Went for my birthday bottomless brunch and got amazing service from Hollie and Amy, they were both incredibly helpful and the service was so quick.

Awful food and service! On a Sunday lunch, family of 3, pub empty with max 2-3 tables, they said waiting time it's 30 min, which was already weird as the pub was not crowded. 2 burgers and a fish and chips, after 1h wait they came to say there is no fish, food arrived after more than 1h, burnt, quality worse than McDonald's. The excuse was there was 1 chef only, but then why do you get bookings (as we booked!!) if you are unable to keep up. I don't understand the good reviews. Maybe for drinks, not for food, but the drinks are what you find in any pub of the UK!! Would not recommend!!

10 of us came here today for the bottomless brunch. Food was great, our servers Emily and Niamh were fantastic. However, after the brunch we decided to stay, and moved seats to the main bar. We failed to get served at the bar, and consequently left. In this day and age of competitiveness , I feel that the management need to be aware of where they are failing.. Service to 10 people would be a nice " bar take" , but it couldn't be done... so sad!

Neve and Amy H were excellent today, they were so friendly and made the pub feel very welcoming, the food made by Matt was absolutely excellent!

Lovely pub with a good atmosphere. I'd suggest asking for terms and conditions when ordering cocktails. A 2 4 1 deal means two of the same cocktails even though nothing is printed anywhere till you go to the bar to order. Utter madness when they are either £14.50 or £13. So explain the reasoning because the bar staff can't......

Popped in for some food with a friend for a little catch up and Amy A was brilliant! She could have been more friendly. I had the BBQ ranch chicken and it was bloody lovely. My friend had the fish and chips which was like a whale. Thanks so much Amy we will definitely be back soon.

After going to the Prince of wales on Sunday afternoon for a bottomless brunch I cannot praise how good it was.Amy H was the perfect host looking after us very very well always serving with a massive smile on her face and it was not just her all the staff were brilliant. The food and drink were plentiful and excellent. There is doubt in my mind the Prince must give you the best bottomless brunch in Lincoln, if you have a chance go here you will not be disappointed

Had a 'family' Christmas bottomless brunch on Sunday, and what a great time we had! Amy H was a fantastic host, and kept the drinks flowing for the full two hours, food was great as well, would thoroughly recommend. Well done to all at the Prince of Wales for such an enjoyable experience.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, we had tea there and the pizzas where gorgeous with the garlic tip, fries amazing too. Went back the following night for a beer and relax.

Was a bit disappointed football was on. Made us feel self conscious of our volume while people were watching.

Slow service considering it was very quiet. Biggest issue the disgusting men’s toilets, the smell of stale urine hit you as soon as you walked in and the cleanliness was non existent.
