Food seems ok, it’s just really annoying when you choose a drink which they don’t have but rather than contact you to see what else you’d like, they just give you what they think you’d want instead.

Every single time I go to this subway, I have an amazing experience. The sandwich’s always come out delicious and the manager Stephen is amazing. He provides a brilliant, personable experience. I will always recommend this subway over any other

I had agreed to meet up with a friend here and have a chat over a nice meal. As I walked in,I received a telephone call from Colin (my only friend) and he told me that he couldn’t make it as his cat had won the lottery and he had to take her to the post office to collect her winnings??? My eyes were full of tears and my legs felt a bit floppy but I was hungry so I decided to stay and try to eat some food. The ordering process was incredibly confusing for me as I didn’t know if I was a vegetarian or not or if I wanted Italian bread or seedy bread (what ever seedy bread is!). I ended up with a sort of white slipper shaped torpedo filled with the most gruesome ingredients I had ever eaten. I didn’t recognise any ingredients apart from a bone that became stuck between 2 of my 6 teeth. I couldn’t finish my “slipper” so I smuggled it into the toilet and attempted to flush it down the big. After roughly 45 minutes of flushing I finally gave up and took it home with me so that I could destroy it. On the way home I walked past a pond with lots of ducks on it and offered it to them but they flew away when they smelled it. At home I managed to light a fire in my garden and successfully destroyed it. I have had better days but I’m definitely not going to be having another “slipper” from them again,I’ll probably ask the vet to make me a sandwich next time. Colin did call me and apologise about missing our date and sent me a cheque for £200 000 as a little gift as his cat was now as rich as Carlos Tevis. Very kind & thoughtful man (and cat).

USED THIS PLACE PREVIOUSLY BECAUSE I'M DISABLED AND THEY HAVE A DISABLE SERVICE BELL IN WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE ON MY LAST VISIT THE BELL WAS IGNORED THE STAFF FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME , THE BELL WAS FULLY WORKING BECAUSE THE GREEN LIGHT CAME ON AND I HEARD THE BUZZ AND THE STAFF COULD SEE ME FROM THE WINDOW , I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER USE THE ONLINE DELIVERY SERVICE FROM THEM .

Found my sandwich contaminated! Sent a video to the complaints department. No response! 😡 I've just popped in for a hot chocolate. The prices on the wall are wrong and the UHT milk has gone off!

What can I say about this subway visit, well let's start with the menu! The joy of subway for me is that you enter pick your bread pick your filling then choose what salad you want, you make your sub your way, however in this one the choice is so limited 12 subs and they tell you how you have it, yes there was the create your own but that was basically only a unplanned mix of the other twelve! I have to say I was very disappointed with the selection and found it very hard to decide as I felt I was being forced into what subway wanted me to eat, not what I wanted! The gentleman serving was very informative about the situation and what was going on, and was very helpful, but I have to say that if all other subways go this way then I will really consider whether to go there if I'm being told how to have my sandwich and not given free choice as have always been used too! I might as well just go to tesco and buy and sandwich from there!

On our travels heading south towards London, we stopped in for a quick bite and Subway take away. usual menu options, food freshly prepared and service fast and friendly. Back on the road again!

Popped in to get a quick sandwich. Realised it was card only just as the guy had got the bread. Each to their own on how they want to charge people. But they have lost my custom. A bit crazy an international franchise accepting only card.

Staff member stank of weed . Slurred his mouth and Teeth needed cleaning. Nit someone you want serving your food

Why does this place egsist what dismal place and the so called food yuck they should be summons under the trades description act.

Staff couldn't get order right. Overpaid for what I actually asked for and no stock for salad bowls. Poorly run and diabolical customer service. Just paid and left as que was far too long. Only 2 people working at lunchtime. Avoid at all costs.

Great chain of restraunts bit expensive

Visited the store about 6.45pm. Bought a toasted sub, hash browns and coffee, and had a friendly chat with the employee. Paid by contactless. As I had been walking around town for a while, and my back had been painful, I wanted to sit down for a couple of minutes and eat my hot sub in the warm. I reached over the barrier to borrow a chair, making sure I wasn't blocking anything. A moment later, the employee called sharply across the store, "I've closed that seating area for a reason; you're not allowed to sit in here after 6." This seemed an unnecessarily rude way to speak to a customer, and I left feeling very embarrassed and wishing I hadn't gone there at all. (While I'm aware that in my fleece and woolly hat I could be taken for someone unsavoury, it should have been obvious from everything leading up to then that I wasn't!)

Depending on who you get serving you depends on the service, some are chatty and make a great sandwich others are quite and make a terrible sandwich

Only one staff member on duty again painfully slow service floor needed cleaning as did tables one person can't do it all more staff needed

Great staff. Was here this morning and I can only assume there was a member of the team who was not on shift. She was in with her family she stopped eating her food and went and helped a staff out behind the counter when it got busy. Thank you that member of staff.

Best subway experienc ever. Friendly staff making conversation with their customers, staff seem happy and appear to be wanting to work here. Weren't skimpy on the toppings either! Highly recommend!

Popped in for a lunchtime Sub and found this stair Ant to be clean, staff friendly and it's location convenient with a large free car park just opposite. Not much to n the way of cheap eats in Newport Pagnall itself so this Subway is a godsend.

Good food and prices. However, seating area is limited with only 4 tables.

The man that served me was rude. My niece wanted a particular item without the sauce and he completely ignored what I said and proceeded to put sauce on.when I pointed out that i said no sauce he then began to complain to his colleague about it in quite a loud voice.

Got what I wanted , not crowded, but shop was a little bit away from the rest of the high street shops , so just a little bit longer to walk

Website states the opening time is 7am on a Sunday. Based on this I visited the shop. On my arrival the doors were locked and the sign on the door states an opening time of 9:00am. Had I realised this I would have gone to the Subway down by MK Train Station as there is no difference in travelling time and I can park outside the station for 15 mins anyway. Quite irritating. Get your information up to date. It’s a simple thing!

We regularly have salads from Subway and we've always found them to be well presented and the service is always very good. We'll keep buying the salads.

Found a bit of beef in my chicken tikka! I do not eat beef so for me is appalling! Complained and they said to just take it out. So I agreed then my sister also found some beef in her tikka sub! Not happy.

Typical Subway selection of sandwiches , snacks and beverages. There is space to sit down . The premises opened around a year away and are tucked away off the high street in Station Road...hence quieter than your average subway. The staff were very friendly with the kids ....well done.
