This place is absolutely disgusting! Good and rubbish all over the tables and floor. Our wait for 2 slices of pizza took longer than it would take me to cook a whole pizza at home! I most certainly won’t be coming back to eat in the food quarter

Absolutely disgusting the way the my daughter was treated today by Asda!! Who spends a fortune in this shop regularly. After returning from a family holiday with my daughter, her partner and granddaughters 2years and 5years old!, and nephew my daughter kept £200 todo a online shop with Asda, payed extra £10 to get delivered quickly!!, to not receive and be told she must have it as says delivered!!, so she must be lying to get nothing but treated like criminal for not receiving her shopping!. To then come to the shop as still need food but has to wait 3 days to be investigated, then 5 days for refund, what if she had no one to help and was her last money?. Which it was her last as been on holiday, this is terrible leaving to children the whole family with out there shopping, as kids cant wait 5 days. Not even to offer some of the shopping is disgusting. As like my daughter said she don’t want a refund just the shopping she payed for. Definitely won’t be shopping here again

Now the Food Quarter this is a shocking example of 'buck passing' I have ever come across. The place was filthy & Asda claim it's the Food Quarters responsibility to keep clean but one of the units claimed Asda cleaners are meant to do the tables. We only bought drinks today because we didn't want to eat here! Get some cleaning done PLEASE!

Very busy, filthy tables, over flowing bins, broken and unusable tablets, long queues and long wait for cinnabons and sausage rolls from greggs as they'd both run out

Went to Cinnabon Asda today, to Purchase for cinnamon rolls as usual for the nurses tea break however they said today they were selling them individually and it would cost me £4 extra because they’re fresh. I asked to speak to the manage. He would only give his name is Danny as he said he knows British law and doesn’t have to give his name, obviously wasted career because he could’ve been a lawyer, again he said because the cinnamon rolls were fresh they charging more. I did highlight to him that he is displaying for rolls £7.99 on the menu, and I am hoping that are fresh, again Danny stated that they for fresh rolls just put of the oven, and would not budge on the price. I was happy to overlook the rubbish on the floor, but openly rip people off is a disgrace.

I really don’t know what is happening here. Asda really needs to get a grip and inspire its café staff a little bit to be enthused and think about the customer experience. If the lady that served me still hadn’t needed to take my money I feel sure she would have happily lobbed the bacon breakfast roll overarm from the bacon warming station into the café. Probably doesn’t need to be said but the bacon was only just warm, and the coffee was okay. The customer experience and staff attitude stinks and is a disappointment for a shop that generally is ok. As you can see I have one of Asda’s café customer feedback cards, which apparently are important to them so they can make ‘our’ next visit more enjoyable. Come on Asda, take a look at all these comments.

While standing in the queue, witnessed the woman behind the counter ask a customer 'What do you want?' Was shocked to discover that she was the manager. Found her manner extremely unpleasant. Didn't know how to work the till and didn't seem interested in serving customers. Overall, terrible service.

I had a bacon bap and the bacon was so hard (not crispy) could have broke my teeth. It must have been kept warm for a few hours, it was awful!!! My husband had a full English and the sausages were only cooked on one side, the tinned tomatoes had been dolloped on the fried bread, so that was like mush. Couldn't have been less enjoyable.

Totally useless, how can a cafe attached to a massive ASDA run out of food on a Sunday lunchtime?? Only one item left on the menu. Large queue, loads of staff behind the servers not bothering to inform anyone in queue of the shortages. Enough said.....

We visited the store with our little boy yesterday. We went into the cafe for a quick coffee. The food looked awful and the coffee was watered down and tasted vile. The store was a right let down too. Lots of girls clothes. Hardly anything for boys. We travelled a long way for nothing. We were hoping due to the size of the store we’d have quite a shopping trip. But this wasn’t the case. On the plus side though there are lots of other shops around. Not worth the travel time really.

Partly cooked sausages, advertised as Cumberland. Tasteless mush followed by Luke warm coffee. Asda if this is a advert for your food I’m glad I don’t shop here.

Yuk! To put it mildly. Quite unattractive/unappetising to look at as a plate of food. Asda you have a bloody cheek putting those awful, nasty, tastless, cheap excuses out for sausages absolutely the worst items that I've ever be offered on a plate of breakfast food, disgraceful!!! Due to the above then this plate of 'stuff represents poor value for money in my opinion.

Whilst shopping at the main store, we decided that a break was in order so went to the cafe / restaurant to see what was on offer. Plenty of wholesome meals for £5 + a meal deal extra of £1 a giant slab of cake. I have the 1/2 roast chicken with chips and coleslaw, my partner had the curry. With the slab of cake and giant mug of tea. The total came to less than £15. Very pleasant and courteous service.

