Had the poached eggs with avocado with toast. Nice and hot. Please can you put some sachets of ketchup and brown sauce out near the cutlery so can have some next time thanks.

food cold, ordered on the machine and paid, got to the till to get hot drinks to be told they did not have some of the drinks. Ordered breakfast, again told we have no tomatoes, sorry! no substitute for that. We are in a supermarket, could they not just go and get some. No napkins, kitchen roll, left by cutlery. Shocking really. I won't be returning. The food was awful. The young lady that brought out food though was very nice and polite.

My local Morrisons so it gets a visit nearly every week and we always sit down for something to eat before the shop. i usually get the fish chips and peas (you can ask for garden if, like me, you prefer them to mushy peas) or sausage egg chips, beans and a slice of bread and butter & tea with both meals. occasionally you get a fish that could be better or maybe the fried egg isn't runny, but more often than not i enjoy what's served. and three sausages isnt bad either!. As for the cafe area itself, i like it,

ordering at the till told food was 30 minutes wait, Ok not bad we thought .1 hour later told a lot of staff off sick. The food was ok but after 1 hour you just want to leave. Was offered a free drink but declined. Could be really good but unfortunately it’s not.

Had breakfast at Morrisons. The whole store was really cold. The food would have been better if it had been hot but the different items varied from warm to cold. Think it’s important to make staff aware otherwise they will lose customers. The food is usually very good and the staff friendly.

Got to morrisons and thought I would have a little snack of a couple of slices of toast, with a coffee. Ordered at the till and moved to sit down, after a while chatting I was curious about the time it was taking for 2 measly slices of toast, ( I had already waited 15 mins) I was told that the wait for hot food would be 45 mins WHAT FOR 2 SLICES OF TOAST?????? I said this was ridiculous We have come here for many years but now the time has come to NEVER EVER COME AGAIN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS BUT YET NOTHING GETS DONE

had afternoon tea. was good for the price it had a large scone with plenty of cream. was cheap. i felt welcome and its very clean.

Ridiculously small portions, cold food, missing items. Miserable unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Slow service in a cafe that wasn't even busy! One drinks machine that delivered luke warm insipid coffee. Front order machine didn't work, staff saw us trying but hadn't got the manners to advise us, or the brains to put a notice on the defunct equipment. No puddings any more. Such a pity but it's no longer a good service or value for money.

Waited 45 minutes when it arrived most of it was cold, when we complained they apologised then said it will be a long wait for a replacement. So we ate it almost cold as we had an appointment and couldn’t wait . Very disappointing and will not bother again

We are still in your cafe - such was the horror at but the service and food we received - this is your vegan breakfast- after having to ask where the sausages were we were told there was none in stock - the food - which was cold was taken to be warmed up the microwave I am still unable to put the beans into my mouth - to add to this a mushroom and hash brown had been removed from both breakfasts- when I questioned this - I was told this was due to the 75p refund we receved for the lack of vegan sausages! I have no idea why when the food was already on the plate this would be taken off! The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and basically said “well the breakfasts were half price anyway!” What a waste of food - and you have also lost two customers - shocking! Absolutely shocking!

Super friendly cafe, staff really wanted to ensure everything was okay. The food was super nice and really affordable

I like Morrison's café, especially the fish and chips and the breakfast, its cheap enough for most people, and its clean.

They seemed to be short staffed at this cafe with only one person working. I got my drinks and cakes after a bit of a wait. Served by a pleasant cashier. A decent latte and Belgian bun, my son enjoyed his chocolate cornflake cake and pot of tea. Half price Monday to Wednesday with the scheme. A clean and tidy cafe.

Ordered 2 breakfasts took 25 mins to arrive it didn’t come with toast we ordered so we asked a member of staff and he looked at us and completed ignored us and then we asked a different member of staff and she said ‘ you need to sort it out with the person who brought your food’ And walked off. The person who brought us our food was no wear to be seen absolute terrible service and the food was rotten waste of money

Went to morrisons cafe for breakfast following our early sunday morning shop. I understand it was half price but for goodness sake have a bit of pride. The lady on the till was not friendly I understand that she was busy but you are front line staff. I ordered two big breakfasts tea,coffee, orange juice and toast. Granted only £6.44 but when arrived the unbuttered toast was freezing might aswell ate stale bread waiter had to go and get butter. The food just look like it had thrown on the plate. I rearranged it and tried the beans oh my God freezing. A told the waiter who was very nice and he apologised and took it back he returned with the same plate only just been microwave and a few more bean put on. Again the beans still cold. He took it back a 2nd time and returned again with the same plates beans were just warm. The only thing editable was the bacon. The hash browns were full of oil the egg was like plastic. All I can say is never again Disappointed

Had the scampi meal-partly attracted by the half price offer. Hard working staff, but the meal was very disappointing.Scampi was pale, the oven chips were just about edible and the garden peas were passable. The bread and butter was cheap white bread and presumably margerine.. The carbonated drinks machine had run of out CO2, and basically the whole meal was quite unappetizing and served on a lukewarm plate. Morrison's policy appears to be to use the cheapest ingredients with little thought for the quality of the meal itself. I've had Ploughmans Lunches in the past at that cafe which to be fair have been pretty good, but while Morrisons continue to offer hot meals using bargain basement fare, at least that's how it appears to me, I won't be doing so again.

