Costa in Milton Keynes

We waited 30 minutes for grandpa to come out of the toilet. It was delicious.

Had mango bubble tea and it was super. The service was excellent.

Really good service, even though it was busy. Was served by Emilio who was really friendly and quick at making my coffees.

Two ladies on duty couldn’t be more helpful, excellent coffee & services One was the store manager she was so good with every customer, I spent 1hour 30min in the shop waiting my train. These both ladies really are a credit to this shop, one of the ladies short dark hair went on her break. Please do let them both know the services is way by the best I’ve ever received in any Costa coffee ❤️

Worst experience at MK9 costa. Ordered a chocolate fudge brownie frappe, the barista gave me something else. It's not about £4.8 but about the disinterested person who prepared it. Didn't care to prepare the right beverage. Never going to this Costa again.

I stopped at Costa yesterday before my train to grab a coffee. And the lovely maheen helped me wheel my suitcase to the station as I have broken my wrist. Outstanding service from maheen going out of her way to help a customer.

I went into Costa today after getting the train back from work, to work an hour before heading home... The young guy in there with a moustache was so friendly to everyone that came in that it really stood out to me. He was chatting away and it's not what I expected going into a chain coffee shop... I know food probably goes to waste at the end of the day but he offered me some cake for free which was going to be wasted. Probably as I looked so grumpy typing away at my laptop. You never know what someone's going through and kind people like him have no doubt saved people's lives without realising... Costa you are very lucky to have such a great employee

Popped in today at around 11:15 before going back home as I'm away for work. Was served by the most lovely gentleman who had more enthusiasm and energy than I've had for the past 20 years. Even with a grumpy customer in front, he still held his smile and happy attitude. I did ask of his name but my hearing isn't the best so I can't give him true recognition, only that his name sounded unique. The only negative point is the lack of plug sockets as I really needed to charge my phone for the 3.5 hour journey back to North Wales.

Popped into costa today, to grab a coffee and warm up, whilst waiting for my taxi. After buying my beverage I then notice the entire indoor seating was closed off. The reason for the seating to be closed off was that the toilets were out of order. Like what reason is that!

Even though it can be busy at times, it can be also quiet as well, the only thing that needs improvement is the mobile phone signal as it very weak at times and needs to be a lot stronger, than it currently is.

Sat in Costa and it was nice and quiet ( well it was 6.30am sat). The only problem is tables were dirty. There was enough staff to do drinks and clean up. I ordered millionaire shortbread and 2 latte. I alway find this place busy during the week but weekend it's like the staff have been told,relax take your time. Yesitmight look dirty but we can get to it sometime today

Ordered food and a coffee, waited a long time at my table to discover my order was sitting on the counter getting cold. Staff didn't bother to call me, they were not busy.

This Costa branch in Milton Keynes is one of the best, thanks to its friendly staff and spacious upstairs area. The staff are always happy to see me and know my order before I even ask. The upstairs area is perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. The only downside is that the upstairs area is often closed, which is a shame. Overall, I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great coffee and a friendly atmosphere.

I went to grab a coffee and sit and do some work at a table I then got up to use the restroom. To get in such place you need a CODE to enter the door. I was then presented with the CODE to open the door and then went in to do my business. I was then swiftly greeted with puddles of urine all over the floor and an all round filthy bathroom. non the less I went about my business (to use the toilet). Not even being in there 2 mins I could then hear someone else trying to enter the room, I continuously shouted that the toilet was occupied but was completely ignored. After the gentleman had tried opening the door and realised he needed a CODE he was then helped by A MEMBER OF STAFF to enter the occupied toilet, this gentleman then proceeded to unlock and enter the bathroom where I was sat on full display.. this is absolutely appalling that a member of staff had helped another person into the private restroom knowing that it was occupied. I would like some sort of compensation for this as I feel as through my basic human rights (privacy) was violated and not taken into any consideration. DO NOT GO HERE! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Stopped by for a drink before my train home. The service was without a smile and very cold and robotic. The tables were all dirty and hasn’t been cleaned despite being cleared. It wasn’t very busy so not sure what the excuse is there. Wouldn’t return - would opt for Starbucks next time a few doors down.

A very pleasant experience. Clean, really friendly welcoming staff, felt a very local atmosphere with the welcome and service. Got a fruit cooler and millionaire shortbread, both of which were great.

