Love Coffee in Sheffield

Poorly customer service from the girl behind the counter and when she asked her colleagues if they could make a caramel iced coffee they sighed. The iced coffee it’s self was shocking and was cheaply done, nothing that could not have been done at home. I asked for two buns and one in a box and she just threw in the bun to the box. Then I asked if I could pay half cash and half card and she’s Replied with I do t have time for that as there was a slight que behind me.

Rude customer service Poor hygiene dirty dishes and cups. Don’t waste your time to come here and drink dirty coffee

Was there as my transport was delayed. Went in here for capucino could find my card to pay for it so asked can I sit down look for it a woman said yes.They were staring at me I had about 4 shopping bags so had to look through them found my card paid for coffee said sorry and said thankyou she was unpolite wouldn't get a award in customer service at all she was a young girl.When I was going a man wanted coffee and a woman said we will after mop around you ok he said fine this was about 3.45 pm and shop don't close until 5Pm. What sort of staff are these I worked in retail all my life and never treat customers like this.learn you're staff manners now I know why it was empty

Shopping at Meadowhall visited love koffee, asked if they did a particular coffee to a staff member pulling a face and rudely says we are not Costa, and then laughing I stated she was rude, all she had to say is we don't offer that type of coffee I then ordered an oat milk coffee and not told on top of the normal price they add on extra charge of 55p The seating area was so stayed and dirty You would have thought over Covid it would have been steamed cleaned Will never visit one of these again ....

Come here if you love coffee, dirty tables, rude staff and a noisy environment. Asked a member of staff to clean our table only to be told no due to staffing issues. Ideally if this is the case then they should close down under thses circumstances. If you're covid conscious then avoid a visit here!

While shopping at Meadowhall we decided to have a break and a quick snack. First place we stopped at was Love Koffee near the entrance to the Oasis. My other half ordered two raspberry and coconut slices and tea for two. The slices were pretty good but they were accompanied by a pot of tea and a small glass jug of milk. The 'pot of tea for two' as the receipt described it, didn't fill our cups! Yes, they were large cups, but two cups looking two thirds full is not a good look...making us feel slightly ripped off! The milk supplied was plentiful - much more than enough so why the stinginess with our tea? Come on guys, this is a basic error that needs addressing!

So today on the 11th May at 14.22pm I went to Love Koffee after seeing a board that advertised their chilled drinks selection and I was served by a young woman named Sky. I ordered an Iced Mint Chocolate. The board had it in a glass, with clearly visible chocolate syrup around the inside and full to brim. However, when I received my order there was no sign of chocolate syrup, and the to-go cup was not filled to the volume I had expected for a large drink. The straw was bent too. Also, to make matters worse, two minutes later when the froth settled I was left with only half a cup of drink! I have included a picture of the drink that has not been touched.

Decent drinks and food.very nice muffins. However, the tables and seating were dirty and stained. A few tables were given a quick wipe with a damp cloth but no spray cleaner used. Trays left on tables even when not busy.

Lovely coffee, food lovely. It’s just 3.30 on a Tuesday every table has dirty food trays on. Even an abandoned shopping bag. Sat here for half an hour not one table cleared. Very poor. The one near primark

This is the third time I’ve visited this particular one (just outside Build A Bear). The snacks are always tasty (we usually opt for muffins or cakes) and the coffee is alright, not exceptional but okay. However, the service is always painstakingly slow! On this occasion there was only one gentleman in front of me in the queue and it was a whole 12 minutes before I was served.... the guy only had a basic order of drinks! Then it was my turn... I said “hello” and smiled and was met with a rather grim, fed-up expression and began to reel off my order. I’d only got to the two muffins and the woman serving me walked off!! I hadn’t even ordered my drinks yet. She returned and slammed down a tray, I continued “... please may I also have...” and she punched it into the till, told me the amount and grunted off to make our two chilled drinks. When she returned with the drinks there was no “thank you” or any pleasantries. The tray was just shoved closer to me in a gesture that suggested she was ready for the next person... My only wish was that I could provide the miserable assistants name, but alas, she was not wearing a name tag.

Very rude staff terrible customer service someone from head office needs to look into changing its staff members or retraining every member of staff on how to be friendly and give good customer service to it’s customers please note this is the love coffee across from primark terrible avoid at all cost and go to another coffee shop.

Went here today stood in line both staff members totally blanked me I had to leave the coffee shop and buy my coffee from somewhere else I will not be coming back ever again extremely rude staff glad I didn’t waste my money and the place was very cold not a nice place to go

Drop in before we went to cinema for a coffee, this was really nice. Staff need to cheer up or look for another job, so miserable.

I called here today while the wife was shopping, all I can say is that the coffee is great, and what a selection, the food is fab, staff excellent, what excuse are you going to use for not using this place. I’m now a regular. Well done

Poor location in a very busy shopping centre with loads of people walking about so certainly not relaxing. It is however a coffee outlet and it is quite obvious what sort of place it is!! Good coffee very decent little bites and fairly fast service....
