Absolutely disgusting disgraceful coffee taste like water down bitter caffeine they put too much syrup or not enough

Treated poorly. Fully rushed through order when no one else was in line. And was being constantly stared at as if they were talking shit bout me behind my back. Felt very uncomfortable and left swiftly. Never going back again.

This was one of the slowest Starbucks I've been to and while I get that it can get busy waiting 15 mins for a walk in coffee is long and no apology or advance warning of the wait let it down.

There is a traditional sausage sandwich missing with my order.

Went in but couldn’t find a clean table, then went to toilet which was a mess and had no sheet saying when it was last checked. It must have been a few hours as there was no toilet paper and it was just dirty so didn’t use. I went back to find a table but there was still none clean. So I decided I get takeaway, was about to go to the tills when I saw they were just chatting and standing around so didn’t feel like going up and ordering. Just left and went to Starbucks in Westcroft which actually has standards. They were quite busy as well with people at the window and people sat down so I found it strange 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very good drive through, quick service and excellent coffee. I always go to this Starbucks and never let me down. Coffee is always consistent

Using the drive through this evening we came across the friendliest server called Junior; his friendly banter and manners were exemplary.... definitely be visiting again.

I'm not sure when Starbucks stopped giving a crap. I used to go there every Friday and knew all the staff who worked there for years. Now nobody cares. The staff are rude, the place is dirty and they don't want to help you. First, they refused to make filter coffee. The 'barista' had to speak to the manager who told them that filter coffee wasn't available despite them having the machine and coffee. Then they refused to use real cups saying that the dishwasher was broken. I checked reviews and they were saying this 10 months ago. Starbucks should just give up as they no longer want to serve customers.

We came to Starbucks in elder gate for some lunch at around 2 pm there was a lot of staff standing around only two of the 14 tables were occupied. We were served quickly and received our drinks quite quick but we were planning on staying and received take away drinks. Upon sitting at the table we realized that the table was dirty, we then asked for it to be cleaned which we were given some blue roll to clean it ourselves!.. once we were sat down we then started to notice that the entire place needed cleaning. After sitting down for 20 minutes and not having food served to us we realized the food had been sat at the counter waiting for us to collect it and we asked a member of staff what it was and the reply we got was I don’t know! Anyone could have taken it! See images attached for the cleanliness of this site, this isn’t the worst of it the working area was much worse but I couldn’t enter that to get photos.. I did ask the manager to come talk to me but at no point did he attempt to almost like he knew the premises were awful and just chose to ignore it!

Toilets were dirty with rolls of empty toilet roll on the floor and no toilet roll to actually use. Staff were quite rude, flippant and unhelpful when seeking assistance with an issue. One even rolled his eyes at me.

The coffee was half out in the bag it was cold, the driver called me when he was on packing instead to bring it to delivery address Sandwich was all wet and all in bin

While out on a coffee run for work today, I went into Starbucks where I am immediately made to feel uncomfortable by who I can only assume is the manager shouting at a poor employee trying his hardest, the poor guy with a neck tattoo had made a simple mistake during a busy lunch rush and the manager stormed out of the back and began belittling and yelling at the employee for his mistake. The guy had tears in his eyes and was visibly shaking at the shock of his manager treating him this way in front of us all. This place needs a new manager because the rest of the staff just acted like this was normal procedure to be abused by management, I myself work in HR and if I had my way this lady would be fired. She also looked incredibly unpresentable herself. Utterly disgusted to say the least and I will not be returning!

Came in store today and noticed which I assume is a manager speaking very rudely to staff, how awful!!! I’m sorry to the young gent to had an ear full

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, the best customer service I’ve ever received AND great drinks

Visited today Saturday 7th December at lunchtime. There was plenty of available seating however the store was dirty, food on the floor tables not wiped down and where you collected your drinks was very messy. The coffee did not taste that great for the price and the food is expensive. I expect much better from a premium coffee store for yhe price. There were so many staff on duty, but just standing around talking when they could have been cleaning. Not an enjoyable experience and I wouldn't waste time visiting there's plenty of better places to try in Milton keynes

I was going through the drive thru the other day when I was served by the sweetest boy ever called Logan. He was very positive and provided such an excellent service I came in the store and shook his hand. He is an example barista that everyone should aspire to be like.

One of your employees was incredibly rude to me at the Starbucks drive through in Milton Keynes by Taco Bell, myself and my friend who is currently on crutches got out of our car to move some cans that were in the drive through onto the side so a car didn't go over them, at which point an employee came over the drive through speaker and told me how ridiculous I was, how disgusting I was and how littering is a horrible thing to do. I explained that I was just moving them before we left so a car didn't go over them and that I was trying to be helpful but he then started fake crying at me about killing the planet and saying I was an awful person. I then went in and everyone in there was laughing at me both before entering, during my conversation with them and after when I was leaving. At no point did this employee apologise or show remorse and actively mocked me throughout. I am currently trying to find the employees name because this has left me absolutely enraged. This is disgusting customer service. This has been passed on to higher ups and the manager at the establishment. Edit: the manager was absolutely wonderful with the complaint, she listened, handled it with care and was nothing but kind, thank you Tracey!

