Attentive, friendly service. Great quality food (pleasantly surprising Cypriot infused menu - as a half-Cypriot I enjoyed this part!). Food arrived promptly, hot, and tasted delicious. I had ‘The Cypriot’ panini, and my partner had the Knutsford burger. We’re only passing through Knutsford but would definitely visit again.

A large group of us around 18 adults and 13 children visited last night for my husbands birthday. We had pre booked with the owner as there was soo many of us. I wanted to leave a review to thank the lady behind the bar, I believe her name is Lisa (known as Leaf), she was soo busy but was really nice, polite and welcoming. This is one of our local pubs and we had a great night, thank you Lisa

Easy to book on line Reasonable waiting time. Nice atmosphere Great food. Our table had three different choices - duck, beef and trout. All of which were beautifully cooked Lovely staff who were cheerful helpful and attentive. Would recommend.

Very helpful staff who are willing to help. Food was hot and didn’t take long to arrive. Nice calm atmosphere. Reasonably priced.

I really recommend this places expecially when you have children. My sun was very happy to see the little animals 😊 and they have a very nice coffee shop and some farm products .

A disappointing experience : Our drinks order was initially wrong, they missed off two of our drinks and brought three glasses of water, for a table of 5. We never did get the last two glasses. The food then arrived and we were also served a wrong dish that went back to the kitchen. The food was okay, but the brioche sausage bap looked a bit dry. Everything else was okay. When the bill came, they had added a 10% optional service charge, and our group decided to pay individual amounts of what we had, including our own tip values. When we had all paid and went to leave, the waitress came up to us and said we had underpaid by £4. I saw on the screen that the service charge was still included in the total, so I explained that if she removed it, she would see we have actually overpaid and the overpayment is a tip, just not the amount they requested. She didn’t seem to understand and insisted we paid. My friend ended up just paying the £4 in the end as we were holding up other customers. This isn’t amount the value of money, it’s the principle behind it. We are people that do like to tip appropriately and adding an optional service charge is something I would expect from a restaurant serving a full menu (starters, mains, desserts etc), not a café that provides light bites. I’m afraid I won’t be back for a while, I don’t want to feel like I can’t go there for a coffee without being asked for extra money!

Thought I'd treat my sister so we came for a light lunch. Each ordered cheese savoury sandwich on brown bread -simple, yes? Waitress arrived and we were given cheese savoury in a white roll.... Like Mrs Overall had taken the order. Gave up trying to catch waitress' attention re. her mistake as we had a hospital appointment to get to so just ate it. The filling was a thin smear of cheese savoury. I would have been embarrassed to serve this at home, my family would ask where the rest of their was. We did raise the issue to the young lady who took our payment, no resolution offered. Poor effort skimping on filling at these prices. Would have spoken to owner about it but they were busy on the phone trying to fix their problem with card payments not working and we had to get to the hospital. Fortunately, we managed to get the cash together. I know it's VE day but rationing of cheese ended in the 1950's. Could not recommend.

Woohoooooo….. been craving for jerk chicken and goat curry and i had both of them here and yes i will back again !! Yes back again for half jerk chicken .. thanks for lovely service to your lady behind the bar. xx

Lovely friendly cafe, they were so helpful and accommodating with offering to do different food for my Dad who is on a special diet. Great toastie/sandwich and coffee would definitely recommend. Great kind customer service, thank you.

First time of eating here, while visiting family in Saltburn. What a pleasure. Lovely staff, great wine and excellent food. A lovely way to spend a couple of hours. Hoping to return when next in Saltburn.

Lovely village pub,ample seating outside , didn't eat but will be back for food .just go and see for your self.

Stopped off after visiting the lakes for a quick breakfast. The young lady informed me that although they were suppose to be closing the kitchen at that moment but would make the exception to allow us to eat. Staff were very polite, warm, welcoming and kind and the food was amazing. Will visit again for sure.

Stayed here for 3 nights and was so impressed with the whole experience The rooms are very clean and comfortable We enjoyed a peaceful sleep The meals are very good great value for money and we were really spoilt for choice during breakfast The staff here are amazing Natalie and Stacy were so helpful and friendly they were able to meet every need or request We really feel their professional approach and customer service made our stay so enjoyable We will be definitely returning to stay again

We came here for lunch whilst visiting Bude. We called in to book a table, as our daughter was impressed with the vegan options available. Glad we did as the restaurant quickly filled up shortly after we arrived. All four of us agreed that the food was really tasty and will definitely return when next in Bude.
