Costa Coffee in Southampton

Esperando en el hospital a la familia fue a comprar un té y aparentemente se paró en el lugar equivocado y se le informó para moverse con gestos groseros de la mano y cuando pido un té me informaron que costaría £ 2. 75 Si fuera por mí, me habría negado. Una olla de té en Costa en Tesco nuevo Milton cuesta £ 1. 50 . ?

Estaba en el hospital con mi hijo discapacitado que acababa de ser operado. Yo mismo era pobre. Le pregunté a la chica si podía cambiar la bebida ya que mi hija compró la equivocada. Ella fue grosera y dijo que es demasiado tarde los turnos han cambiado ahora. Expliqué la situación y me dijeron que no de una manera poco educada.

Costa en el hospital solo existe debido a su ubicación. Si esto fuera en una calle principal con otras opciones habría cerrado. El personal está desinteresado y es francamente grosero.

Asqueroso gerente en cómo habló con la empleada sobre su día de Navidad. Hizo comentarios y tuvo una actitud repugnante. Sin duda no trabajará en Navidad y se sentará con los pies en alto. Sin habilidades de gente y un hombre vil. Riéndose de sus razones para no querer trabajar y burlándose de ella. Decir que no celebra la Navidad. Decirle que su pareja no trabajará para que ella pueda. ¿Quién se cree que es este hombre? Si está tan molesto, tal vez debería cubrir el turno.

Absolutamente ridículo servicio, pidió mi café en una taza normal ( no para llevar ) la asistente me miró como si me hubieran crecido cuernos y dijo que no nuestro gerente no lo permitirá , cuando señalé una mesa con tazas no para llevar puestas ella me sirvió inmediatamente mi bebida sin mirarme sin hablar mi bebida se sirvió en una horrible taza de papel Buen servicio al cliente Usaré el café m y s en el futuro

Overcharging customers that are poorly... The manager is extremely rude and getting her staff to overcharge people £6.15 for a chocolate fudge brownie frappe with an extra shot. At Southampton train station I went in order the same drink and got charged £4.80. Spoke to the manager in there and they said it because it's a franchise. COSTA SHAME. ON YOU RIPPING OFF SICK PEOPLE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

Not Costa, but the FEAST restaurant sells disgusting coffee, just like water, no respect for the customer, from the management, for a replacement or refund, deplorable. TAKING THE MICHAEL OUT OF PATIENTS.

Staff re rude slow and very confrontational. When a customer complains they say the customer is being rude. Service is very slow and staff will try to mislead you when you try and get a name off a badge. For £8.40 for 2 drinks it should not take 9 minutes to make the drinks and when I ordered they were not busy. They seem to stands about doing nothing while the orders just kept coming in. Total lack of any customer service skills and yes I have worked in retail catering so I do have some understanding of customer service and the staff here have none. Was told I was being rude because I complained. If they want me to be rude I will be rude next time.

You don’t need to be a brain surgeon to understand that Costa is part of a top international brand. What separates each branch are the staff and the public facilities. At this outlet, the staff seemed happy in their work. The toilet facilities needed a little tlc whereas the WiFi was pretty poor.

This is a Costa based on the hospital. On the whole it’s open 24 hours a day. The staff clearly dislike working here and this is manifested in the service and also the state of the shop!
