Worst service ever. What do you expect from a bunch of teenagers who prefer to stand and gossip than taking your order. Absolutely no care taken with my coffee. Boiling hot, no foam and so much attitude when I asked for a new one that wouldn’t burn my tongue. Starbucks, do better.

Drinks are being served with a pinch of racism. The staff doesn’t believe in answering basic questions, while expecting the tourists to know everything. When asked about the payment method, washing dishes was given an option as well. Hope the management looks into it.

Waited over 25 minutes for a coffee. I understand that sometimes there's staffing issues that can't be helped, but the staff weren't even attempting to try and get the drinks out In a timely manner. Felt like they were trying to see how long they can take before customers got annoyed. Plus me and my dad watched as many other people got severed their drinks over and over despite him having ordered first. Makes me question whether there was a race issue behind it, as all the WHITE customers were served, correctly, and when I asked when his drink was coming they said there was a queue, when I explained how he had ordered first they had nothing to say in defense. When he finally got his drink, it had been made wrong. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever experienced in my life. For starters the service was abysmal. It wasn't busy - a queue of 4 including myself with at least 5 staff including the manager yet it took 25minutes from ordering to receiving my drinks. Two people behind me received their drinks first. Next onto the drinks themselves - I ordered 2 coldbrews. Simple enough. They were the worst tasting drinks I have ever had. They just tasted of watery milk like it contained no coffee or flavour at all. Completely ruined my day.

Driving back from London on a hot day and wanted a frappe, got turned away with a simple “sorry we don’t have them today” no other option was offered and no reason why. As a old working of Starbucks. I know that they just didn’t want to make one. Very very poor service. Not the Starbucks way!

I was calling at this service station after a long day at work and was pleasantly welcomed by Cairo. He kindly asked what i would like to drink in a very respectful manner and continued to ask me about my week and had a lovely conversation with him ( star employee). I had ordered a caramel latte and was very pleased with my drink and the service provided, would highly recommend.

Awful coffee. Bean hoppers filled to the brim at 6pm which suggests they probably don't chuck old beans in the morning which explains why my coffee tastes so awful. Ordered a flat white and it was overly bitter with over-foamed milk.

I work on the roadworks of the motorway and have been here on the M1 13-16 for over four years now. I work 3 weeks out of every 4 and come to your Newport Pagnall branch (northside) every day, so pretty much up there at the top as a regular to starbucks. If I walk in and see “Ash” working then it’s a good start to the day for me, he is always so friendly showing he has such a kind side, It always gives me an upbeat start to my day, A really lovely man, knows his job inside out, a real professional, Ash always asks me how I am every single time I see him. Ash is elevated to another level with his customer skills, what a credit he is to your organisation! Definitely loved by all that work with him, certainly a people person and a credit to your buisness. I do hope you pass in my feedback. We stopped at these services at Newport Pagnell for a break on our journey to Hastings. We got a good quality early lunchtime snack at a fair price each having a coffee, panini and almond croissant which we ate at the provided tables. The staff were efficient and hard working. They weren't friendly but then I don't know what its like to work here and we did witness a customer being rude and the people who preceded us didn't bother to clear their table to the convenient nearby bin so I got some idea. We were impressed that somebody was diligently cleaning the tables and floor in the eating area. So we got what we wanted and we'd say it was very good and we would stop here again.

Not the main Starbucks, as I have always found them to be lovely, but the smaller one near KFC, Burger King et all. Staff practically threw a drink at the woman in front of me, who then asked it to be remade as it wasn't correct. My own order was mumbled so quietly, that another customer came and took it. Another order came out that looked like my order, so I asked if it was made with Oat Milk as asked, was told a flat "no... Guess I will have to remake it" with an almost audible eye roll. The staff have clearly given up on life at this point. Need retrained on how to shout when in a loud environment, and not mumble.

