This place has turned into an absolute joke. The queue times are ridiculous and half the time there is only 2 people on, one taking orders and one making the drinks. Now they have changed their opening times and if you are seeing a movie after 7.30 you can't get a coffee now. We used to persevere because we like the coffee however the final nail in the coffin was the price increase! £7 for a venti cold brew! £7! however if you drive to meadowhall just around the corner you can have the same drink for £5.75! It's an absolute rip off! We will no longer be going!

Never got coldbrew though advertised widely in store. Prices ridiculously high. But coffee is nice enough. Would prefer a good local concern rather than billionaire conglomerate.

WiFi doesn’t work. Even though it’s called “STARBUCKS WIFI” it won’t connect and staff seem clueless. Claim it isn’t their wifi.. weird.

Grande skinny latte coffee, poor with about an inch of froth, but good customer service, otherwise would have been a 1 star.

Friendly staff, great service and drink. I didn't have food as I'm gluten free and there are not many (any?) options. Could do with some comfy seating in the conservatory area.

I go in Starbucks all over the world and this is by far the worst. The wait for a coffee can be 30 minutes because there is only usually two people working here when it needs more. Awful Starbucks and primed for closure.

Coffee and a cake for one 9 squids not great value I am afraid no wonder like the cineworld it was empty!

Coffee that's better than Costa

Have enjoyed Starbucks lattes for years. None of competition can touch it. Only wish snack prices were revised as a cube of cake/brownie costs over £1 is only about size of a dice. We do not eat generally as food and snacks are way overpriced. Shame really.

Service has really deteriorated here. I've had to abandon getting drinks a couple of times because of how slow they are. According to their opening hours they should be open on Monday until 9pm but I arrived at 7:25 pm to be told by one of the staff they were now closed. Sad when places go downhill. Some of the staff look school aged and don't seem to care.

Popped in for coffee and a muffin before I went to see the film situated in cineworld very convenient I haven't had a Starbucks coffee in a long time and wow I didn't realise how much I have missed it I think it as the edge on other popular chain coffee shops and the staff are very friendly I like the way they ask your name good choice of sandwiches cake biscuits and really amazing choice of drinks won't leave it so long till I call into a Starbucks again 😀

Called in before seeing a movie on 29th July 23....cashier was pleasant but said there was a 10 - 15 min wait for drinks. One barrista on...absolutely ridiculous. So busy and not enough staff. Barrista was so slow and looked fed up...sort it out Starbucks

Love this place. Me and my autistic son always call when we're going to the cinema. The staff are brilliant with him. He likes a cup of tea but he likes it at a warm temp and wants the same size cup as I have for my coffee (largest). The staff always accommodate him without complaint. He also loves the cookies.... and considering how particular he is with food this demonstrates how awesome they are 😀

Not enough staff. Had a bit of wait for the order. Place was also a bit messy :(. Ordered a Tuna hot sandwich, which wasn't cut.

Came with my little boy for a nice cappuccino and babycino. Well I say nice, the service was appalling, there was no smile on any of the 3 girls that were serving and when I said my drink was cold, 1 of the Batista's said to the other "apparently it's cold". I'm sorry but it was and to be quite Frank it was bland, the coffee was overpowered with milk. Won't be returning and just go to Costa opposite it. Looked like non of the staff wanted to be there

Great, relaxed atmosphere here. Service was on point. I wasn't kept waiting and my wife informs me that the coffee was great! Because of its location (inside the main cinema building) you are allowed to take the drinks into the auditorium with you to enjoy during the film. The staff were well presented and a happy bunch; Eager to help and professional while doing so. We will return.

Well, wasn't too bad, I forget you get discount with cineworld cards, which was quite good, the people was Courteous, and informed me of the use of the card, which I was quite Impressed, next time I'll go, I'll give the coffee a try.

I use this Starbucks when Im going to watch a film, lovely staff service is generally good, be prepared to wait if there's a good film on at peak times because there will be a queue. The place is always clean I've never seen cups,plates left on tables.

