I normally stay here most times I visit Aberdeen and stay in Dyce. The Crowne Plaza is the only hotel in the vicinity to have a restaurant and is very popular with guests and guests from other local hotels. Food was excellent and will definitely be back.

Not usually one for eating at hotel restaurants, as they can be disappointing, but this one was a pleasant surprise. Ate here due to late arrival and found the whole experience to be very pleasant. Decent menu choices, well cooked food and excellent service. Very nice. The bruschetta was really tasty, and the burger was big and actually had an interesting taste. Not just bacon/cheese etc. Loads of jalapeños in there 😎 No room for pudding 😆 The beer was Tennent’s, as it should be. Bar and restaurant area have a nice vibe. Buzzy. Would eat here again in future.

This place is within crown plaza Hotel. Food is good- lunch was great! The place itself is rather chilly inside

Service was very fast when I visited. Had the ribeye and it was very good and cooked exactly as ordered. I'm quite picky about quality, but as far as my experiences at hotel restaurants go I couldn't be happier for the price. My friend said his burger was good as well.

Food was fine, staff were all pleasant, prices extortionate for the quality and portion size.

I had a pizza which is quite possibly the worst ever. It was undercooked and felt like eating mud. I ended up paying for a meal that I couldn't eat. I would not recommend this place at all. Or maybe just don't order a pizza. I complained about it and was told "I'll feed that back to the kitchen". So, it doesn't matter that my meal was ruined? Anyway, find somewhere else that takes food seriously and cares about what they serve to customers.

I've stayed at all of the Aberdeen airport hotels over the years. This is the one I look forward to staying at the most. The reason? Primarily the food is sublime time and time again. Breakfast is a treat when u include the eggs Benedict and pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. For lunch how can you fault the sandwich selection and sublime chicken

Ate here every time I've stayed at the Courtyard. Food is always good and comes out hot and in a decent amount of time. Staff working are always very helpful with anything that is needed.

Rude lady in check in desk at the restaurant. Just walked away. Replace her?

No bar, no grill... just room service if you have a room in the hotel... F... Joke this place next to the airport. If you are a foreigner traveling through here, do not expect any food or drink service...

Great food. Excellent service. Plenty to pick from and chief will try to accommodate requests. Great wine and prices competitive.

The food is quite tasty, and the kitchen is working hard and fast. The food is presented nicely on the plates. The overall score is brought down due to the appalling service, young men and women running around, and having absolutely no idea of how to prioritise. You request a meny, but nobody takes your order. The table is not wiped, and you don't get water, glasses, and cutlery. The staff is friendly, but they need somebody senior to run the place. Desserts are over-priced. Minor errors like ordering Ginger Beer and getting Ginger Ale.

After 1hr waiting for my burger I decided to leave the restaurant without eating

I must confess, the meals have improved tremendously. I believe the restaurant is the best in the Aberdeen Dyce Airport Area....and I have been to five hotels in that area. Meals are well cooked and sumptuous, staff friendly and polite....choice of drinks also good too.

The food was great. Good selection and quality was good as well. They could use a couple more servers when it gets busy and depending on the day it can get busy there. The staff is friendly and do their best to ensure you get what you asked for.

Stayed here a few times now and the hotel decor etc is excellent but service is always a problem. In general the staff just dont want to help out customers. Eg Car parking is always busy so one person says oh it's ok just park here it's fine but then in the morning you find a note on your windscreen saying "you should not be parked here " ! Also when you visit the hotel through business and pre book there is always an issue with ordering food on a pre booked basis. The hotel is really pretty hopeless when it comes to this.

I visited this the place the other day and the manager in the restaurant has the worst attitude I've ever came across. I simple asked if I just took a seat or do I wait to be seated. The women replied read the sign and went mental. I simply replied I never seen it, to which she still started venting off so I asked to see the manger and she said she was the manager. If she's the manager I think shes in the wrong job. So I asked to see her manager and he came over a sat me down. This women needs severely reprimanded as I bet you it's not the first time she's done this. Before the reply comes from crowne plaza check my many other reviews of other places and I can assure you I wouldn't put such a bad review.

