Friendly and helpful staff, chatting to us during our visit. Nice choice of sweet items and good coffee. Wasn't busy, plenty of tables.

On entering the building, most of the empty tables had trays and dirty crockery on them. Whilst ordering, I requested if there was someone who could clean the table that my husband was sat down at. The young girl came over, took the tray and carried on with her work. No wipe down of the table, which was dirty, whatsoever. We then saw another young girl clear away a tray from a table, but again, failed to wipe down. Not once did anyone wipe any further tables. At the time the store was not busy and 3 members of staff were behind the counter chatting. The chairs look grubby in fact so did the floor. Just felt dirty with food, wrappers under the tables. I do have to point out that the staff were nice and polite though.

Always welcoming, this is the best Costa I’ve visited. The staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. They greet regulars and visitors alike, and they obviously have a lot of repeat business. They’ve always got a good number of baristas on duty, so even if it’s very busy, you won’t wait long. Never any trouble to help if you need something carried to the table. It’s a spacious, level cafe in Olney (so great access for everyone). Often see laptops and people working. A few outside tables opposite the Market Place too. Really cracking coffee shop.

Iv been coming to olney costa naw for 8 plus years every day and I would just like to say you have the best team hear right naw they are always friendly happy to help and always willing to go the extra mile and always promote professionalism, even with the awkward customers that seem to be very unfriendly .

Great staff, great drinks made well . However I do have a bone to pick… and this is not the fault of the staff whatsoever… the new autumn flavour drink ‘maple Hazel latte ‘ is splashed all over the place on posters… but is not available. Come on Costa, sort it out- it’s not fair to your staff or your customers advertising a drink that doesnt exist!

Friendly team in central location for shops and with Thursday market across the road and EV charging right outside. Lighting in rear could be inproved. Whilst ideal if you only want to chat, for reading non electronics stuff, it needs to be brighter. Team always want to ensure you get your drink exactly as you prefer it.

Great coffee and staff lovely and friendly. Worth a visit

I went to the disgusting over priced dump Olney Pancake Parlour . I smelt racism in the air and the food was a pile of excrement. Full of Mothers with their noisy screaming kids and Old People smelling of urine and taking rubbish! Very incestuous and excrement food , what a over priced excrement hole !! Straight after that bad experience I went to the Mighty Costa ! I went to Costa , a real establishment and instantly this place was great . Fantastic service and excellent realistic prices as you would expect. Perfect place to eat and enjoy your time.

Good coffee, nice staff and I enjoyed my Raspberry and Almond slice.

Usual standards for Costa clean & tidy served quickly.

Placed and paid for an order via the Costa app. When I went to collect I was told that one of the drinks could not be made - lack of ingredients - so I suggested they provide a suitable alternative. I was told no as it might be more expensive than the one I’d ordered. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to contact Costa customer services as the order was placed via the app. Shoddy on many levels. And several weeks on I’m still waiting for the promised refund from Costa customer services. I will not be visiting Costa in Olney again anytime soon nor will I be ordering via the app. Which is very disappointing - until relatively recently the staff were always friendly and helpful

Not sure whether there's been a change of staff recently but the customer service here has gone downhill recently. And I wasn't impressed to be told earlier this week that they'd run out of decaf coffee....

Friendly helpful staff ,great coffee ,would have been 5 stars if table had been properly cleaned crumbs in gap between tables that I had to wipe down myself , before I could place my tray down,just a lack of attention to detail as this was not the only table "cleaned" in this way.

Not very happy with the venue or the quality of purchases. One in our party had lemonade, first I had to ask for a new straw as it was placed on the tray by holding the end & not the middle, second, the glass measured 4" in height & 3" of that was ice, hardly worth serving but dare say Costa make a good profit from that! The premises were also not up to my idea of clean! Thankyou, it would be nice to get feedback on my comments.

Loved it ! Delicious hot food and hot and cold drinks, just as before the Pandemic ! The staff were all very cheerful and helpful and they really went "the extra mile" to help their customers !!! ❤️

Staff that generally come across as can’t be bothered. Closed early. Dirty tables. Brash and not particularly welcoming staff. All seems to be too much effort. I’ve been coming here for a number of years and used to enjoy the friendly service and enjoyed sitting in and relaxing with a drink. It’s no longer a nice experience. TBH, this appears to be true more and more of Costa Coffee branches. Perhaps it’s starting at the top and filtering through.

Small and personal coffee shop so don't expect a huge venue. Tucked away at the side of the market place was a nice stop over

Visited Costa in Blackpole, Worcester as McDonald's had ran out of flatbreads. Breakfast deal very misleading.Says £2 Bacon bap when you buy large or regular coffee ( in small print) which gives the impression that you just pay £2, when you actually pay £4.75. Bacon bap is tiny as well. Staff not very polite either. Next time I'll go to Greggs next door oe stick with McDonald's.

Good coffee, friendly staff. Bagged a 50% off triple sandwich so a bargain as well. Very clean by the standard of other Costas so well done to the staff Aircon was over zealous, had to sit with my coat on

Costa is Costa, I don't have to say anything about the excellent coffee etc, the downside of my visit was that the toilet was closed due to a loose panel, it was explained to me it was a health and safety issue, but how long has it been like that, is it a quick screwdriver job .constant engaged lock sign showing, why don't they put a notice to say the toilet is out of order, please use the disable toilet, small things like this can let you down

Nice and clean, friendly atmosphere and polite service only down side was the fact that the staff kept one of the toilets locked for their own use meaning that everyone had to use the disabled toilet which meant that my wife had to wait for 5 minutes to get into the toilet.

