Costa Coffee in City of London, Westminster

Pedí 2 cafés y 2 pasteles, después de aproximadamente 10 minutos, necesité usar el inodoro y noté un letrero en la puerta que decía inodoro fuera de orden, y pedir al personal el inodoro más cercano. No había terminado mi bebida, así que no quería salir del restaurante. Le pregunté al personal si podía usar su baño. Afirmaron que no tenían uno, lo que me cuesta creer. Luego les pregunté dónde estaba el baño más cercano y dijeron que no lo sabían. Otra evidencia para mí es que el inodoro no estaba roto o tenía un inodoro de personal, como cómo puede alguien pasar todo el día sin usar un inodoro. ¡Sospecho que muchos empleados pusieron deliberadamente un letrero en el inodoro para evitar limpiarlos! I am a big fan of Costa , but that time is the worst I have been to . I asked for the peach ice tea that I normally drink , and the drink was no taste , just like normal water

Quería un café y té y necesitaba el uso del baño después de un largo paseo. No había inodoro utilizable y ningún aviso para decir que estaba fuera de combate. The workers laughed at us and made us feel unsafe. In addition, the coffee tasted like detergents, it's possible that the workers put detergents in our coffee. We suspect that the treatment we received was due to racist reasons.

The coffee was in taste of cleaners, we suspect it was on purpose. They also made a lough on us. We don’t know why we were treated so horribly, it might be racism act. I don’t recommend this coffee, they made us feel scared.

me and my friend came in because we were freezing the poor fatigued worker (big up devi or demi we can’t remember your name 🙏🏻) made us an *extra strong* chai and a hot chocolate. best drink ever. would come here 365, 7 days a week

Dirties costa ever seen very slow service the staff even dosent know what to do how to make a coffee make sure to avoid this place instead of this get your coffee from machine trust me it will be better ❌

One of the worst Costa I have been to. Asked for a latte and I received a gray-ish beverage (almost see thru) that tasted like reheated water. Asked the "barista" to remake it and received a hot chocolate instead. To be honest the hot chocolate was delicious and definitely better choice than latte.

Costa Coffee store serving hot drinks and some iced drinks alongside impulse items like brownies, shortbread, wafers and biscuits. Takeaway only, but great to have fresh barista made coffee right on the doorstep of where I work!
