1st time visiting this Cafe because I was getting tyres done at Kwik Fit opposite. This place is very clean and lots of seatings. I often drove pass and always noticed there are always customers in there, it says alot about this Cafe. I had bacon and egg sandwich and black coffee, all good and not greasy. And it came with a few French fries, very nice little touch. Staff and owners were very friendly and polite, and made you feel very welcomed. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Really impressed with the meal at this pub. A warm welcome by the staff and very helpful with regard to a disabled guest, providing a ramp for the one step up to the restaurant. The room was airy, light and stylish with outdoor tables as well. The food was delicious and really enjoyable so can’t wait to go back again. The staff made it a special occasion for the birthday girl and we appreciated their attention to detail. I have to mention the ladies loo - very stylish, smart and clean. This was a really enjoyable experience, delicious food, friendly staff and lovely surroundings.

Just visited this place for the first time. I had a burger that I couldn't finish and a nice pint. I then left and went on my way, completely forgetting to pay. One of the staff members caught up with me in town and told me I hadn't paid about as politely as it is possible to say it. I obviously apologised for my mistake and returned to settle my bill. Really sorry for my mistake that was all mine. This review is the least I can do to attone for my mistake. Give these guys a chance but please remember to pay.

We had a wonderful evening at Ormer Mayfair. The food and service were outstanding. We’ve been to a couple of Michelin-starred restaurants before but this was definitely one of the best. The finesse that went into every single course was remarkable, service was friendly, charming and attentive, and prices were absolutely affordable for what was on offer. Very happy we chose this establishment for our anniversary. Highly recommended! Thanks to the Ormer Mayfair team for this memorable experience.

Had a collection to make from down the road so broke the journey up with an overnight stay. Room was lovely, food was superb and the staff were freindly. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed an exceptional dining experience here while celebrating a special occasion. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information regarding halal and alcohol-containing menu items (note that nearly all meats served are halal). They also presented a complimentary dessert to commemorate our celebration.

We spent an evening in the Rafters enjoying the tasting menu with the wine pairing, and were blown away not only by the delicious food and excellent wine choice but also the outstanding service! All staff members, whether waiter, manager, cook or somelier, were absolutely lovely. And very honest when we were about to accidentally overpay. We would come back and enjoy the whole experience again in a heartbeat. A big thank you to all of you for the great experience! <3

Booked for 10 course taster meal for £200 completely disappointed. Not one dish stood out and some not pleasant at all . Have been many times before and always great food not tonight… Staff excellent such a shame about food expected so much more . Will we go again ??? Not sure.

Wow what an experience from food, staff and service. We had the tasting menu and everything was delicious especially the scallops. Alex and Ivan looked after us and we’ve never had that level of service before they were well attentive and friendly.

This is the place you can rely on for steaks. Very classic steakhouse with many locations throughout london

Food was tasty, had a carvery but only got 2 slices of meat which considering they had 3 meats out and you could've asked for some of each, I thought was a bit unusual, I've always been given 3 slices wherever I've had a carvery before. Veg was nice but roasties were a bit anaemic. Gravy was banging though. Had a bit of an issue with my drink service but the manager apologised and was happy to put it right, as it should be. Great customer service in the end. Would go again.
