Called in for breakfast. Service was prompt and the food tasty. Friendly atmosphere.

Lovely brunch this morning. The bacon bap, the bacon with poached egg and the sausage sandwich were all delicious and beautifully presented. Very helpful staff and quick service. Nice friendly atmosphere, definitely will return

Me and my friends came in on a Sunday for coffees and and food, I had a flat white and a chicken and bacon baguette. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was lovely. Would recommend to anyone in Knutsford :)

this is a lovely cafe and dog friendly. very pleasant staff. nice and quick too, which is what we needed after a long drive. we only had drinks, but food looked very nice indeed. the only thing which wasn't nice, was a dirty ladies toilet door, the rest of the loo was fine just the back of the door.

Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive, not only was it the wrong order, it was cold. I ordered a Panini with Fries. It came with cold Rice (no chips) and my Panini was cold. Another customer came in 10 minutes after us and his food came up within 10 minutes of him placing his order. My observations of being sat upstairs was that it was dirty, my plate didn't feel clean when it did arrive and the Kethcup/Sauce bottles were disgustingly filthy, like they'd not been cleaned for weeks. £27 for a disgusting cold meal in a filthy Cafe. I won't ever visit here again

Walked in and was greeted by a smile . Got a table by the window . Waitress took our order of a homemade lentil soup and a salmon and avocado salad . Very good value and nice decor inside especially the lighting . Recommend

Terrible ! Only stopped off for coffee… sat down, waitress advised that the coffee machine was broken and we’d have to have a cup of tea! No problem I thought… Ordered a desert, waitress came out 2 mins later to say they had ran out. I then ordered lemon cheesecake…. Tea came out, it was lousy and weak… should have asked for 2 more tea bags but I was giving up at this point. Waitress brought out Baklava … which is not ordered I just wanted a simple brew and a bit of cake 🤣

My daughter took my partner and me to this, a favourite cafe of hers. We loved it. Service great, atmosphere great, light lunch food very nice with some nice Turkish choices. Will come again.

This is a brilliant place. The food is great and the staff are really friendly. Generous portion sizes and all the dishes I've had from here have been really tasty. We love coming here for breakfast or brunch. It offers a great selection of British and Turkish dishes.

We came across this rather charming cafe whilst venturing the streets of Knutsford early one morning. The cafe looked impressive upon initial glance from the outside, whilst inside very clean. We were greeted quickly, seated immediately and the owner came back with our menus. We noticed there was also an upstairs area so in essence it was a decent size for a cafe. The place opens everyday, 8.45am - 5.pm The postcode of the cafe is WA16 6ED, It was difficult to park outside but there was a car park on Malt Street, just around the corner, WA16 6DX. Toilets were upstairs, scrupulously clean. We ordered the Eggs Benedict which was priced at £10.00 & the Omelette priced at £10.80 both decent value as both meals were delicious. The only critique was on our time here we encountered loud and boisterous fellow diners who seemed not to care about keeping the voices down which made it difficult to hear your own conversations. This is not the fault of the cafe, just unfortunate, that said, the cafe does have an open plan kitchen and the noise which comes from the kitchen was what sounded like continuous banging of pans etc, this could be easily rectified if the placed doors onto the kitchen to minimise the noise entering the dining area. All in all, a lovely cafe, decent value, superb food cooked to perfection, fresh ingredients and an extensive menu range, We will definitely come here again when next visiting the North West.

Very nice man who runs things 10/10 Atmosphere and Service Real nice smoothies and the food was even better If i were to reccomend an item fron here it would definetly be the Steak bagguete and definetly try one of their smoothies out!

Poor service ordered glass of Pinot blush was given zafandal by mistake asked to change was then given white wine as they could not find the rose wine and jacket potato was rock hard so not very good experience

The food was really disappointing, the breakfast wasn't bad, but my salad lettuce was brown bordering slimy and very unappetising, the burger was dry and a strange colour. The wait staff was completley uninterested, shruggered her shoulders and took my card. Paid £40 to leave the food virtually untouched. The reviews are so good, we may have just been unlucky but won't be back to find out.... maybe just stick to breakfast.