Such an uninviting place! It's freezing cold, has dirty tables with rubbish piled up on them, crumbs and bits of rubbish all over the floor. Seating is uncomfortable and the music's too loud to talk over. Shame as it's a great halfway point to meet up with family, but there are literally no positives here! 🙃 and got a parking ticket in the post a week later 😶‍🌫️

This is one discusting Starbucks. There are always at least 4,5 young worker behind the bar but magically no one seems to clean the guest area, like EVER!!

Considering i spent over £2000 in coffees here I can say that its not as it used to be, staff just became more rude by the day, not caring about what the customer ordered, simple things as I always have my coffee warm and last 4 orders were hot (i use the app so no mistakes in order), when confronted they started chatting about that they should not apologise about it. Will start avoiding it and would recommend the same until staff changes behaviour.

It's more expensive than the Starbucks up the road

Everything but my drink was perfect. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino blended beverage with semi-skimmed milk and Frappuccino roast but when it came it was just cream, milk and caramel, there was no coffee in it whatsoever which was irritating as I’d been craving the drink all morning.

Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee in a pretty quiet period. They said they had a rush of delivery orders but people who arrived and ordered similar drinks wayyy after us got their drinks so I think it was forgotten. By the time we went and chased up they had run out of oat milk which was a bit annoying. Update - we got the drink eventually and it’s INEDIBLE. The coffee is actually so burnt, my partner spat it out. I thought I’d give it a try and it was horrific. It was like tasting pure charcoal. I don’t mind cheap coffee and I’m pretty open to trying different drinks but generally nobody would be able to drink this. Do yourself a favour and go to ANY other location ❤️

I went there today and mistakenly drove past the bit where you order I couldn’t reverse as there were cars behind me, I asked the guy at the window where you pay (same guy that takes the orders) if I could please order from the window as he was taking the orders anyway he refused and said I would have to drive out and back in again!! Lousy customer service and the drinks were luke warm too

Driver came to the door with bag leaking and dropped bag inside of my house causing spillage in my house took no responsibility and left

I asked for names added to the cup for a special occasion and even tho they now print the names on the stickers, the young lads who served me went out of their way to add the names for me, great service, great drinks.

I regularly go to this Starbucks, and the service is always very good. One particular staff member was Sophie, who always goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

This is probably last time i’m getting a coffee from this location. I’m getting tired of repeatedly getting a coffee with a lot of foam and not filled up to the top. In the picture this is a large latte and shows how much less coffee there is in the cup when the foam settles down. Not worth it.

Coffee is inconsistent. One day you can get a good coffee but most days I end up with an overly bitter, scorched flavour. Ended up throwing most of it. Won't be back

Missing two drinks from the order. So two of our friends had nothing to drink. No option to request star bucks re-deliver, just a refund which isn't really the point. Not sure how you forget two whole drinks in a four drink order. Does anyone check anything these days?

Always having a bad experience here, customer service from the kids that work here is terrible, and have had wrong orders given to me, sometimes the food is not heated enough and they always run out of syrups so I can never get what I want.

this girl called Aaliyah on her name tag was amazing at her job, she was very kind and welcoming when I came in on friday afternoon, she made a amazing delightful cappuccino that me and my grandpa enjoyed. she deserves a good comment. she was amazing and good on the Starbucks company for hiring her she is amazing.

Run by literal children! Management are useless. All the staff do is stand around gossiping. Tables are filthy! Toilets are unusable! The disabled door would actually work if they set it to the correct mode!! Wouldn’t even bother with this Starbucks! The centre ones are more welcoming!

This must be the worst kept Starbucks place in Milton Keynes. Drinks not arriving on time, they forget the order. When it comes they don’t announce what it is and worst of it is the state of restaurant is absolutely a mess. Rubish everywhere

I used to like this starbucks but the last few times i've got have been soooo bad. They are always out of stock of everyyything! Especially cream, sippy lids, cold foam, cold brew etc. Also, the drinks they do have... are made sooo badly now. I had a iced white mocha which must've had like 6 pumps of syrup. My friend ordered the same drink and hers tasted completely different. If you like the taste of incinerated coffee ashes then order the cold foam iced cap. I often drive past this starbucks, 15 minutes extra in the car, to get to Kingston Starbucks because their drinks are so nice. In fact, they will sometimes remake a drink if they see the atrocious one you got from this starbucks. Not sure what is going on but you gotta do something different because yikes.