Visited Asda Café about 11.05 a queue of 10 people, about 3 staff behind counter not really moving much, nor was the queue! Plenty of spare tables so what was the problem? Staff seemed disinterested no smiles very slow and never apologised for the delay. Finally got serviced (ish) we wanted two breakfasts but they had run out of sausages and bacon!!!. the time had gone 11.30. Got given a table number, had to wait another 15mins served by someone who looked like they needed a good wash and was holding the plates, with thumb touching my egg, discussing We couldn't eat all of the meals they were cold and pretty bad. Positives were coffee was OK and the price was cheap. You might say what do you expect for the money you paid. But I've paid much less for much better.

Waited half a lifetime to be served. Was served by someone who seemed to be terribly new. Believe she was the new manager???????? Took far too long just to get a drink. Decided not to bother with food as I had an appointment three days later! Wanted a takeaway coffee as had already seen there was nowhere to sit due to most of the tables being covered in filthy crockery. The staff were clearly doing their best to cope with no direction from the management.

I came here with little expectation that this place would be much beyond your standard supermarket cafe and I was pretty much proven right.That isn't to say that it is a bad place - far from it. It actually provided a very god breakfast at a reasonable price. The service was decent, the food tasted good, and I didn't spend an eternity waiting. To say that it is in a huge ASDA store, close to Stadium:MK in the heart of Milton Keynes, it wasn't the crowded noisy hell-hole I feared it would be. We were actually able to all gather round a table and comfortably partake in conversation without being drowned out by screaming children, ill-equipped parents and the constant 'ding-dong' of "customer announcements."I left here very satisfied and would not hesitate to return here the next time I need to find a quick breakfast stop off in Milton Keynes.

Had all day breakfast great value, pleasant service. Reasonable choice on menu but could go with s VEGAN option which we thought would be essential theses days for a major supermarket chain

Called in today for breakfast. Most ASDA stores are a good bet. This store is to be avoided. Food ingredients quality was fine but presentation dreadful. Fried egg served upside down and broken. Food cold and coffee overspilling down the cup. I have seen better efforts at roadside cafes. Come on ASDA sack the franchise and do it yourselves.

Although a variety of options is slightly lacking the staff were unbelievably helpful in finding me an option to suit my somewhat complicated dietary needs. They happily allowed me to switch out food as needed and were more than happy to get out all ingredient lists and allergy advice. I will say the food is of average standard but typically what you would expect from this kind of place and definitely great value for money. The cup of tea I had was lovely and chips very good. If your are looking for a quick easy bite definitely the place to go.

Went for breakfast while having new tyres fitted to my car. Had the English breakfast. Quality was good , meal was hot and service very good.

We've had 2 or 3 all day breakfast in the past in Asia Bletchley cheap and cheerful ok...Anyway we got there mid afternoon ( Saturday ) The café was quite, but 4 or 5 staff behind the counter, service was quick, at the till, noticed the lady making our coffee in the throw away cups at the same time proper cups were coming in in a tray ,I ask if we could have them in the proper cups , IF LOOKS COULD KILL, surly not too much to ask, any got over that got our meal , no forks in the help yourself tray so went back to ask for a fork., that seem to be a problem , they looked at one another as if whose going to get the customer one, my meals getting cold eventually got my fork a few minutes later.. The meal was tasty and the coffees I always enjoy

I had a bacon roll and a cup of peppermint tea for £2. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the roll was fresh. The offer was a bacon or sausage sandwich and any hot drink for £2.

It clearly states that the Asda breakfast roll thingy finishes at 12 o clock; the bacon roll Midday Witching hour, so I thought it best to not push my luck. My second choice off the limited menu was a Panini with sun blushed something or other, Made in Italy and then shipped over for my pleasure and warmed through in Milton Keynes by someone probably called George!

Called in for a quick breakfast, not great. The food was ok for the price and kind of hot. Coffee was good and the place was clean. It’s just the staff and their can’t be bothered attitude. Totally disinterested, ordered toast and was told no toast was available ..... even though the customer before me and the customer a few down the queue got toast.

a place to have light lunch with colleagues. fast serve and easy to find parking space. when you are out of idea where to go, definitely a good choice

Rarely have what is on the menu, run out of food all the time and it's in one of their largest supermarkets, hot food and hot drinks served cold, rude staff.

Good breakfast for a cheap price.

For a decent breakfast or a satisfying lunch this is a sound choice.The food is freshly prepared,and there is a good range of options.

Stopped by for bite to eat for lunch, not many in the que and not very busy at all but I'm not surprised as while waiting a young manager girl and another member of staff serving getting flustered not knowing where things are getting under each other's feet and to top it all the manager girl never wore gloves when touching food never seemed to bother if she went from one food to another with her hands. Very bad hygiene and cross contamination. Won't go there again for food...