Eaten here many times... Food ok... However, as petty as it sounds, my friend and I were given a loyalty card a while ago... A stamp for each drink... we've had lots, and not always collected our stamps... On our recent visit, I gave who I think was the owner the card,1 stamp....4 drinks!! I'm certain it wasn't 1 stamp per visit! When I questioned,his attitude was really vearing on not understanding what I was talking about! We are in no rush to return. It's the principle, we have spent alot of money in this café over 6 years! It's a drink,yes, that's all, but it's called customer service!..

Very disappointing - didn't get what I ordered which was a charred chicken burger instead got a plateful of flattened chicken over spiced with a salty rub, a soggy pitta and some bland rice - not what I had ordered and also as I have a homemade falafel pitta most days at work I did not want this on my day off. Coffee fairly bland but hot. Husband thought he had ordered a panini but got a toasted sandwich stack and chips. A calorie overloaded meal which pained us terribly to pay £27 for at lunch time. Staff were pleasant although incorrect order served - won't be going again and wouldn't recommend

It's a hidden gem. I had a cup of lovely coffee after having a walk in Tatton park with M33 walking group. The staff was so friendly.

Very busy as it often is here but manager is hands on and gets you seated. We were upstairs but he was up and down taking orders and delivering the food. Everyone served in order. Great food and reasonably priced for the area. Back again soon, no doubt.

I love this place, amazing food and prices, me and my friends love it here. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing and came out very quickly. Coffee and juices are great prices and are lovely :) Overall great atmosphere and food :)

Went with my family, their was a very friendly atmosphere from the staff, I got a tuna melt panini it was very delicious would highly recommend and eat from again!

I had a great Turkish Breakfast (Sucuk Yumurta) with freshly squeezed orange juice. The breakfast consisted of Turkish sausage, fried eggs and green pepper, with a separate plate of cucumber, olives, feta cheese, baguette and borek. Not sure what the borek consists of but I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. It made a nice change from a typical English cooked breakfast, which they also do. The staff are nice and friendly and the building, part of an old pub, has character.

Food was a huge disappointment! Steak was so fatty and inedible, eggs greasy! Bacon, sausage ok but beans hard and Luke warm! The chef needs lessons. To pay £22 for this will live with me for ever! Food arrived in less than 5 minutes which gave a huge warning sign! Obviously been sat in a hot plate and not freshly cooked!

Not sure if there is a new chef but the last couple of times I have visited the food has been awful. Omelette arrives like scrambled egg & Jacket Potato is like mashed Potato. It's clear the baked potato is cooked in the microwave. Very disappointing

I wish we hadn’t stopped here as after ordering we realised that everything and everywhere was filthy. From dirty walls to dirty floors. The high chairs were painted black and I wouldn’t even dare to have put a child in there. We were sat next to disgusting mops and brushes. They were absolutely filthy and so old. The light bulbs were covered in dust. I really felt we should leave. Our food came and it was basic and not very well presented I couldn’t eat it. but if that’s the environment they let you see god knows what it’s like behind the scenes. The owner needs to have a sit at the tables and look around at what customers see. I’m sure he’d be shocked at how worn and filthy everything is. The staff were pleasant though.

Cafe on the Corner is situated in the King Street of Knutsford. It provides Turkish and European cuisine. Food is absolutely fantastic and good value in price. The waiters and waitress make us feel welcome. Recommend this cafe :)

Lovely cafe serving a variety of foods including Turkish breakfast. I had the eggs benedict and my wife had salmon and scrambled eggs. Both were delicious and generous portions too. Very nice staff and atmosphere, will definitely call in when I'm in Knutsford. Open at 9am on Sunday too!

Enjoyed the Chicken Kebab. Very tasty chicken, quality rice and fresh side salad, really nice sauces. Only area that would complete it would be a more traditional wrap. The pitta was okay.

Visited here on a rainy Sunday morning. Was very busy and loud but the food came really fast and was just what we needed. Simple breakfast but really, really tasty. The young wait staff were so lovely, friendly and professional too

I love this place fantastic selection of food I have at least 3 coffees a day great valve for money and I often eat from their delicious Middle Eastern menu the service is spot on I highly recommend this this place

This is the second time we have visited this cafe. We went back due to how much we enjoyed it last time. Very friendly welcome and very attentive to our family. We had Turkish Apple teas and luxury hot chocolates as well as some cakes. All were really tasty and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back next time we visit the area.