Tried to pay with teen choice award card but it wasn’t working for some reason, despite having a £15 balance. The lady at the till was honestly more than helpful and we paid for our food but she gave us coffees on her. It was Great customer service 👍🏼

Didnt say they were closing in half an hour but were happy to take our money. Given five minutes notice that cafe was closing, when asking staff member to use toilet she threw her mop on floor, my partner needed to use the toilet but both staff members proceeded to rush us out. Blamed there behavior on a team member being ill with covid. Dont go here.

MK Central (Euston/Glasgow) rail station ticket office is close, find a table and wait out of the rain. Parking is £1 an hour a short walk away, or free for 10 mins per hour so you can wait for a delayed train in the warm. Bus terminus facing. Nice staff, toilet is customers only so kept clean and accessible. Level doorway to street, wide shop area, wheelchair or buggy friendly. Good range of displayed food for heat & eat and can request take out. Windows go floor to ceiling!

Excellent physical distancing measures in place. Service was efficient and as friendly as can be from behind perspex screens with everybody wearing face coverings. Surprisingly noisy for ten customers. Apologies to those who overheard my teacher voice as I was invited to speak during a video meeting.

Poor customer service. Staffs are very rude.

My 1 star is for customer services, I have noticed that a lot of time they mix milk to make a latte.

Very nice Costa Coffee located at the Train station so providing easy access to a coffee after or before you depart on a train. The place is run very efficiently and the staff work well together offering quick and fast service with some very good coffee. They do appear to know exactly what they are doing. There is seating available and whilst it can get crowded due to the location and time it isn’t too bad.

Currently closed for a complete refit.

I have been using this Costa for a long while now. The team there are one of the best crews I have ever seen. They can get very busy but the quality and friendliness of the service never varies. You can see it’s a good crew by the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area, which is always spotless and well-supplied even at busy times. Costa Owners, make sure you look after these people - they do your brand proud !

Whole place feels unclean. Toilet is disgusting. Staff are always so rude. The location is the only positive being next to the station.

I keep telling these guys every time I buy a drink that there are flies on the cakes, always flies on the cakes. Today the whole queue were talking about it. They just don't seem to be doing anything to get rid of the flies. Yuk😶

I’m extremely impressed by the staff. When a train empties they can handle the rush of people easily. The queue moves quickly and the staff coordinate seamlessly to fill the order. The drinks are always well prepared.

Friendly, efficient service even during morning peak hours. Space to sit both inside and out. Handy location for bus and rail travellers or those heading towards CMK.

Just called into Costa by MK station. Asked for the special blend roast (actually asked repeatedly as the woman looked at me blankly). The baristas came up with various excuses as to why it was taking so long but wouldn't explain why my drink was only started to be prepared after the drink for the customer behind me in the queue had been served. Pay more to get treated badly.

Coffee was the usual that you expect from Costa but what really let this down was the toilets, absolutely disgusting, like they hadn't had any attention for many months, don't think I will be going back here, extremely unhygienic. YUK!!!!!!

Staff are great and helpful, coffee ok, not Barista's fault. This Costas could improve to five star if they could have a door code for customers to use Toilets. A fifteen minute wait to find the toilet in a horrendous state as previous, sadly homeless, user had come in for a clean up - unfortunately, didn't leave it in the same clean state as it was before they started. Costas now owned by Coca Cola make enough profit to be able to find a solution and do better, it has to be said.

I called in here for a quick coffee before catching my train. The toilet was absolutely stinking - as soon as I opened the door the smell of urine was overwhelming. The floor was sticky and there was dried urine all over the toilet seat. Very unpleasant. The staff were lovely but the cleanliness of the loos means I'm highly unlikely to ever go in that costa again.

It's a pretty small Costa but conveniently located next to the train station. It gets pretty busy at rush hour but mostly for takeaway and the staff are quick and friendly.

Coffee good, staff always seem to be very friendly, but decor & fittings in dire need of a refit. It gets busy here, as it's right next to the station. So can be cramped.

I like the brand in general and the coffee is fine, but this branch needs a bit of a re-fit. The chair I first sat on was sticky and horrible and the place just looks a little tired.

I used Costa Coffee shop on my outbound journey & inbound journey at Milton Keynes. I had a Black Forest Hot Chocolate which I didn't enjoy bcos it was 'lukewarm' & missing some of the extras 😞 But on the next day it was so much better than the day before B.F.H.Chocolate - down to a different crew at work 💜