There seems to be a lot of staff and not a lot being done. There was no clear sigm indicating where you stood to order. Instead staff wandered past and ignored you. To the point the woman behind us dumped her tray and wandered off. Payment was slow and I didn't appreciate the Saturday girl keep calling me darling. The tables were dirty as was the whole of the food area. Food was reasonably priced but like warm. Ok for a pit stop while shopping but nothing more. Come on Asda sort out your staff. It could be so much nicer with enthusiastic and cheerful people

The cafe was lovely, good food, nice staff the toilet facilities are good, with the sign saying disabilities are not easy to detect. Highly recommended for the cafe

Very slow moving queue because the hard working staff are poorly organised and there is a lack of system and process. Everything takes a long time and hot food goes cold quickly. The food is average but it is good value. There is a real sense of low morale. The tables were all filthy dirty and covered in detritus from previous customers.

De haber utilizado varias veces, aunque no es genial siempre ha sido buena relación calidad-precio! Hoy, a pesar de que era verdaderamente horrible, largas colas, el personal no está interesado y los pedidos mal. Es triste justo una crítica tan pobre pero no merecen nada mejor! ! ! No regresaré muy pronto.

We stopped here for a drink and snack whilst in the area ,service was poor and chaotic when we eventually got served we went to find a table but nearly all had some plates/cups, bits of food on them asked the person clearing up to wipe a table he just looked and walked off not a nice place

the service is very good. The people are very friendly and helpful. The food is tasty and wide ranging. They cater for everyone. Children eat free Monday to Friday after 4. They also provide snacks if you are not hungry enough for a dinner.

I came here with my girlfriend, food was excellent (had all day breakfast) as was the customer service.

Fuimos aquí antes de salir de compras después de haber tenido a IKEA. La idea era que como IKEA estaba tan ocupado que era una apuesta mejor ASDA.

Mi novio y yo fuimos para un bocado rápido para comer. No había una cola enorme, pero era muy lentamente. Pedimos nuestra comida, habían vendido de los peces para pescado y patatas fritas. Conseguimos nuestra comida y se sentó en una mesa sucia (ninguna de las mesas habían sido liquidados o limpiada). No había tenedores, así que tuve que esperar para que se lavaran y trajo! La comida también estaba frío. No fue una experiencia agradable.

I can't believe that having 5 staff on duty and they still could not run a piss up in a brewery. Absolutly no team work and no organisation. The customer in front of me ended up having three staff do his order..... a latte... after the first got flustered as she gave him a cup of tea..... he clearly stated a latte.... it then took another 5 mins for someone to do the till, I ordered my daughters breakfast..... to say it was nothing like the advertised picture would be a travesty... was not expecting the Ritz , but some one on Asda staff have pride... I sent it back as she had also be given tinnerd toms when the picture showed fresh...this request was taken with shock... 'did you not choose tinned' was there a choice ? if so we did not have it, the hash brown was overcooked ,dry and greasy, the bacon looked aenemic, sausage was good.... I felt sorry for the couple behind us having to wait so long.. their food was probably stone cold... What a disarray your cafe is... come on sort it out, you have the staff.. train them... or get a manager in that does the job..jokes..

Visitamos el gran Megastore asda un sábado por la tarde. Decidimos comer algo en la cafetería ya que era un famélico hambriento haber perdido el almuerzo. Mi mujer puesto en cola aunque no estaba tan lleno, parece que la mayoría de su equipo fueron ocupados aclarando la cocina aunque solo fue las 16.20 horas, me apetecía un desayuno durante todo el día, pero no, no puedes tener un desayuno durante todo el día a las 16.20 horas... De hecho todo lo que podía tener era pescado y patatas fritas, pastel de carne o pollo y ale y jamón tarta o (como lo cierran a las 5 de la tarde...)

You have a choice of coffee shop or restaurant. Both sell sandwiches hot or cold. Basic cheap supermarket food. Nice clean large seated area. Lots to choose to eat.

The cafe is quite large and offers a good selection of dishes. It is very popular and, despite the size, can get quite crowded. It is clean and bright and has a good ambiance.

Had breakfast here recently, very poor, we arrived around 10.20am, store had only been open 20mins so expected a freshly cooked breakfast, not to be, breakfast looked like it had been under heat lamps all through the night 😞

We breakfast here once a month for the monthly shopping spree. It's definitely not "Fine Dining" but very cost effective and convenient to grab a quick one. Food quality is average but cheap.

Large ASDA next to Mk Dons stadium in milton keynes , cheap food in cafe in supermarket. Ideal for breakfast or lunch for a cheap eat

In a Large Store, the cafe area is basic and cold - the food was ok and for the price the breakfast was good value, the quality of the sausages could be better but on whole good value.

A very basic supermarket. Only eat here if you have nowhere else to eat. Food is poor and usually dried out from sitting too long.