Typical restaurant in a Business Hotel with a very fast turnover of short stay guests. Food was mainly of the steak/burger variety but the dishes ordered were well cooked and presented.

We had just arrived that afternoon and wanted an early dinner. Restaurant soon became popular. Meals were generous, tasty and of a high standard. Soup and bread was the first course followed by fish and a curry. Comprehensive selection on the menu.

Male server was rude, service was slow. The food looks real good but don't jump the gun yet. Scallop was good but I almost mistaken the steak for rubber; it was dry, tough, thoroughly cooked (despite having ordered medium which was recommended by the menu). If not for the extra shrimps I ordered, the chips would have been the most palatable item on the plate.

Surprised and delighted by the high quality of the food here. Perhaps not the widest choice of dishes but what was served was unmistakeably good and well-cooked. Excellent service.

Kelly and her staff provided a perfect evening with fantastic food. My wife, our friends and I could not fault the starters, main courses, or the sweets. I would recommend the sirloin steak and the house red. However my wife thought the mashed potatoes were amazing and raved about them all evening! Thanks Kelly’s team we will be back.

Sist jeg bestilte mat fra denne såkalte resteuranten, så var det hår i de friterte kyllingklubbene. Mistet fullstendig appetitten, og selv om jeg fikk ny så var dette rett og slett motbydelig. Denne gangen ble jeg satt ved et bord, fikk menyen og valgte ut det jeg ville ha, for så å vente på å bestille. Da servitøren endelig kom og tok min bestilling, så klarer hun å si at hun må se kortet til rommet mitt!! Jeg bodde på Crown! Jeg viste henne kortet til rommet mitt, men da sier hun at hun må se den andre papirkortet som viser romnummeret mitt. Dette var visst policy sier hun. Det holder med kortet sier jeg, men hun nekter. Da reiser jeg meg og går, for dette er rett og slett tull. Dere er en resteurant som skal servere kunder. Nå er jeg så drittlei denne resteuranten, så i morgen til frokost blir dette siste gang jeg noensinne kommer til å ete her. Se til h****e å skjerp dere!

I only popped in for a drink and a bite given the poor other options in the area but was disappointed again. I had the prawn caesar salad which tasted ok but was not £15 worth. 5 prawns, some dressing and parmesan on a small amount of lettuce doth not make a 'large' salad. I shop, so I know that was £2 worth of ingredients but more importantly I'd enquired about the size of the large and was told it was a main. So I left hungry. Why is it so hard to get decent food in the airport area?

Not my first review of this place, unfortunately its not improved much since the first time. Sat down, tried to order a starter and a burger. Waiter came back 5 mins later and said the burger is sold out and handed the menu back.. Dissappeared. I waited for a good 35 mins getting more and more hungry, nobody would come over. Finally after 40 mins my appetiser came, and I could order my main. Appetiser was a platter of dry bread and De-stoned olives from what I guess is a large glass of them. Didn't taste anything. And how on earth can you spend 40 mins putting bread on a plate and squishing out some aioli from a tube? In addition, the aioli (or whatever it was) had been sitting in the cup so long it had become dry. Come on! Another 20 mins and my burger (yes they apparently weren't sold out of burgers anyway) arrives, temperature is like a good wine. Which isn't what I expect from a piece of meat..its a comfy 40degrees Celsius. Ketchup on the table is half empty and already used by the previous victim, and as scruffy as I am I still don't want to stick my chips in a second hand ketchup. No towels or paper offered. Sitting at the bar i heard several complaints, one guy said the minestrone soup was a instant tomato soup and a couple of ladies that said their food wasn't good at all. Nobody seems to care though.

Terrible service, dead slow even when 1/3 full, staff with no customer service training what so ever. Two nights in a row managed to achieve same level of horrendous service. The only thing that took them longer than to bring the food was to bring the bill-total 2 hours for simple appetizer, steak and bill. Avoid by all means.

Food is decent, however it can take absolute ages for the food to arrive, even for simple things like soup etc. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful but I have also experienced staff who were fairly rude and one guy in particular who, whenever he passed my table, kept slightly bumping into me, slightly brushing off my shoulder every time he passed. I was getting increasingly annoyed by this as you could imagine.

The price doesnt correspond to quality. Too expensive!
