An amazing establishment which is a must for all RAF Officers to visit, even if only for a fleeting visit whilst visiting London, it is a delight to experience.

Lovely ambience and service. Food was very good and the cosy sitting rooms are ideal to sit back and enjoy an aperitif or coffee/tea afterwards to extend your visit. Plenty of parking and a lovely choice for an upmarket dining experience in Ashford. Winter is lovely with rich furnishings in the lounge and fires burning.

Lovely to see the owners again absolutely loved our breakfast. Order was spot on. Reasonably priced for a small full breakfast My Mocha was just how I like it . I would definitely recommend this family run cafe .

Honestly, one of the best dinners we had in Brighton! Food was 10/10 (we both had the steak, which was perfectly cooked + sides, starters and dessert). The service was excellent, always careful and responsive, but not intrusive at all. Plus: it was my boyfriend’s birthday and they made him a very cute plate with birthday wishes. Super cozy atmosphere! Couldn’t recommend more!

Went for breakfast and honestly cannot fault this place. One of the breakfasts I've ever had when eating out. Every element was great (even things like the tomato and mushrooms which are often neglected). Also the portion size on the standard breakfast (in a good way) is ridiculous! Service was genuinely delightful with friendly attentive staff that really seemed to care about the experience. I've also been for lunch, dinner and Sunday roast which are far busier services but again cannot fault this fantastic pub/ eatery! Highly recommend.

Proper, honest food with big servings! Pet friendly on the bar side. Eclectic decor which adds to its charm. Would definitely return!

Sadly, breakfast not as good as it used to be - stone cold plates(!) so food quickly cooled, & was not hot to begin with! My companion's regular breakfast looked like a child's breakfast, served on a small plate. No switching out items allowed. Sorry to say that even though I like to support small businesses (family-run even moreso) and have been to this one a few times, I will not now be returning for a breakfast.