Sometimes a little slow and I have had cause to complain once or twice in the past, but it’s generally good. It has improved a lot and you are told before ordering how long it will be, often it’s less. The refillable coffee is a welcome bonus if you have to wait a while. We go in regularly for the breakfasts on Saturday mornings/lunchtime be it large for me or small for my wife and son. So it must be ok if we keep returning

Dry thin bacon asked for soft fried eggs came like rubber no beans got beans luke warm and charged me for toast I didn't get when I asked I got a disinterested shrug never again poor

A cafe is a cafe at the end of the day so I never really expect much. We use a lot of Morrisons for breakfast around the Fylde coast and they are all pretty efficient. Not this one called in today 10.15 am and told there was a 45 minute wait for food. Obviously didn't wait. . Won't be returning

When you go into a cafe in a supermarket the last thing you expect to hear from them is "we haven't got any" or "we've run out".I know they're not supposed to stock up from the shop floor (although I've no idea why not( surely it is preferable to losing customers. Also looking at the cafe itself, the number of empty, dirty tables far outweighed the number of empty clean ones. This cafe desperately needs people running it who actually care about their customers and the food they serve them.

I went with my familey we went to orderd was told their was a 55 minutes waint for hot food so we said ok and orderd the food wich was a chicken nuggets kids meal and two jacket potato with beas and cheese we went to find a tabble the tabbles was all dirty not one clean tabble in the hole place I kown thery were busy but still I asked them to clear one tabble the way the look was like I ask then to clean 100 tabble what a joke after being told 55 minutes waint it went to 1hour and 55 minutes waint when the food Finley came we all had finshed are drinks so we ask for more because it was so long to waint they said no you have to pay it was not that I didnot won't to pay it was the way the said it with a attiuted the food was stone cold so they tuck it back in a puff after stay it was not cold i was so angerey how can you stay the food was not cold the plate was cold but the heat form the food warms the plate up so if the food was not cold why was the plate cold that's because the food was cold so when it came again it was still cold so we ask for are money back they said the food was not cold so they would not give us the money back want a joke after waiting all this time we just went home

Popped in for breakfast, never again! The toast was burnt to a crisp- we took it back and it was replaced with warm bread. Beans were cold, tomatoes uncooked, one of the three breakfasts had no mushrooms, bacon had just been shown the frying pan. The cafe wasn’t busy so that couldn’t be used as an excuse. Would never visit again.

This is the only supermarket on my commute home. It's appealing. Checkout staff never acknowledge me and constantly talk across the tills and to whoever else is willing to listen to them moaning. I'm all for employing the elderly. This store clearly has a policy for doing that, but please teach them the basics of customer service

Called in for coffee and toast on a Sunday morning. There was no one queuing but was told 20 minutes for hot food. Helped myself to coffee after lady at till found me a mug. Sat down and waited and waited and waited. My toast eventually arrived but my coffee had gone cold, so I helped myself to another one from the machine. They are severely understaffed if it took over 20 minutes to pop bread into a toaster !. I also noticed that nearly every table had not be cleared of food and crockery.

Came for breakfast and asked for poached egg which I clearly listed on the menu to be told abruptly at the till “we don’t have any poached eggs”. I was god the options are scrambled or fried. The staff were obviously as incompetent as they looked and couldn’t manage to poach an egg. Won’t be coming again.

Had a big breakfast & a big daddy breakfast, staff were lovely, daddy breakfast was just warm we told the waitress who was very apologetic took it & returned with a replacement & fresh toast. The breakfasts were tasty & cooked well. The cafe was clean, the staff were bringing out food then clearing & cleaning tables & were asking if everything was ok. We really enjoyed our Sunday morning visit & will be returning.

Visited 5 January 19 approx 1.30pm . 2adults 2 children. Picked up 1 sandwich, 1 chocolate cake, 1 water. I wanted a coffee but every coffee cup I picked up was full of coffee stains , the girl on the till sounded like a robot kept saying they have been in a sanitizers I said they can have been in a dozen times they are still dirty if you get a scrubber and scrub them then they would be no coffee stains and then you can say there clean , come on management hand scrub then sanitizer. We ordered 1 large fish 1 full size scampi meal 1 chilli bean jacket potato. At 2.05 a waitress small dark haired lady , walked pass my husband said excuse me can you tell me , before he could finish she carried on walking and made a grunting noise at him. I went to till to get my money back , when I was at the till, the food came out so went back to table . The fish was so small you couldn’t have got smaller except a fish finger , must have been given small instead of large . Scampi some white some dark burnt chips , scampi semi warm , chlli jacket semi warm , I wish I had complained there and then but at the time I was so fed up as well as I’m a rush , I wanted some things out of store and didn’t have much time , I went to fish stall, only for the lady assistant to look at me and carry on with what she was doing , then when she was sealing the bag with squid in she did struggle with it sealing , eventually gave it to me . Few mins later it came undone squid on my hands my son 17 y old , took it back to ask for her to put it in another bag it came undone again after I checked out spilt in my bag . My son said the assistant didn’t change bag just kept pressing it on machine,arrrrrrrrrrr. Not a good day at Morrison’s .come on Morrison’s management sort cafe out may be more staff , more training on techniques of organisations of priority eg cleaning tables clean cutlery, checking cups for cleanliness adopting new methods and customer service out .

