Costa Coffee in Aberdeen City

There is Vegan options for both food and drink - so Good start. Staff weren't very friendly or knowledgeable of what they can offer or sell and you can see them make the drinks ( the person making the coffee did not wipe the steam wand between milks even when i told them i was vegan

Bloody rip off you pay more for your coffee and you don't even get a bean because apparently Costa haven't sent them a scanner and when I asked about the 2.50 breakfast deal that was advertised on the board they said they don't do. I wouldn't mind but I go to Costa every day for a coffee and breakfast and feel like I've been robbed

The food was great, but never enough selection. The drinks are amazing as they are at all the Costa locations. The service is ok, and the atmosphere busy.

Most of the staff were lovely, but there was one guy who seemed really stroppy, and as if he did not want to be there. I dont blame him though. Being stuck in an airport all day can't be nice. Depsite being an airport Costa, the standards seem to be very similar to other Costa branches. The cinnamon roll and strawberry lemonade I had were really nice and hit the spot on my long day of travelling. I did not have anything else, so this review is purely based on those two items I had.

BEWARE! Was using British Airways voucher for £ 5 to buy a Flat White( £ 3.80 )and Ham & Cheese Toastie ( £ 4.30 ) and Costa Coffe should have charged my credit card with £3.10 but charged £6 !

It is a nice place to eat and drink admiring the muvment of the planes on the track of Aberdeen Airport. The Costa cafe latte is very good and the sandwiches fress. They have a lot of sandwich options, sweets, hot drinks and coold drinks. The personal offers a good customer service, they are serving fast and always smiling. WELL DONE COSTA!

I visited this Costa during a nutrition break between flying this afternoon. I was served by a girl called Emily I believe and what an experience! The girl gave me no eye contact, no smile, one word answers and generally looked like her being there was a jail sentence. Being a member of cabin crew I know how important customer service is especially when dealing with people travelling and I will definitely not be returning to this particular Costa again. Plus, my coconut flat white tasted burnt.

Not a proper Costa as they couldn’t give me my points on my app, then the cheese n ham toastie I bought was put in a toastie sleeve which was long and for a panini and not a square toastie so it got squashed😡

I miss the in depth conversations with Jamie and the rest of the staff. My obsession with decaff, oat milk, beligian chocolote 2 pump-caramel 1 pump, extra hot, extra shot, white mint half pump, sprinkled with caramel vermicelli breakfast teas had started long ago when I first entered this museum of art diguised as a coffee shop. Make sure to get one for yourself. Thank you.

I go there on a weekly basis. The guy who wears glasses, he knows how to make a coffee.

Closed before flights depart? Really? Disgraceful. Who’s fault is this? Covid or a penny pinching management. Enough said.

I love full English breakfast and was craving for the magic. Inasmuch as I would have loved a full one, this wasn’t bad at all. Only thing missing was Haggis (the Scottish twist to English breakfast)

Great value for money. Fantastic staff. I book my plane tickets especially to get my coffee from here.

Solo intenté pedir café y pedí una taza en lugar del cartón de un solo uso y me dijeron "no los hacemos" y procedieron a hacer una taza de cartón que rechacé. Tengo 2 puntos;  1. Estoy sorprendido y decepcionado de que Costa insista en las tazas de cartón de un solo uso en un salón del aeropuerto.  2. Desde mi punto de vista, la actitud grosera fue la peor, de hecho, la ÚNICA mala experiencia de cliente que he encontrado durante mi estancia en Aberdeen, que fue aparte de Costa, fantástica

Decent coffee for when your flybe is delayed

A quick trip to The Netherlands. All you needs is some euros and a credit card. Not so for Costa - cash only since the machines are broken. Frankly not acceptable at an international airport.

Whilst waiting with my family we sat and had a Costa coffee and was sat near to the entrance where the staff work behind the counter. Watched one male staff cutting the cling film to cover the cakes with his TEETH, absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. He repeated this many times. I then witnessed the other male drop the bases of the containers that hold the cakes onto the dirty floor behind the counter then just place the cakes on to the bases without washing the bases. Female manager was present at the time but did nothing. Will not buy anything again from costa coffee.

Habiendo llegado a la zona de puertas de embarque, y un poco de tiempo para posponer hasta nuestro vuelo, decidimos venir aquí para tomar una copa. Esta Costa, aunque bastante pequeña, y con áreas de asientos limitadas, está idealmente ubicada, ya que está a solo unos pasos de las puertas de embarque, por lo que no queda lejos para caminar cuando se llama su vuelo. El enfriador de fruta de naranja cereza tenía un precio de 3, lo que no es irrazonable en lo que respecta a los precios del aeropuerto. Tenían una buena selección de aperitivos también. El personal fue agradable, y la espera no fue larga. Una pequeña salida ocupada.

Ordered the last tuna melt panini. They gave it away to the wrong guy. Got the refund but not even a “sorry”

We went several time for coffee and take a break from working the town of Aberdeen while visiting. A nice place to relax, re-coop, drink coffee and eat pastries.

