The meats on the pizza tasted a little off not as in expired but just didn't taste normal

so i orderd the mixed kebab with salad and mint sauce it was supposed to come with donner,chicken,and shish instead i got some thevy unapatizing looking chicken and some cubes of what looked like it was lamb the whole thing looked a big mess with mint sauce on it the salad was watery because when i opened the box the food was swimming in what looked like water i mean cmon would you eat that if arrived on your doorstep by a delivery driver who didnt want to walk across the road from his wich i my book is the worst customer service ever all in all this place is very poor quality 8 pounds for something i didnt in the end i ordered from a different takeaway because just didnt want to risk eating what ever ot is they sent me ive even taken pictures of the i just wish i could post them on here so u could see, all in all i would deff avoid this place the food and service is terrible

The chicken nuggets were truly awful. Did not taste like chicken and made me feel immediately I'll. The doner was really hard and dry also not much care with food. The wrap however was pretty good. But overall not the best

Was 40 minutes late & half of my order was forgotten. To say I only ordered pizza and chips I don't understand how it was even possible. But the food was a good standard & reasonably priced. The delivery driver was very apologetic. Would still recommend.

Ordered at 18:36 after a previous resteraunt decided to mess us about. Waited till the delivery time and 15 mins after, contacted them and all they could say was our just eat machine was broke. So what does that have to do with them contacting me, shouldn't they of then thought we should be notifying customers and rang just eat them selfs to get our numbers so they could ring us. I asked if our food had even been done, he some how knew I'd ordered from just eat yet they had not even done our food an hour an fourth mins on and not even bothered to tell me.. apparantly he said he could get our food to us in ten mins, it's that alone in a drive by car what about the cooking time I some how doubt it 10 mins. Just eat you need to get these resterwunts in order. There is little to no communication from the resteraunt to customer when something goes wrong..

I waited around 3+ hours to get the food which was not hot when it arrived. I called up 3 times to ask where the food was so in general no customer service at all I was told was: "DO YOU WANT THE FOOD OR NOT" not going to order from there again.

Food was late and the chips were soggy I asked for chilli sauce on my donner they gave me ketchup and I can't stand ketchup so threw the meal in the bin waste of money never order from here ever again even if it means it's the last takeaway on London road

The food was late and cold because the useless driver doesnt know how to follow his sat nav. I had to walk down the street to meet him to which he then blamed me for him getting lost! Hes in the wrong job and needs to rethink his worthless life

Waited over 30 mins past my delivery time. Called them up to be told it would be another 10 mins! So i was left waiting the best part of an hour past the delivery time stated. When the food arrived it was extremely greasy and unappealing!! Very disappointing! Definitely going to think twice before ordering from here again!

WHAT AN UTTER FARCE!! 4/5 times I rang with no comprehensive answer . The staff at the store had no idea what I was saying .. For a small order .. I was quoted 1 Hour and 15 minutes delivery . I live a maximum 5/10 mins drive from the takeaway . In 1 hour 15 minutes I could have Wales there and back 4 times minimum !!! Just ridiculous . Every time I called I just got a nonsense answer . The brother on the phone spoke little or no English . Which is fair enough he's just working .. Maybe he shouldn't be on the phone ?? I ask for the manager / the owner / the boss .. Apparently this place doesn't have one !?!? Ridiculous . Farcical . Amateur . Poor . I'm a reasonable person , I've worked in takeaways my self .. This is a JOKE. I was more angry than hungry by the end of this whole debacle.

The delivery was OK. However, the garlic bread has not been offered whereas the order exceeded the £15 - please make your policy clear to people. The delivery man was rude and not being able to discuss this. In conclusion, I may not order again from here.

This is the second time I've ordered from Dubai Express and it's the second time the delivery was unreasonably late. I ordered at 6.15 and didn't receive it until 8. The food is okay but nothing special. Will not be ordering again.

The chips was horrible the wrap was not even made to look presentable the onion rings were soggy

The food turned up around the specified time the first time but it was burn and and falling apart, asked the guy for another because it was not appetising at all, just had the 2nd one dropped off this one is not burnt at least but super greasy and the topping is falling off and hardly edible, I shall not be ordering from this place again.

Asked for cheesey chips, only got chips. Also wanted a doner kebab got doner meat and a tortilla wrap thrown in the bag.. This ruined my night as I originally tried to make tuna & rice burritos for tea, only to accidently pour gravy into the mixing bowl.

Absolutely horrid. Cheesy chips were that bad they formed a square on my plate, and the chicken kebab was basically 4 pcs chicken with lettuce and a nan, they also forgot my drink. Would not order again.

Many takeaway places must be bored of people asking for jokes to be written on the lids of pizzas which is understandable, I'd even get bored eventually. Even though my request was granted it was a poor joke 2/10 for banter.

The food was disgusting and really inedible. The chicken nuggets were really awful and grey looking and the bags were soaked in grease. Very disappointed as I've ordered from here in the past and it was amazing. We called and asked for a refund, which they accepted and the delivery guy returned our money. The delivery guy was really lovely but it was bad customer service on the phone.

Absolutely disgusting the pizza I ordered is barely cooked, I ordered a bbq base with extra chicken. all I can taste when Im eating the pizza is onions and peppers and the odd hint of mushroom when none of those things are on the pizza. clearly the people at this place are not cleaning their kitchen and are preparing the pizzas on the same surface again and again without wiping it down which is why im tasting all the onions and peppers I didn't want on my pizza. if anyone has any allergies I would strongest suggest against ordering from this take away

BBQ pizza had hardly any BBQ despite paying for extra, fried chicken wasn't crispy, gave the runs almost instantly :(

square pizza is one of the best things this restaurant does but could do with a bit more sauce on the pizza it's dry most of the times !

Requested delivery time 19:55 order arrived at 18:55! An hour EARLY! Then to top it off the delivery driver ignored the delivery instructions!
