My egg and bacon sandwich was superb. Lovely fresh bread, crispy back bacon and fresh runny yolk egg. Made even more enjoyable by being able to eat it outside in the beautiful sunshine. If I were to criticise, it would be the coffee - lacked any flavour! I went for something to eat so can’t comment on the produce being sold.

I had to write a review after seeing all the negative reviews on here which quite frankly are nonsense!! We have been to this farm shop so many times at all different times of the year and times of day and it’s always lovely! Yes it is very rustic indeed but that’s the whole point and the unique charm!! The toilet is essentially an old barn but it’s all part of the fun! The cafe is also an old barn type building and very cosy inside, the staff are always lovely and the food is ALWAYS delicious! We started a New Year’s Day tradition last year that we’d come right at opening time for a sandwich (and a sausage for the dog!) and then a lovely walk round kinver edge after and did it again yesterday and we had a fabulous sandwich (shout out the two ladies there who looked after us!) There’s something about drinking a cup of tea in those chunky white mugs after eating bacon that makes it taste even better! I’ve bought eggs from there too and they’re huge and sometimes double yolkers! So ignore the grumpy reviews, if you like rustic charm and are not a narrow minded princess, it is more than worth a visit! See you all again soon…but most definitely next Jan 1st!

We were in the area and thought we’d give it a try has we needed some veg and hadn’t been there for years. To be honest the selection & and quality were dire. It’s lost sight of what it started out as, a farm shop. Hot food seems to be the priority & the fruit & veg come a very poor second. The box of banana’s were black & some of the red onions we’re mouldy. If this is celebrating local produce give up and just stay as a cafe.

Family consensus was that it was the best bacon & egg / sausage / toasted cheese sandwiches they’d ever had! Lovely staff, really yummy food, decent coffee. Definitely glad we stopped by, and will be doing so again. No photos - we ate it all!!

Popped in for ice cream after being up kinver edge. Took the kids to the breeze blocked toilet and thought better of it. As a h&s person it felt ramshackled with bits of machinery and hay bails lying about

Usually, food and service is good. However today, 18/03/2022, after waiting nearly an hour we still had not been served even though people ordering after us were being served as soon as they ordered. Food not good.

Absolutely stunning location, loads of people out walking their dogs, but the place is ramshackle at best, only two very young girls working there. In no hurry at all to get your food out to you and when our sandwiches arrived the sausage was so over cooked it was inedible. As if it had been on a BBQ for the full 40 minutes we waited. If they made a little investment and gave a little bit more care this place could be as good as the cafe at Clent.

Missed opportunity here, first of all we were forgotten and when the sandwich’s did arrive they were awful, my triple sandwich was just so bad undercooked/ overcooked mess, complete waste of money and time.

What a terrible place. A really wasted opportunity. The situation is ideal and it could be so good if the owners had any gumption. It is tatty and totally uninspiring. I can't bring myself to waste any more time writing about it - just don't bother going there !

Staff seem disinterested when we arrived. Next to no eye contact. Ordered a couple of toasties and two cups of tea which took 15 minutes to arrive. Food was ok but nothing special. Overall we weren’t made to feel welcome, more as if we were creating work for the staff.

Neither a cafe or a typical farm shop. The entire place smelt of fried grease and that is all that was memorable so we left without any purchase.

We Had a bite after a walk. The walk was lovely but when we stopped for a rest and a snack the burger was very dry and tasteless, not pleasant at all.

Stopped after a beautiful walk on Kinver Edge for a coffee and cake. Had already seen awful reviews so had decided not to have a breakfast. It was truly appalling. The woman serving had no idea what she was doing. She kept mumbling about needing to check her phone to see what to do, got our very simple three drink and cake order wrong, ignored us to serve someone behind in the queue and then gave me the wrong change by £4 which was rectified when pointed out. My daughters hot chocolate was an undrinkable watery mess presumably one spoonful of cheap hot chocolate powder was used and two coffees were cheap and weak. The flapjacks were congealed with what tasted like cheap margarine. It was just all awful. Why wouldn’t this place take care and want to thrive?? People would come back time and time again if they knew what they were doing, smartened the place up and didn’t try to do things as cheaply as possible. They don’t deserve to be open. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

We enjoyed the Maize Maze. We also had a spot of lunch there; the choice of food was very limited, basically a toastie or cake, and the service was slow (they also forgot about us), but all in all a good couple of hours. As a tourist I probably wouldn’t make a special trip there, but after a visit to the rock houses just round the corner it was a choice to keep the children entertained for another couple of hours.

We stopped by here on our way back from Kinver Edge rock houses, the entrance fee to the maize maze was £7 each which is alright but makes it a bit pricey if you have a large family! The maze itself is very steep and you get worn out very quickly with it, it’s hard to avoid the hills as the paths don’t give you any other option! Nice little addition in there for the bridges and tunnels for children to play on, we found 13/14 of the characters with the last one seeming impossible to find even with a hint from staff before we started! The woman that set us off on the maze was lovely, she spoke to the children with enthusiasm and got them all excited! Overall a nice place to stop but it’s hard work!

It's the second time we've been in the last two weeks & each time had great food & service. There is a new manager who has improved things & we're looking forward to going again. Last time I had the mixed grill from the specials board which was fantastic. Not only good food but good value too. I've been recommending The Vine to friends since.

DELICIOUS! I never leave reviews, but this place deserves one. Food is stunning and prices are so reasonable for the quality of food you get. I highly reccomend this place and we will be coming again.

My family went for Sunday lunch yesterday. We have been here many times and always pleased with the food and service. I had the nut roast and it was absolutely amazing. My husband and daughter had the beef. Vegetables were cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend this pub for Sunday lunch ☺️