Just tried to get my coffee and the staff decided to close there shop 7 minutes early. The male member of staff saw me walk to the door and totally ignored me. The closing time is 22:00 but when I got to the door it was 21:53. This was the main Starbucks in North bound. Being mugged off is not the way to treat a customer. Not very happy

Starbucks coffee and food always seems to lack flavour. When you need to stop for a break on motorway services to break up the journey, quite often Starbucks is the only choice. The coffee tastes watery and today, my tuna sandwich was very bland. Staff friendly, service efficient but not my first choice

I ordered two drinks. It took some time to get to the till. But waiting for two drinks it was not acceptable. After I got two drinks- medium oat late and small oat latte, noticed that small drink is heavier then medium. Medium latte was half way foam. Which makes it more cappuccino. I don't expect good or even nice customer service on motorways, but at least you should know how to make simple drinks. 7 pounds for two drinks, and one of them just half way full. From now one I will check every drink strait on counter and will ask to make new one until I will get what I want

Lovely experience. Reminded me of being at my grandmas house trying to watch a film and she just insisted it was the right time to hoover. Couldn’t hear a word the guy was saying that took my order, but on the flip side she did ask to use the plug socket next to me so she could really enhance the hoovering experience for me (and obviously I offered to put my feet up so she could hoover around me for added authenticity too) 1/10 for customer awareness 4/10 hoovering abilities 10/10 Kim & Aggie Impression

Called in here this evening. Small queue of people at one end.joined the queue and a "girl" with long dark glasses who was woofing down a meal at a table jumped up & shouted aggressively " you have to order at the other side" with all the finesse of a stazi officer.for a moment I thought she was talking to a dog ! I don't normally go in kweirbooks and will certainly stick to Gregg's in future

I am a Starbucks fan but this was just the worst service! 3 drinks ordered....asked to have a bit more vanilla as couldn't taste any and one drink just didn't look like a latte so remade but kept us waiting whilst our food was going cold. Eventually asked her again....drink had been put on one side and didn't even let us know. It was busy but not an excuse for paying customers!

Although the service area as a whole looks like it needs a bit of TLC, the Starbucks Coffee outlet is better than that. The staff are friendly and helpful and the coffee is good. Covid regulations are observed; masks must be (and are) worn, there]s a clear marked one-way system and the seating is socially distanced.

I couldn't believe how tiny the cup of coffee was. Went to nearby Bella Italia a couple of hours later where the coffee was considerably larger for a lower price. Won't be going to M & S for coffee again.

Went this morning for breakfast. Literally got our food straight away, you might think this is good, but how long had it been siting there? It was barely warm, so the hot store is obviously not doing it’s job. Food would be better served on a hot plate too. I’d nearly finished my breakfast before my toast arrived. I like to eat it with my my breakfast. If I’d waited though my food would have been stone cold. I did let Morrisons staff know the food was not hot enough. Let’s hope they can improve this.

When Debenhams changed the style of it's cafe offering, they seemed to have really taken it up market. Standards, particularly those of the staff, had rocketed and although I reckon a lot of folks wouldn't have liked the improvements (old habits die hard), I and many others did.Unfortunately the honeymoon period has clearly passed and this visit was less that satisfactory.Tables littered when we arrived, checkout system slow and food no longer quite as classy as it previously has been.Ordering soup and a jacket potato, we took our seats and waited on it's arrival. After about 10 minutes, the buzzer flashed (they use an electronic table ID system) and we waited expectently for the food to arrive. Nothing! Thinking that perhaps they had changed the system and we should go back to collect it, I headed to the till point. Could see both items sitting under the heat lights but was advised that it would be brought over.Returning, we seemed to wait for ages before the Baked Potato arrived. Putting it down, the waitress advised me that my wife's soup would be following. I was about halfway through my meal as she passed us with two more baked potatoes for another table. Almost finished my meal, the soup finally arrived - along with appologies for the delay.The baked potato was packed with filling but frankly, was mildly warm rather than hot whereas my wife did say her soup was very hot (maybe it was thanks to the time under the heat lights). The salad accompanying it was poor and really only represented compliance with a menu description, certainly not adding to the value of the meal.A real disappointment which left me feeling that Debenhams have allowed their cafe to begin to sink to the depths of the old one which would be a real shame.

I was going through the drive thru the other day when I was served by the sweetest boy ever called Logan. He was very positive and provided such an excellent service I came in the store and shook his hand. He is an example barista that everyone should aspire to be like.
