From the minute we walked in we were put at ease. We were offered two different areas of the restaurant a quiet one and a slightly rounder one where there were some bottomless brunch going on . Opted for the more atmospheric side and they picked us a perfect table . The evening we were served by Matthew, Max and Alesia. I’m a pretty fussy eater, but no matter what we asked for a little tweets here and there to the menu everything was done without a fuss. The food was lovely, and I can’t wait to go back. Our first visit and it won’t be our last. The manager was lovely also . We had gammon and carbonara with a garlic tomato and cheese bread to Start . All was perfect .

Went for supper last night. We were served by Sophie who was new. We needed gluten free options which we were quickly directed to. Steak on the stone was stunning very tender and cooked perfectly as you finish it off yourself I had hunters chicken which was huge. We both had a starter Nice selection of drinks at the bar Very friendly staff who seem to work well as a team Thank you

Have driven past this a number of times. Just off the M25 on a roundabout. Plenty of parking. Have to register to park. Fantastic menu. Good value. Not cheap but great streaks. Extremely friendly service. Really nice inside. A little surprised by this but should not be. Good bar. Great ambience. Clearly very popular. A great treat. Lots of special from the app if you have it. In the area? Great place to eat with the family.

Food was very tasty although we'd all have preferred a larger sized portions for the price of the meals! What was disappointing was the price of a non-alcohol beer which cost £6.00! With the 10% service charge that was £6.60 for a bottle of beer! I can buy this drink in the supermarket for under £1.00 so the mark-up in my opinion is unacceptable.

Exceptional Sunday roast, thank you. We were made very welcome by the friendly staff who accommodated us and our dog despite having not booked and during peak service. The house wine was excellent and the local real ale perfect. Thanks again, highly recommended

We stopped here to break our journey down to Gloucester and were made very welcome. My husband had the gammon and I had Hunters chicken. Both were freshly prepared and very good. If we lived locally we would regularly visit based on our experience.

We have eaten here before but have only ever sat outside for drinks/snacks. On this occasion we sat indoors for a full cooked meal at lunchtime. The internal decor was pleasant and the ambiance excellent. Despite being almost full there was a very quiet and refined atmosphere. The menu was varied, interesting and most mains were around £15. Everything we had was delicious and well cooked. The shepherds pie was exceptionally good - the best I’ve ever had. Our only criticism would be the rather too ’al dente’ veg. The service was exemplary and we will definitely return.

Booked last minute and they fit us in no problem even though they were really busy. Food was great. Boeuf borginon was delicious. Recommend the Malbec with that. Service, cannot fault it. Long day for all the staff but still smiling and couldnt do enough, especially Amber and Gabriella.

I was always a fan of the Reliance, which Three's a Crowd replaced but was willing to at least give the new owners a try. I first came here shortly after it opened. The food and service was good but it was quiet and seemed to be struggling to invoke the same loyalty as the previous restaurant. However, I had occasion to visit again a couple of months ago - just a walk-in with a group of friends - and in every respect it was markedly improved. The food, always good, is now magnificent, there's the usual great range of drinks and the service is attentive and friendly. I'll be going again, either for drink, food or both.

Called and had fish and chips, the fish was undercooked and the batter was soggy and inedible, my partner couldn’t eat it, the burger was ok but expensive for what it was and a small portion of chips for £17 is a bit cheeky in my opinion. Not as good as it used to be unfortunately.
