Starbucks Coffee in City of London, Westminster

We were in the very center of London and at one of the train stations. We were tired of our historic walking tour and just needed to sit a while. Nice place here for sitting and sipping.

Horrible, the staff told me that this Marylebone Starbucks doesn’t take any rewards and membership. He explained it’s not the machine problem but the whole just doesn’t work with the Starbucks membership thing and not willing to scan my membership, how strange. I did look up afterwords, the Starbucks in marylebone is included on the Starbucks rewards list.

Polite workers, lovely coffe, i got a caramel frapachino with extra caramel and coffee, the place is nice and not to long of a line

I stopped off here to get a sandwich and a drink between trains. I recognised the reviews beforehand didn’t seem positive but this was not reflective of my experience at all! The staff were attentive and asked about my day. They were smiley and checked back to see everything was okay once I was at the table which I appreciated as it was quite busy. Overall, I came out of it with a really positive experience. Thank you!!

Staff who can't be bothered to stop talking to each other to serve you - the store is DIRTY and yhe staff rude af

Maybe I was lucky given some of the reviews but I had good service. The girl that served me was pleasant and friendly. Small branch located in the station. I was going to sit in, but it was boiling inside on a sunny August afternoon and there were loads of homeless people around eyeing bags! If your commuting then stop by, but not worth a special trip.

Waited ages for croissant and muffin simple order. After ten mins I saw a bag on side with almond muffin. I asked about this and she said oh wow spnt have any plain croissants. However didn't bother to actually tell me. I said what about the muffin and didn't know what I was talking about. It took 15 mins to resolve and yo be honest the workers didn't even pretend to care.
