The pasty was nice. I was served by Tejaswi. Not sure why everyone left such bad reviews, it's just a fast food kind of place. What is expected?

DISGUSTING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can’t believe how disgusting the pastry’s are here. I remember getting one two years thinking how awful it actually was but I thought I’d try again 2 years and it was bloody naff!!!!! 1000 calories in a small disgusting carbed up horrible meat piece of rubbish. Have a belly ache from eating half of it and the bird behind the till looked at me like… your making a big mistake! It’s just annoying that someone else who would appreciate this hot spot could be serving real food and no fake matrix meat to desperate hungry travellers! Close please!

The prices are high and their 'pasties' are tiny. Bland, tastless cardboard. The staff look and act guilty.

Possibly the worst coffee in London.. which cost £3.45 without being asked a size. It’s pure dishwater, guy was rude. I know they aren’t a coffee shop…. But still. Sell something drinkable. And I used to like their pasty’s.. obviously never again!

Never again. I book a collection on too good to go. The address on the app take me at other side of the road. When I found the place was 2 min late at the collection and the man behind the bar told me in extremely rude way that I was in late and I have to leave as the shop was close. The shop was full of pastry and also if I showed him that wasn't my fault, he did change his position. Don't waste food.. Sure, I waste food and money and the company lost a customer

Sunday 8th May, 1230 pm at Charing Cross station. I was served by an unsmiling woman who didn't say a single word. No 'please', no 'thank you', no 'have a nice day'; nothing - not a single word. An exceptionally rude woman. Secondly, and most importantly, the extortionately priced vegan sausage roll (£3.99) contained no filling! It was just a pastry casing. This is unacceptable. There is no-one to whom I can complain. Avoid. Rude staff and rubbish overpriced food.

The poor guy behind the counter was doing his best but there's only so much you can do with bad products. I opted for a 'sausage' roll...not convinced it had ever encountered a decent cut of pork. Cheap, grotty tube of meaty sludge wrapped in (not puff) pastry 🤮 had a bite and binned the rest.

As above, this is a poor approximation of a pasty shop. That in itself is fine, but don’t charge £6.20 for a bit of cold pastry and non-descript meat. Avoid. Please.

This is a fast food take away kiosk in railway Station. The pasty was warm the pastry firm but the filling was bland, fatty and sludge like with no identifiable pieces of meat nor veg. Poorly seasoned and thrown away after one mouthful. Suspect poor quality reclaimed meat (if any). unpalatable nasty This company are taking the 'P'.out of honest folk wanting a fair quality bite to eat. Knowing that most have a train to catch and wont come back to complain.

The croissant was overcooked and the omelette roll was far too hard and bland. If I lived nearby I would have returned the items. A total waste of money and far too expensive. Staff member overcharged me which luckily I noticed before catching the train. Find somewhere else as this place is not worth it.

Feeling hungry whilst waiting for a train. Chose the steak pasty which was a mistake. It was dry and obviously been out too long. Not a great deal of filling. Will not use this one again.

In our late sixties and travelling back from a hospital in scary times, we stopped here for pasties while waiting for our train home. We bought two small pasties cans my husband tapped his card to pay without checking the amount. Checking our credit card today we have been charged for two large pasties. The assistant was well aware we had small because we had to change our selection because there were only two small varieties left!

I was in London today with my daughters to see a West End show. On our way home from Charing Cross station to Crayford, we stopped at your kiosk on the station concourse. We were delighted to see vegan options as we have all been vegan for many years. I bought two vegan pasties (£3.99 each). We boarded our train and I gave one to my daughter and split the second one in two to share with my other daughter. It was full of chicken! Not only could we not eat the pasty but I object strongly to paying into the meat industry. Very disappointed. Would like a refund!

While I am sure these pasties are wonderful when they are fresh, I was very disappointed yesterday evening. I'd spent the day visiting family in the London area and was about to jump on a train at 7.30pm, so I thought I'd buy a traditional Cornish Pasty and a coffee to consume on my journey, which gave me about 80p change out of a tenner. Sat down on the train and pulled the pasty from the bag. Looked lovely. Took my first bite and hastily decided to leave it for a bit because the filling burned my mouth. I also realised that the pastry was so dry, it wàs almost inedible. After a few minutes to allow it to cool, I had another go. I had to snap the crust seal around the edge of the pasty off. I absolutely could not bite through it because it was rock hard. It was even hard to break it off! The pastry that surrounded the filling was slightly better but incredibly dry. It was like chewing toasted cardboard. Very unpleasant. The saving grace was the filling, which was delicious. It was very clear to me that my pasty had spent far too long sitting in a heated display, and should not have been sold. When selling a specialist product like this, quality control should be paramount. The person in the kiosk should be aware of how long pasties have been sitting for and replace with fresh ones when necessary. I don't think I'll be buying another pasty from these people for fear of the same thing happening again.

Heavy on the mozzarella; slow on the service. Bready crust and quite a weak tomato base. Olives a slight cheat but much needed.
