Incredible happy with the staff and my food yesterday but couldn’t help but to notice the young gentleman i saw his badge Otis in there smelt like weed which I got a massive whiff of it as he served me and when I said thank you he looked out of his head I do not think that it is appropriate in an manor to have a member fog staff under the influence of alcohol or of drugs

After my shopping trip yesterday I went to the Asda cafe Weymouth for a cup of tea where I was immediately disgusted at the smell of weed coming from the lad working there he looked like he was off his face may I also add this was the same one who I’ve seen several times making phone callS whilst at work and leaving another staff member to cook serve and make drinks this is totally out of order for someone to be on drugs smelling strongly of it and working in a cafe where children and people visit Asda sort it out I will be taking this further

Called in for a fish and chip lunch on a Friday. Staff took a while to take my order...then I waited and waited for it to be ready.....eventuually when it did I asked for garden peas but received "mushy" ones instead. The idea of a supermarket lunch is to order eat and go ....it didn't happen! Massive training also replied in customer service not good

Shopping ok, but look out for the biggest rats ever in the carpark. They are all over carpark. We saw 4 and that was only walking to the car.

They are failing to provide toilets in the Cafe area that meet regulations. You need to sort it out. It has been well over two weeks now so no excuse. Get it sorted

At first glance, the layout would look like it would reduce waiting time due to the fact you could grab your own tray and pick what you wanted yourself.BUT NO.I chose a feta and tomato pitta which she asked if she would like it heated and I said 'just a BIT please.' The lady said she would bring it over so I went to sit down with my friend who ordered a jacket potato with cottage cheese.A few minutes later she returned holding my food and my friend's food. Warned me the plate was hot, little did I know that it was SCORCHING hot. Obviously microwaved for too long, the edges were rock hard. Not to mention I had to wait for my food to cool down massively. The filling smelled like hot sick. My friend's jacket potato was cold in the middle but the plate was hot which made no sense!This whole time I was watching the staff closely which were middle-aged ladies and stood around chatting looking like they were having a mothers meeting; one lady was on her personal mobile and made hot drinks for herself and her colleague. Going back to the waiting time, when ordering we were waiting about 15 mins where there was no one to be seen, but then a lady appeared with a plate of sandwiches with no crusts for the gentleman in front of me, who then proceeded to serve me. There were 3 people behind me in the queue and during this wait we were all debating whether to leave.To conclude, the staff were very unprofessional and were clearly more interested in chatting and faffing about with coffee and Facebook than to care about the quality of the food and service they were providing for people, which is very disappointing considering this is a large chain and you would have thought they would recognise bad workers but obviously not. Asda needs to sort itself out.

Service was diabolical...staff were terrible...food was disguising...for an outlet such as Asda you would have thought they would have been a little professional...NO ...the food was cold, under cooked and just rank...never again...Oh and a small bottle of coke..£1.44p... bizarre....

We called in here, drawn in by the great food photographs promoting the meals. When the meals came, they bore no resemblance to the ads. A tiny, over cooked lasagne with browning salad and cold chips. A ploughman’s quiche that was inedible and tasted more like a sour bruschetta again bearing no resemblance to the picture. Topping the food off was two tepid coffees and a bill for £14. Just not worth visiting this cafe. The food is really awful.

My friend and I called in here for lunch, I wanted jacket potato with beans, they had none and my friend wanted the soup, guess what they hadn’t any (and this was lunch time) all they had was panini dried out lasagne or dried out chicken, we had panini each, absolutely disgusting just like a load of mush. Also wanted a coke from the machine but that was broken so we had a bottle each. The napkin dispenser was empty so I asked the lady if she had some and hey ho they had ran out. And also we had to wipe our own table down, needless to say we won’t be coming here again. Went to customer services who were very nice and gave us our money back. She said they’ve had loads of complaints

me and my 2 children decided to go to the cafe in asda but never again! my children had beans on toast and it was more like beans on bread it was hardly toasted I had burger with chips and side salad the chip were burnt and luke warm the salad was warm and my burger looked like 2 burger patties that were accidently cooked together and was not cooked properly! also the 2 members of staff that were serving looked dirty and they didn't have a clue what they were doing! all in all a very bad visit and will bot be returning.

