +and in the end I got a very nice staff member come up to me and gave me a refund and a apology

Don’t expect to sit down at an unreserved table early in the evening to enjoy time in this place! Was sitting with friends about to order meals when they put a reserved sign on the table & asked us to vacate in 30 mins! A busy pub yes, but no respect for walk in customers. Go somewhere else!

Staff on the bar were lovely but please avoid the food. Ordered what we thought would be a restaurant meal and we got food in a takeaway box plonked in front of us with no one telling us were cutlery etc was. Chips were stone cold and disgusting. You pay restaurant prices and get yesterday's left overs.

Terrible service. Dirty tables. Sat in waiting room after they closed and all you could hear was shouting and swearing. Not ideal for people to hear whilst walking in/out of the hospital or sitting in waiting room. Would not recommend

Thank you to the fantastic la bone restaurant who gave us 12 wonderful meals to North Walsham hospital.we are facing bad times ahead, and truly grateful for lifting our morale! We are a small rural hospital and sometimes forgotten, but will be playing a part in this awful time . Thank you xx

I bought a coffee and a cake..the coffee tasted like cheap instant coffee, it was so bad I couldn't drink it and the cake was sooo dry I couldn't EAT it either...and on top of that theres no toilets! By far the worse coffee shop I've ever been to. AVOID.

Terrible cafe. Sub had hardly any filling and looked like it was thrown together. No real milk only uht. Self service. No tea sooons.

Thank you!!! after a long night battling my demons and some my say my angles you have truly lifted my mood, after that costa i feel exhilarated and ready to fight any harm that comes my way! your impeccable customer service really incapsulated the love in which i feel from a costa!! if it wasn’t for you guys i may of killed myslef 😊😊!! the mango and passion fruit fruit cooler was impeccable! i have had some in the past which have been sloppy and funky but your perfext crafting made my lovley brew of fruits expload in my mouth!!! i love it when things explode it my mouth and when they have flavours! the beef chilli and cheese sandwich really gave me such a experience! i felt like i was dining at the ritz! (or rizz 😂😂) it was perfect with flavour and it stayed a good consistent heat the whole way through! i really appreciate guys keep up the good work!!

Service not good . Food not good at all I ordered pizza and hot chocolate. The pizza toping is burnt and hot chocolate is cold