Got charged £4.45 for large strawberry and cream, but stated £4.05 on menu. Extra cream was labelled 0.50p so not sure if it was for that reason. Only 0.40p however its still annoying from a customer perspective

Built into Cineworld cinema, this Starbucks offers all the usual coffee and cakes you could want before settling into your movie. Staff are friendly and well trained to serve you quickly

Went in to grab a coffee while waiting for someone ordered drink then went to pay with startbucks app to be told we don't take it sonething to do with the cinema couldn't really here what the bloke was saying But last time I checked it definitely said starbucks above the door so why not take the card. So walked out and wont be going again.

Arrived in plenty of time for cinema and went to grab a coffee. There was a queue to order but didn’t seem to wait that long. We then waited 20 mins for our drinks. Saturday afternoon. Weathers horrendous so it’s busy. 1 person taking orders and 1 person making drinks and 1 person apparently doing anything but making themselves useful, emptied the bin, went to the stores cupboard, wiped the side down. 1 couple had been waiting 25 mins for their drinks. Another woman bought her drink back because it was wrong. Our drinks should have had the same name on but had two different names neither of which was close to the one given. Will avoid next time!

I visited the Starbucks inside Cineworld at Centertainment in Sheffield. Usually I am a big Starbucks fan, but I was really let down by this visit (as I have been a few times to at this particular branch). The cafe is often unclean and messy and leaves me searching for a clean table to sit at. On the most recent visit, I had to wait ages to be served as there was only one staff member doing all the jobs behind the counter. After being served, I waited ages for my drink and when the server (the same girl who had taken my order and payment) brought it to me it was the wrong size. I said to the server that I didn't think this was my order to which she replied "its yours" and turned her back to me and walked away. It wasnt the size of drink that I had ordered or paid for. However, I was in a rush and so left. I do think that more care needs to be taken- I was served the wrong sized drink and my concerns were ignored- I also cannot have dairy and ordered Soya milk- what if in the rush I had received a dairy drink because my concerns had been ignored?! The outcome could have been much worse than an annoyed customer. I have since complained to Starbucks, but just received a generic email talking me that my feedback will be passed on. I usually cannot fault Starbucks and so feel it is just an issue with this branch and will be avoiding it from now on!

Really slow service when it gets a little busier. I'd recommend giving yourself 15-20 mins before your movie to get drinks here.

Great location for coffee after cinema visit.Sulky staff who give the impression they,d rather not be there.Ridiculously long wait for 2 coffees which were barely warm once dumped on table at the end of the counter.Seating area not well lit opposite counter,other areas very uncomfortable.

3 weeks to refurbish can hardly see any benefit and now poorly lit - not great if you've failing eye sight or visualy impaired. Still the same food and drinks on offer and the prices haven't been hiked up which is good.

Long wait and Mixed up drinks with no apology. Friend insists on Starbucks, not my first choice of places. Order 2 drinks and not sure what is complicated about this but there were wrong! Queues were long and had the need for the toilets, let's just say I didn't bother with the state there was in! Did mention to staff but got the usual Starbucks dont care attitude! Take your money elsewhere to a business that cares about its customers

Just visited this branch, was late granted but as soon as I stuck my head in the door I was told “we’re clooosed” not a “SORRY we’re closed” was just very blunt. I get when customers come in late its the worst but I just left feeling like I was an inconvenience

Lovely place to grab tea or coffee or an iced coffee. Can be loud but it's not distracting from the amazing drinks. Furthermore they have food which I am yet to try.

Starbucks coffee is just great, it's flavour is unlike any other. It's not harsh or bitter, it's smooth and flavoursome. It might be a bit dearer than some cafes but you get what you pay for. I love the food there too, and the choice if drinks is good too. Finally I'd just like to mention the staff, they are always helpful, friendly and cheerful. Overall my favourite go to cafe.

Shocking service on a Friday early evening. No cups so everything in horrible takeaway cups. Despite marking on the drink 'Milk they didn't put any milk in. Requested a panini to be toasted, didn't call out for me just left it there in takeaway wrapping going cold again even though I was eating in. Had to chase it for them to say oh its there! Would not come here again, appalling

Just stopped here for a caramel macchiato and a decaf Americano awful my caramel was cold and the caramel was just a pile in the bottom of the mug instead of bing in a cross section on the top of the milk,then they spilt half of the decaf on the work surface,shocking.