We had the meat and vegetable Lasagne - both were truly revolting - taste, texture and portion size tiny. The system (or no system) for taking orders and serving was chaotic. There was one Woman waitress who was delightful and trying to do her best regardless

Popped in for lunch with daughter and grandson. Dreadful choice of food. Disinterested staff. Card machine not working. Paninis when we finally got the. DISGUSTING. why oh why did they not have the sandwiches, salads etc that they have in their sandwich section in the shop itself? Enough said. Never again.

Called in here this afternoon just to have a quick drink. They seemed to be short staffed. The guy on the till was taking the orders, making the hot drinks and taking the money. We had to wait for about six customers to go through all this (about 12 minutes), just to pay for a cold drink. I thought they were a bit "spot the brain cell" at first, but it seems they have to work to such an incredibly slow system for all with few staff.

This is my favorit supermarket in Weymouth. They have all you might need. Open almost all day and the busses stop right outside. However, the parking lot is often full.

We do not have an Asda near us so it is somewhere we make a beeline for when we visit our holiday home near Weymouth. Great shop, great café, great prices. Even the clothes range is pretty good for both sexes.

This was my first visit to the Weymouth ASDA store, once we picked up our shopping trolley (obviously not literally) we decided first to go up to the first floor, we had a really good look around popping things that we hoped to find into our trolley, after we got all that was needed up stairs we decided to pop into their cafe, there were only a handful of people there at various tables, we picked our drinks and biscuits up paid for them and found somewhere to sit, nothing very exciting about all that, the experience was just normal.

Aquí el desayuno apareció esta mañana. No hay cola, pero tardaban mucho en servirnos. No tiene ningun champiñones o rollos de Brown, a pesar del hecho de que había muchos en el supermercado en donde se encuentra. Esperamos media hora para mi tostada, que nunca apareció.

Las compras en el supermercado Asda cuando empezó a llover decidimos tener un almuerzo, gran error se situó en el mostrador para unos cinco minutos antes de que yo pudiera llegar al macho para servir la comida pedimos pescado y patatas fritas y scampi y patatas fritas. Ambos eran horribles los scampi era muy cocidas y las patatas fritas eran obviamente congeladas y horno cocinado. El pescado era deficiente, con un montón de pasta y guisantes blandos eran simplemente los guisantes. Sé que no es caro, pero la calidad es tan mala que no comer allí.

Mientras visitaba a Weymouth con un amigo mío este fin de semana tuvimos necesidad de repente a Asda por algunos alimentos para la cena. Al entrar en la tienda de mi amigo preguntó la señora (con pelo muy corto recortada) en el escritorio donde los inodoros estaban. Para ser justos, nos de un poco de prisa y no vi la señal. La señora de la recepción que era claramente 'charlando' con amigos respondió a mi amigo en un tono más rudo y sarcástico" Así que allí a la derecha no lo son!".

Great staff very helpful and polite had a very enjoyable meal and drink will definitely come back again. .

Always an interesting store to look around, & what's nicer than a Hot Coffee, & some delicious Fruit Bread, Toasted, with Butter. Very Moorish....... large Menu for Breakfast, Lunch, or a Cake & a Cuppa?!

Mi esposa y yo no nuestra tienda semanal, nuestro principal, en Asda en Weymouth. haremos principal tienda en Asda es porque siempre hemos encontrado el mejor nivel de supermercado para mercancías, relación calidad-precio, servicio, asesoramiento y personal amigable. Recomendamos esta tienda para nuestra familia, amigos y, al espectador.

Yo trabajo para una caridad y conocer un cliente mío en Asda y a menudo tienen un almuerzo rápido allí. La comida es bastante buena relación calidad-precio aunque es estado por un tiempo. Las raciones son generosas, pero se puede esperar para las edades antes de que alguien te habla. Esperé mucho tiempo pensé que había vuelto invisibles.

Food warm pastry of meat pie needed a numatic drill to cut wood definitely give Asda a miss for food only went because the one in Cribs Bristol excellent
