Not too bad. theres a lot that could be improved but the ultimate breakfast was quite filling. It came very quickly to the table. But a pot of tea is only enough for one cup and theres not much atmosphere here. Plus I could probably get a better tasting breakfast for cheaper or the same from a local greasy spoon.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We were in and out in under 30 minutes – and not because we were in a rush. The staff were unfriendly and dismissive, and the food was even worse. We went for the carvery, and I seriously regret not checking the reviews beforehand. The meat was overcooked, dry, and tough, while the vegetables were barely edible – limp, flavourless, and looked like they’d been sitting out for hours. We barely touched our plates before deciding to leave. Truly disappointing from start to finish.

Food was fine but the hygiene standards lacking. Hairnets and gloves were needed. The toilets were absolutely atrocious, no soap to be found and had to ask three times for a bottle from a staff member who was away with the fairies. Given most passing trade is walkers, some hot water and a bar of soap at a bare minimum wouldn’t go amiss. A missed opportunity to be something much better.

The staff left us stould at the counter for about 20, mins whilst they was laughing and joking with each other. When she finally turned up she looked at me as if I had done something wrong .. when I ordered the breakfast she said it be about a hour . The restaurant was nearly empty , I gave up waiting after 1,1/2 hours .

£ 7 por un pasty es absolutamente ridículo precio. No volvería aquí de nuevo, ni habría aceptado este precio si hubiera tenido prisa por hacer mi tren

We arrived at the café just before 9:00am having not visited the Denton store for 18 months or more. My family and I normally shop at Morrisons Dukinfield. The café at Denton was spotless, the shelves were full and the food looked well presented. I looked around the café, being surprised at the excellent standard of cleanliness around the seating area, drinks machine and the fridges. The one minor drawback was that one of the hot drinks machines was broken but, seeing as there are three hot drinks machines, this wasn’t a problem. The food; poached eggs on toast and sausage on toast, was excellent. We waited only a few minutes, it was presented hot and fresh and it was very tasty. The poached eggs in particular were excellent. The staff were friendly, polite and really helpful. We’ll be going back to the Denton store for breakfasts (and shopping) in future.

Spent £30 here just the other day, as we were loyal customers for years … and all the food was inedible. Chicken was reconstituted and something you’d find in a ‘Tesco’s own' 5kg value bag or something. Like chewing a piece of rubber. Had to bin. Pizza LOOKED fine, but had a horrible taste to it. Binned. Chips were mostly fine, but had the smallest amount of red salt I’d ever seen. And the two lick milkshakes were watery with very little ice cream. Nothing like they used to be. Basically the restaurant has cut back on everything, and doesn’t mind sending absolute crap out to customers. Restaurant keeps changing their name too, and now we know why. Don’t believe the positive reviews. They’re fake. Never again.

The cafe in the park is a public service yet this company has a card only policy no cash. The vast majority of customers are elderly or very young people who are out enjoying the park and stop for a snack, they discriminate against people for having cash only , disgusting service. Boycott any company forcing you to pay with a credit card

Rude unfreindly and unwelcoming. Serious customer service traing required. Stopped by with my brother who I had arranged to meet. I had my bike so asked my brother to look after outside while I used the toliet. He was then going to buy two coffees for us to drink outside. I naturally new I couldnt take bike in. I asked where the toliet was prior to using and no issue at this poiunt, I was told it was upstairs. Upon leaving to sit outside so I could guard my bike and my brother could purchase the coffees the team leader chased after me and gave me a lecture on how the toliets were for paying customers and not to use again in the future. This was so embarrasing for me and off putting for customers because it was turning in to a heated arguement and people were looking. Even a vicar tried to end the arguement. I was trying to explain that he hadnt given us a chance to make the purchase but was jumping to conclusions. I was trying to explain that it would of been better to have asked me if I was planning to make a purchase or maybe say something if I had not made a purchase and returned another day. I was explaining that I was going to look after my bike and my brother was waiting and going to make a purchase. I was also trying to explain that this has never happened to me before anywhere ever and I have lived in Guildford for nearly 60 years. My brother did still make the purchase but this episode really spoilt the enjoyment. I felt he had difficulty underdstanding my point due to language barrier issues. I dont think I would return to this branch. This was meant to have been the team leader and it could have been avoided if he had asked me when I first asked to use the toliet if I was making a purchase or when leaviong the toliet. I still dont think he understood from my prospective. This was probably the worst experience I have had in a coffee shop and I have travelled to over 40 countries all over the world. It is not neccessary to treat customers like this.

The tea was a bit weak. It wasn't busy about 4pm but the bin was full and the semi-milk jug was almost empty (enough for 2 or 3 more cup of tea). There was some rubbish on one table outside area. The rubbish was left there for the duration of my time there 30mins+

Very nice dessert in Chinatown area. The guy there was very nice and makes the dessert in front of you, so you can see the how he prepares th dish. The dish itself is very nice, tasty and satiety also a couple.

As a frequent Starbucks drinker, i decided to nip in this drive-through whilst passing. When I tell you I was given the WORST latte I have ever tasted I am not joking—frothy burnt mess. Nearly £5 for an un-drinkable coffee. Cheers 👍

We haven’t been since it was Timmermans. Unfortunately it has really changed and not for good. We arrived at 9:40am for breakfast. Upon arrival the waitress barely looked up to say good morning, so just sat at a table. First impressions was one of feeling uncomfortable and in hindsight we should have left. There were 3 waitresses and it appeared a manager on pc. No interaction with customers. Ordered breakfast not at the table but had to go over to the till and then had to wait for the drinks instead of being bought over to the table. The Tea was comical, barely enough tea for a cup. The tea pot was the tiniest pot I have ever seen. Breakfast was delivered but then the waitress said the cutlery is over on the other side of resturant. Breakfast was very average, over priced and with no service. Sadly not a patch on when it was Timmermans and will not be going again.