Courier was polite and friendly and was on time with my order which was in perfect condition.

This Starbucks is much like other Starbucks. Expensive, unkempt, often shoddy service with the smallest of unclean tables and scruffy chairs. The Toilets are often ‘minging’ and eerily dark too. On this occasion, Coffee was served in Disposable Cups, as the Dishwasher was purportedly ‘broken’. There were hundreds of clean cups available but the lame excuses flowed. Never heard of ‘Doing the Dishes’? If you can, do find an independent Coffee Bar. Service is much better and often cheaper, the food is better too. Starbucks has lost its appeal. It needs a jolly good kick up the Cappuccino!

Ordered the exact same drinks again today thinking maybe yesterday was busy and yet again Starbucks staff have given the couriers the wrong order. It’s absolutely not good enough, two orders in two days just completely wrong.

The whole wrong order was sent, awaiting a refund or the correct order to be sent out

I went inside this Starbucks and it was absolutely dirty, 4 tables were full of old people's cups and food, as my wife and myself sat at our table for about 25 minutes these tables still get cleaned. Food all over the floor. New customers wanted to sit down with there coffees but could not. But the 5 or 6 young people working there are just chatting to themselves about going out, dating with a guy, really ? One of the staff ( male ) was chatting to a customer ( female )he knew at the counter, stopping me from getting my coffee. The lady making my coffee had to ask him, can you move please. For this place to work and improve it has to have a senior employee or manager here, to keep the ship in order.

It was delivered luke warm and no topping on my Macchiato.

I found this place to be a bit untidy and with no atmosphere. The chair I went to sit on was wet. Unfortunately, there were no more chairs because they were taken. Staff were very friendly and efficient when serving the coffee, though.

Delivery time kept changing, missed an item off my order and just got a note to saying they didn’t have it could have contacted me and asked for an alternative. My latte didn’t have the syrup in either which I paid for two pumps so again more money wasted

Dry banana loaf cake, took some chewing, and the coffee? Well, that definitely wasn’t an ALMOND BISCOTTI OAT latte. That was a plain coffee. No cream, no EXTRA caramel shot that i added on, no biscotti sprinkles or anything. Waste of £12!

Went there for a long lunch with my sister. Very similar experiences to others here. Service seemed to be all over the place. I can forgive all of that but we stayed there for 2hours and 17 mins. I received a £100 fine from the car park (which I appreciate isn't owned by them). It wasn't clearly signposted. I've not bothered to contact them as others have an I can see they don't get any help. Turned out to be a very expensive lunch with a mediocre service. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Flat white, Burnt, too hot dishwater Caramel waffles late, burnt, too sweet. Not bad for £7:25. But if you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I was very upset about this. I ordered two iced lattes, and the delivery time was really good, the driver was really sweet bless him and so apologetic, but I received my Starbucks order without lids so the coffee went everywhere, it split the bag and was all over the drivers bag and my front porch. Very poor packing.

Coffee was what you get at every Starbucks, staff were very good , there was a good feel about the experience. We only had a croissant to eat so difficult to mark this section. Only moan is they like to serve coffee in takeaway cups when you are sitting in ?

Anyone who thinks that ordering your coffee from Starbucks is an impersonal experience hasn't been served by the current fabulous team at the Drive Thru! I was served by Logan again today who was an absolute star, great service, really friendly & he never fails to make me laugh on my coffee run ! Happy Christmas

I recently got introduced to the eggnog latte and keep going back for more. Great coffee, service is maybe a little slow, lots of people behind the counter but not many seem to know what is going on, however they make a lovely eggnog latte, so all is forgiven

Service was very slow. There were 6 people in front waiting after ordering. No help given to the member serving. More emphasis given to drive-thru than in store. Despite odering to drink-in, my drink was made to-go. It was transfered after I pointed it out. The loaf was nothing special

One of the best and fastest Starbucks i have visited! Angela served me and made my drink, it was delicious! will come again.

Took a while for a cappuccino to appear. When it did it lacked the coffee hit. Spent cups left on the table. Reasonably comfy seating but difficult to hear to talk if noisy clients in. Staff were polite but could clear tables and circulate more.

Missing Items and wrong item sent

Paid for a large drink and got small delivered - with the wrong syrup. Called cafe and they said there is nothing they can do, had to raise a claim through just eat and a week later still not heard back.

Unfortunately, they have a rat problem, saw 2 literally come to the door by the seating area foraging, it was the evening so no one sat out there or any footfall to stop them coming out the nest! I did make the staff aware! My drink was lovely as always and service good!

They people went to Starbucks coffee. They people awaly go to Superdrug Coffee. They are people loving go Starbucks Coffee . They like some tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sandwiches and ham cheese , something more different