My food was cold, I had the no meat breakfast, the staff member took it back to heat it up, it came back only slightly warmer. The scrambled egg was awful, it looked more like an omelette that was sliced up. I ended up not eating the breakfast. Slightly warm quorn sausages are not pleasant. However, the staff were very pleasant and my companion was very happy with his steak baguette.

Great local cafe, situated close by Tatton Park, serving a wide range of tasty, well priced fare. Very family friendly and recently refurbished to make it even more accessible for those with prams or walking aids (once you get past the few entrance steps). The menu ranges from drinks and light bites (tea/coffee/milkshakes/cakes etc.) through to filling lunchtime meals of omelettes, paninis and more. However, take the time to explore their Turkish selection of dishes. Kebabs, mezes, and so on - well seasoned and cooked fresh on their grill. There is seating on two floors inside, with limited seating outside in a small courtyard. It's popular spot with locals and visitors alike, always busy but only rarely absolutely full. That said, you can book ahead if you have a larger party and need the seating guaranteed, especially at the weekend lunchtime peak. Staff are friendly and attentive, and you do not often find yourselves waiting for service. In addition to the on site dining they also offer an extensive range of takeaway options that cover most of their main range of popular dishes, plus things like breakfast sandwiches and take out beverages. All in all a cherished part of the community and well worth a visit if you're in town.

Great little cafe with lots of choice

Stopped here on our BCC ride to Tatton and Knutsford. Called a few days before to pre book a table as we were a group of 14 riders. Safe cycle storage and a lovely seated area for us all together. Great food, superb speedy service. Very friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go again. Thanks all for looking after us. Charlie. BCC

Three of us called in this cafe for our lunch . We sat at a table upstairs and were served quite quickly . The chargrilled chicken was really nice and you got plenty of it with rice and side salad Also I had a cheese, ham and onion panini which came with chips . We ordered Halloumi fries between us ( they were little oblong pieces of Halloumi rather than fries shape ) which was a nice change and were lovely . I would say the only thing to improve the service is to not clear the table before everyone has finished eating and also ask if finished before just taking the plates . I would go again and recommend this place .

A warm welcome as you enter and freedom to chose a table of your choice. The menu combines local favourites with an eastern Mediterranean slant. My Knutsford ‘gourmet’ burger featured two tasty patties accompanied by fresh tomato and salad and was served on a sweet brioche bun with a scattering of freshly cooked chips and a spicy mayo served in a separate pot. My wife’s Greek salad with extra an avocado looked most appealing and yelled freshly made reminded us of Greek holidays. Service was excellent and seemed to be a multigenerational family set up

Had fantastic lunch here, great selection of dishes with a Turkish influence. Huge portions, well filled paninis , bacon cranberry and Brie, with side salad.

From every perspective a five star visit. Great service even in a very busy environment. Amazing coffee, then great food, well cooked and generous portions. The lamb kofte was fab, but then so was the avocado and salmon salad, and the meatballs and the chicken...

I don't normally post bad reviews, but this was a big disappointment. I didn't want to make a fuss as it was the morning after my daughter's wedding. Out of 7 breakfasts 3 were ok. Based on my meal alone there would only be one star. My eggs were so bad, bacon stiff as a board, luke warm beans and cheap sausage. For £9.95? Not good enough.

Great value for money I had a steak baguette which was really tender and came with chips and salad for only £8.50

This is a charming little place. We went for Sunday breakfast. I had the eggs royale with avocado Delicious and importantly- the 2 poached eggs were done to perfection which is a rare thing in cafe food. There's a beautiful mural of Istanbul across one wall. My grandchildren were fascinated by it . The staff are lovely, attentive but unassuming in correct balance .

Lovely and clean - looks like it's been done up recently. Pleasant, nicely turned out staff but best of all a big notice on the way in indicating that food allergies are not a problem here.