This was the third time this month that we have detoured to a Costa, only to find the place closed. I appreciate that emergencies can happen, but I'm beginning to lose faith in their management. So that has been Olney today, Buckingham last week & St.Neots the week before. Come on Costa - get your act together. It can't be difficult to publish accurate data on the company website surely. When we customers divert off route, or agree to meet up with friends this type of service failure damages the brand.

Disappointingly they had no Tea Cakes. So left and went elsewhere. This is the third time in as many weeks no teacakes at various Costas. Will have to consider my future loyalty to the chain

Nice piece of cake and Tiffin enjoyed with a flat white and a cappuccino, staff could of been a bit more cheerful, toilets were out of order with assign on the door saying to ask staff to direct you to the nearest toilets but there was a disabled toilet right next to the out of order toilets and everyone including us just used that.

Friendly efficient staff good service nice drinks

Today I had a really good hot chocolate. It was strong enough with a nice frothy top. I find costa hot choc can be a bit weak particularly when having it without cream on top so it would be even more milky with cream topping. This one was spot on. The venue wasn't too busy without a queue at 3pm on a Sunday with covid one way system in place. You can order on line but I don't bother with that.

Great serbmvice even though it was busy and they looked a little short handed. Tables sanitised as soon as they were able to and everyone was nicely spaced for a smallish shop.

Seriously gone downhill. Uninterested staff ( two young men) would rather talk to their friends than acknowledge and serve customers.

I found this visit very disappointing with queing markings very confusing and staff spending more time chatting rather than clearing the limited amount of tables that are still in use. Not to mention the manager who was sarcastic in order to show off in front of the female staff.

Are they fresh everyday like they used to be? Im not convinced but tasty enough anyway although a tad expensive. Birthday treat maybe! This is a kiosk in the middle of the walk way in the mall so socially distanced queing may be awkward. Maybe order in advance for big orders, just a thought.

Really busy and loud on a sunday morning, a runners post run get together, and they pretty much took up most of the main space. Service was quick and polite, although they did give me some sort of christmas ginger bready type syrup in my coffee instead of the salted caramel I asked for, but didn't realise till I was in the car. It's been a long time since anyone in a Costa got an order wrong I have to say!

Excellent service, my Black Forest hot chocolate was made promptly and in one of them neat little Christmas cups. It was really nice, will be trying the rest.

The service is always good in here, they seem to have enough staff to cope with demand. The orders are taken and made immediately, not even a wait for toasted tea cake. Impressed with the staff but as usual it’s a costly Costa everytime

It was decent service. Definitely not the best Costa I've been to. The staff were mostly nice, only had one incident with a bad staff member a while back. I go the occasionally. The atmosphere of the place is quite friendly, though the toilets are not very hygenic..

Love the place service is very good

A typical Costa - decent coffee at slightly-too-high prices. Interior is nice and clean, service is friendly and relatively fast. Occasionally a queue at the tills if you come in at peak times like lunch or after work.

Despite ordering a latte I was served a very weak cappuccino with an inch of foamed milk on top. The coffee was so weak I wondered if they had actually put any coffee beans in. After all this you still pay costa prices for a bad drink.

Do like a Costa but blink and oh, there is another Costa putting small chain coffee houses out of business.

Nice location, and nicely furnished as all Costas. Coffee was hot and good service was warm and friendly. Would recommend.

Come for a light lunch, would recommend the bacon and Brie panini but overall it’s very pricey, wouldn’t recommend a huge amount of people Night little spot.

Try the iced chocolate drink with coffee.....very yummy! Nice Costa but they don't seem to open the whole cafe up. Not as spacious as some of the others in their chain but has free parking.

Just had the worst costa coffee ever! Wanted to try the new salted caramel coffee but dont think the two dears knew how to make one as the server asked me if it was the syrup I wanted??? I know I have 3 or 4 Costas a week but I am no barista yet! £3.25 down the drain

My Wife and I have a coffee here almost every day and so have got to know the team who work there well - what a great bunch of people. Often working under pressure with queues of customers, you can still enjoy a smile and a bit of banter, and of course know that you'll get a consistently tasty coffee (flat white for me, latte for my Wife). (Also partial to an occasional cake or muffin, but don't tell anyone!)

My companion is lactose intolerant and asked for an ice salted caramel drink with soya milk. Could they cope with this? No, but suggested an iced latte (what part of lactose intolerant are you not understanding?) Apparently it is against Costa policy to make the cold drinks using milk alternatives, for contamination reasons. So, you don't run that risk with hot drinks? Perhaps they could either keep a separate blender jug for milk alternatives, as other coffee houses do, or learn to wash up! Served by "dumber and dumber", accompanied by "I think I'm funny", all equally lazy. Costa management need to train staff in this outlet, or change them completely.

Very good coffee, facilities and location. Well stocked cakes and pastries counter. Rather spartan interior but a very good meeting place.

Visited on New Years day...a big thank you to the young man who kindly served me toast for free with the breakfast pot I ordered.

Terrible, 1 staff member to do everything which is not her fault. Bad bad planning to dispose of members of staff and not replace them. No customer service anymore, even when the 2 temp staff from another store were there. Pleeeeease get it right Costa or the Olney store will lose all of it's customers.

Nice refreshing cooler just what we needed after a hot day but sold out of the nicest ones. Service was quite grumpy from both members of staff making it obvious they were closing soon