A fine cup of coffee (flat white). Unfortunately, the bottle of water I bought had a broken seal however I only found this out after boarding the aircraft. Maybe I'm being cynical but I am suspicious that it was a scam since I chose a particularly cold bottle positioned at the till (to tempt) but away from the cill cabinet.

Friendly staff, despite being busy in the early morning. Coffee is ok. I am used to coffee having a more robust flavor, but still good.

They opened at 5am on Friday morning. Great for folks catching up on 6am lift flights

That Americano with cream was awesome. The food was good. A little expensive, but worth the money. Friendly staff :)

My Aberdeen to Manchester flight was delayed, so swung by Costa Coffee foe a late night café latte and Gluten Free Chicken sandwich. I must say that I was much impressed. The staff, the qualiy of service and the food was much improved from when I last visited last year. Very nice Gluten Free Chicken Sandwich. Thank you.

Traveling through Aberdeen airport, decided to get a quick coffee and cake, The coffee wasn't as hot as I like it but I only had a limited time to drink it before my flight or I would have asked for a hotter one.

Travelling back through Aberdeen Airport, the food & drink options are extremely limited airside. Either the pub-cum-bar or Costa Coffee. The queues at Costa were shorter so I went there. Ordered a Gluten Free Lemon Chicken Wrap, Café Latte, Smoothie, and Gluten Free Brownie, all for roughly £12. First issue - very limited seating / table area. I ended at sitting on a high stool, with a very dirty table. However, my Gluten Free Lemon Chicken Wrap was very good, and certainly exceeded my expectations. The Café Latte, smoothie and gluten free choc brownie are as you'd expect. Staff were efficient and friendly. I only wish they spent more time cleaning tables! I know its not all Costa's fault, determined by available space airside in the airport, but it does make the whole experience rather uninspiring!

Not spoilt for choice at Aberdeen Airport. Do yourself a favour - try to make a stop at one of the many food outlets a few miles South of the Airport. Great Toby Carverys and the like. My first flight into ABZ. Now I know. Ok, so I saw two places in the ABZ departure area. One expensive unknown one on the way in. Costa Coffee was the other, right by the departure gates. Great location. Known brand….choice made. Bad move. Payment made – the visa card machine asks if you want to leave a gratuity….you haven’t had any service yet? Nothing received yet? Bit off sides really. Lack of chairs and tables. No view of the departure board for gate info. When my order arrived I stood holding the tray for some 15 minutes waiting for a place to sit and eat. You know the chain so you think you know what you're getting. The tea was fine - given that it is a coffee house. The bacon and egg sandwich....well...all I can say is that is what THEY called it. I envisioned a fresh attractive pair of fried eggs cosily embraced by thick crisp bacon on a bed of beautiful fresh bread or toast...and for the price...some gold gilding and a reserved table. Oh man....what a horrible mess I got instead. I think there was some sign of leftover scrambled egg dumped onto something that sort of resembled bread (in look alone) with a few slithers of something that resembled prosciutto...that one cell thick slither of raw meat. There were some red dried things mixed in - possibly tomato in a previous life. It was the definition of gross. Despite the £6 or so pounds paid, and the desperate hunger...I could not palate the "offering". I tried, but two mouthfuls and my marathon was over. Sick bay. Man down. White flag waving. No more. Eat before arriving at the airport. Have tea or coffee on-board. If you're desperate for a cuppa - the other place at the airport may be a better choice. They had millions of places to sit down at ...right down towards the gates too and they had departure boards in sight. Costa...go visit your branches and try the "stuff" you cast upon clients. I have been to some branches that are ok. This one disappointed.

Abz Airport doesn't have a lot of choice for time killing refreshments as you wait for the call to go to gate whatever for your flight. There is a overly expensive restaurant/bar and way at the far end of the gate area a Costa Coffee concession. It has the same tired looking stuff found in Costas everywhere. The problem with this one is the lack of seating. You will find yourself queuing for ages; there will be a couple of free tables. But as you get served people will arrive and one will sit at the last remaining free table whilst his/her companion goes and joins the queue. I see the when that happens. So you're left with a hot paper cup of coffee and nowhere to sit except the low seats in the gate area, which will make drinking the coffee a challenge: to not spill it all over yourself and end up with 1st degree burns. Quality? It's okay. I mean coffee is coffee, right?

A very friendly young man served me and the tea was very good which is not always the case in some branches of this coffee chain

Ótima parada antes de viajar no aeroporto de aberdeen. Os sanduíches são frescos e saborosos, e o preço é justo.

Costa Coffee er i underetasjen på Union Square shopping senter hvor Jurys Inn er. Dette er et greit og enkelt sted å ta en kopp kaffe. Hyggelig betjening og god kaffe.

Tudo no Costa é saboroso, os sanduíches, os cafés. O atendimento cordial durante a correria do aeroporto é muito agradável também.

I bought a sandwich on my way out of Aberdeen which was very tasty and fresh, but when I checked my credit card statement I had been charged twice! A reasonably priced sandwich just became very expensive. I'm left wondering if this is a common occurrence for foreigners or just a mistake. As I was not returning to UK, it was not possible to organise a refund.

The staff are so friendly with chit chat whilst preparing the coffee. Always busy usually need to queue
