Went to get a latter and had to pick up 5/6 cups to find mostly clean ones, then got my Mac and cheese which was a microwave meal eat a bit of that decided it was horrible, tried to eat salad and from behind a green leaf fell a dead fly vile place

After reading previous reviews we must’ve been lucky but have to say the food was lovely and the staff were friendly. I got fish & chips, wife beef dinner and both nice. It was when the meal offer was on.. 2 main meals and 2 drinks for £10.00

Ordered using the online machine , ordered 2 adult lunches with drinks and a child's meal with drink , to be told.on the machine to collect drinks at the counter so went to the counter to be told by undertrained staff member (in my opinion) that they don't have drinks! And told we couldn't have possibly ordered them as they don't do them?? Really. Told again that they don't have bottles of water ??? Or fruit shoots?? Utterly useless service. They do do drinks as my partner pointed out when getting them and again told by this person that we couldn't have order them on the machine. The food was very poor the fish and chips was overcooked. The products used in the sausage and mash very poor....the sausage had never seen meat at all. Just a rubbish experience overall and wouldn't recommend and equally would not return. Also no child seats available so our grandson had to sit on a normal chair with his chin on the table.

Visited cafe today 5/1/23 had chips and fish when it came looked very nice started eating it cut into fish it had a funny smell and was a yellowy colour very dissapointed with it

I like this place as it is freshly cooked and different options, but the service needs an improvement.

Popped in for chicken/chips " they don't serve that until 11 30".. Looked at menu near till, absolutely gross; all sticky remains food on it. Showed assistant who seemed unconcerned. Explained this should be disinfected -anyone heard of Covid?? Opted for a small breakfast; asked for tomato to be swapped for 2nd egg. "We can't swap anything, haven't done for ages". No need to wonder why places shut down. Frequently onsufficient staff, have had to knock on door to kitchen in order to pay!!

Probably the worst ever breakfast iv ever had overpriced garbage small warm portions at a price that didn’t reflect its value

Popped into the cafe to have a snack whilst shopping. Staff are great, but the food was terrible. We didn't have time to send it back, but couldn't eat most of it. The bacon was fatty and under cooked. There was no care at all.

Restaurant Just came across these reviews by chance. Frankly can’t understand the adverse ones. Our service was quick. The plates were classy. The cups were clean. The breakfasts were excellent but could’ve been hotter. Don’t get the idea of avocado on a breakfast plate! All in all very good and we are going tomorrow!

We visited Morrison’s cafe hillsbourough this morning after a long wait the full English was cold served without toast the tables were sticky and not cleaned we sent the breakfast back and noticed we wernt the only ones sending food back the second breakfast came out again cold fatty raw bacon and dried up eggs I will telling all family friends and colleagues not to eat here

Was yesterday there with my son for lunch and I can't lie it was the filthiest place I ve ever seen.Cuttlerie was dirty the food rubish the till man had filthy nails totally rubish

Walked into an absolute mess. Tables were dirty and full of uneaten food (counted at least 12). Food was overpriced and overcooked. Cutlery was dirty. My husband had to search for a clean knife and fork. We’ve been here 20 mins already and still NONE of the tables have been cleared. It’s absolutely disgusting. Health & safety and environmental health would have a field day here.

Just visited this store for a top up shop . I usually spend around £150 per week . I’ve always used my photo Nhs ID when paying to receive my 10%discount . I do it this way because it more secure and to maintain infection control procedures. I have previously never had a problem with this and had personal ID to verify this. I paid for my shopping this way 3 days ago. Unfortunately the person on the till and a supervisor wouldn’t accept this stating they had been told not to. I appreciate that information may change in these challenging times but surely using common sense they should have accepted on this occasion giving advice to bring the landyard next time.? Are these rules set in stone? I was really annoyed and left my shopping . I’ve been a loyal customer to Morrison’s but not any more. No customer service here .

We wanted a nice breakfast so visited the Morrison's restaurant. The food was freshly cooked and very nice. The menu states that the food is all available in-store - so this is a fantastic advertisement for the food available in-store.

The Supermarket is OK. Depending on the staff you can get good or bad service. The selection of food is good. There should be more European items for sale (Bread, Meat, etc.)

Fish is great - but please clear the tables a bit quicker - and try to pretend you enjoy your job a bit more. Great choice of good. Scamp good too.

Me and mum visited here for breakfast. We both ordered the big breakfast. It came quickly but we soon realised the meal was luke warm, the 3 rashers of bacon were mostly fat and the sausages burnt. Will not be visiting here again!