Took a friend for lunch, nothing new expected but on arrival told there would be a fourty min wait for hot food. Went to find a table after attempting to collect some cutlery (there wasn’t any). There wasn’t a clean or cleared table in the cafe. Every table had trays piled high with leftovers and dirty plates. After clearing our own table the wait for food began..........it was a lot longer than we had been told. Only after an hour did any staff appear to begin clearing and cleaning tables. So very dissatisfied with Morrison’s. A major food supplier that can’t even run or keep clean a two thirds empty cafe. The manager should not have the cafe open if he cannot staff it with staff that are able to deliver the service expected. My advice would be to find elsewhere to eat. Dirty messy badly run. Disgusting

Went in here with my son and he left one of his toys in the cafe. We were in the supermarket later and a young lad who worked in the cafe had come looking for us to return it. Staff always friendly and helpful in here.

Sat in here with all the tables full of empty plates and trays. Staff don't know were they are at with it all feel sorry for them there trying but need more staff food good though

The breakfast is second to none ! Best around but ONE HOUR wait is just crazy..... surely someone needs to sort it, so many people turned round back out the door

Excellent food and service from very hardworking and dedicated staff who are unfortunately run off their feet due to the amount of work they have to do. The café is desperately undermanned. Far more staff are needed in this part of the store!!

My husband and I went for a full English breakfast this morning! Definitely won’t be going again, we waited over half an hour for the food to arrive and when it did we were very disappointed. I asked for a lighter breakfast which was supposed to contain a poached egg! It resembled more of a small hard boiled egg, the toast was burnt and the baked beans and tinned tomatoes were piled on the side together! Not good..

Saw the ad for their new breakfast. Was not disapointed. It was wonderful. I have a very big appitite and it set me up for the day. Lots of well cooked and hot food.

Try eggs beans mushrooms and toast for a refreshing and healthy breakfast Morrisons cafe have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu unlike Chadderton Asda. Staff in this shop our helpful and friendly. Morrisons have a wide range of food in their store.Good quality and fairly priced.Large car park.Local buses pass it.Recommend you shop there but don't forget the cafe.

Big breakfast with rotting bacon. Waited 20 min for food after having to ask for a fork . No spoons for my coffee. Dirty table dirty floors dirty walls . Breakfast comes bacon was half hidden under the beans . Pulled it out and it was. White with a foul smell . Took it back to till told the lady I am not paying for rotten food . She just said ok opens till and gives me my money back . No apologies nothing . Would not recommend anyone eating in that place unless you want to end up poorly . Wouldn’t like to see the kitchen. Morrison’s your hygiene is way out of line .

Once I got to the cafe and went to get a cup and took a dozen to find the clean ones! This should have given me a clue. When got to the coffee machines there is so much blue paper that there has been a leak but just paper put. Then looked round and there was dirty pots everywhere. By now we definitely had a clue what food we were getting and were not far wrong. We ordered a little breakfast each and the hash browns were dripping oil. The plate was no better. I shall not use this cafe again I will travel and use another morrisons!

My wife and I called for a drink and a piece of cake this afternoon. The selection was disappointing and we placed the Belgian Buns back as they had obviously been out for some time and were hard. A member of staff was more interested in placing stock information into a palm top PC rather than serve customers and then made no apology for keeping us waiting. People are asked to clear their own tables but there was only two cabinets at one end of the café which were both full. Customers were having to clear tables before being able to sit down. There were very few tables that had been cleared. We have been to Morrisons Café on two previous occasions since the refurb and have been quite satisfied but had something happened today that resulted in the situation we encountered? Judging by the number of unfinished meals on the uncleared tables it was a bad day in the kitchen too.

I visit here regularly and some of the staff are great and others, well let's just say their little frustrating at times. I am always happy when I see pat is working definitely the best member with exceptional customer service skills. to be fair I do feel sorry for the staff as it can be very manic and they have several jobs at the same time. It seems a bit understaffed, well quite a bit at times but other than that the food is good and the prices are better they have some great meal deals on regularly which is a bonus and yes there has been a few unnecessary experiences but they have also been resolved immediately and professionally with a happy outcome. I will still be doing my regular visits and despite the chaos (at times) I would still recommend it.

My wife and I called for lunch today at Morrison's Café. We took advantage of the Sausage, Egg, Chips & Beans offer for just £3. It was very good value for money and excellent quality. The café was quite busy which is a good sign and we did not have to wait long for a hot, freshly cooked and tasty lunch. We will bear it in mind in the future.
