Asda in Aberdeen City

Has to be the worst cup of coffee for £2.65! Luke warm and tasteless, also you do it yourself from a machine which is dirty. They basically pushed a cup at me with no instruction. The atmosphere is non existent! Terrible place!

I never had any problems I always enjoy my food and the prices are reasonable. Thank you

AVOID Full of criminals! Horrible place! Too expensive! Treat staff badly! Smells! Horrible owners! AVOID! I would rather eat my own poo, than shop there! Stupid owners & pathetic people as staff! Poo!

I think it was possibly the worst panini iv ever eaten . Was soft and soggy " they ment to be crisp" luke warm and extremely salty and very over powering pesto flavour 🤮 Half of the menu wasn't available and it was bang on lunchtime 🤷‍♀️ why ? Absolutely no atmosphere in the cafe at all, bench seats too far away from table, had to sit on edge of seat to eat my lunch . What happened to the way it was before and the food choice bad !!!

Service with a scowl was my experience from one of the kiosk staff. Avoid this store unless you’re desperate and don’t mind being treated like dirt.

Pizza and side were stone cold and I only live 4 minutes away from the store so obviously being sitting for a while waiting to be delivered🙈🙈

Pizza was undercooked by a long way. The crust was soft and very doughy. I won't use this place again very disappointed

My mum and I went into the beach asda in aberdeen for some shopping today and ventured into the cafe for a well needed coffee afterwards. No coffee as the machine was out of order!! We then had a cup of Fanta each and my mum had a very small chocolate brownie which was like a hard block of wood!! £5.75!!! Absolutely shocking. The display cabinet had nothing in it and the staff seemed uninterested in anything. The place wasn’t clean either, we certainly will not be back. Worst cafe I’ve ever been in. The place should close. Last time I went was in July 2020 and it wasn’t much better then.

Is it world class no but it is cheaper than every pizza place now and is the ultimate guilty pleasure for a unheard of price nowadays

Absolutely shocking experience, food was very stale, chicken burger was so tough, even seen one staff member take the lasagne off the serving unit, into the corner, lift the serving spoon, take a mouthful and return it to the lasagne and back onto the serving unit! This is where we called it a day and left. I know it’s only an Asda cafe but this is disgusting and will never return! Advise everyone to avoid at all costs!

Went to Asda Beach cafe got chicken burger and chips was bland tastless and awful chicken burger was dry no veg on it or sauce just two cheap burgers in a dry bun, chips was poor also , Come on Asda!! show some imagination!!

Pizza took over 1hr 15 minutes too arrive. Not even the right toppings on the spicy chicken toppings missing.

we received half our order but the other half wasn't delivered AT ALL still missing one of the two 14inch peperoni pizzas

Food was perfect, ideal for a midweek lazy tea that doesn’t cost a fortune 👍🏼

think you need to send your delivery guy to specsavers and the to a watch store.

I couldn't contact the café, so there was no way I could find out what the delay was, it doesn't look good when a pizza arrives after my lunch break at work,

Pizza arrived and all the cheese and topping wasn’t even on the pizza was all over the box may as well of ordered a bit of bread with bbq sauce not a happy customer at all will never order again

Half the food was missing other half was wrong and no way to get in touch with restaurant to tell them it was wrong

Shocking!! Ordered meal deal, American Sizzler pizza was missing jalapenos and cold, 1 side was wrong, wrong flavour of Ben & Jerry's ice cream sent and finally 2 of the 4 dips were wrong apart from that the delivery was early!!

Lovely pizza. Chips and onion rings just hot. But didn’t get a Ben & Jerry Fudge brownie. Received a slice of cake?????. First time order. Good price for what we received. Would try ordering again minus pudding.

ordered onion rings but got mozzarella sticks, honestly not bothered as they were fab

Must say it is definitely value for money but gotta say the 3 times I've ordered its either been missing something or incorrect items.

3 orders, 2 of them short of items. This time I'm missing a £5 ice cream tub.

I placed my order before the restaurant opened at 11am. The online booking page gave me the option to have it delivered at 1155am which I chose but it didn't arrive until 1255pm

Delivery was fast, food was hot.

Ordered 3 bottles of coke zero got 1 bottle of coke zero 1 bottle of diet coke and missing a bottle. Pizza tasty enough. Delivery time was good. Just let down with missing item I was charged for.

The pizza was good however I also ordered a breakfast panini and a mozzarella and pesto toastie. Neither arrived and instead I have two of what I think are ham and cheese toasties. The chips aren't cooked.
