Le poulet était vraiment mauvais et gluant, le sol du restaurant collait, les tables sont sales, le restaurant est très sombre sans lumière et l'odeur dans la salle de réception n'en parlons même pas. En plus les toilettes sont payantes même si l'on a consommé, du grand n'importe quoi

Got a takeaway via delivery service. As usual there were items missing. We never seem to get our whole order. Had a 10 piece bucket, which consisted of 8 legs and 2 thighs. Having worked at a KFC previously, I know this should have consisted of an equal amount of dark and white meat and smaller (legs and wings ) and larger pieces (thighs and breast). A thoroughly unsatisfactory meal. I have now given up on KFC, a waste of £40. Won't ever be getting it again.

This KFC is above average with good service, in and drive through is good never have to wait too long . At the end of the day it’s fast food not fine dining. Clucking good food

Disgusting experience I was half way through a very cold big tasty and chips that tasted like they were sat there for 10 hours however was very hungry after working all day so carried on eating my big tasty burger to find I was pulling a long piece of human hair out from the back of my throat after choking on it, then started vomiting for over an hour and half from the thought I’ve just chewed on someone’s hair, germ alert.. I then spoke to the assistant manager called Aaliyah after explaining that I was f**king livid and it was disgusting that there was human hair in my burger she acted very stuck up her own arse there was no Curtesy or consideration for me the customer she then proceeded to tell me everyone’s wearing hair nets well how the hell did hair end up in my big tasty burger, you must have an employee plucking his or hers hair out and deliberately putting it into peoples meals, disgusting place disgusting food disgusting service avoid at all costs. I just hope the new macdonalds that’s opening up near Asda DOES not have the same ownership because it’s crap!!!! Also sort your managers out they have no communication skills and think they are right!!!!

Ordered through Deliveroo. Took nearly 2 hours. All food stone cold. Hamburger sat so long at shop the ketchup had completely dried into the bun. Bun on big mac was almost black. Missed out a drink. Terrible.

Called into KFC in Hereford today. I last had one almost a year ago and thought the fillet burger was significantly smaller than it used to be. It looks like they've done it AGAIN. The paltry size of the chicken in my burger might as well have been a deep fried beer mat with KFC coating. 😡 £7.99 for the meal is a bloody rip off. Especially when you're still hungry and have to buy a supermarket sandwich to tide you over.

Just need to warn people never to spend £39 on the party bucket 2 times now ordered with the belief of receiving fair amount of quality of chicken for the price! Only to be giving small portions of chicken that looks pitiful and a joke considering for the price Never again and I will force people not to bother because it’s disgraceful and a complete rip off. This was ordered as a family meal as a birthday treat and completely to the piss out off hard earnt money!!! Thanks KFC , your a joke

The food was cold, infact the only thing that was warm was the Pepsi Max (no ice) I took my Zinger burger back as it was stone cold and as tough as a brick. It was replaced by another stone cold tough as a brick bit of chicken. It also had no salad on, it was a tiny piece of chicken with some mayo spred on. I will never ever go back to this hell hole again. Oh and the bun was soggy... joy!!!! The staff here look like they have the troubles of the world on them, miserable, lifeless and rude!! I will be complaining to the customer care team about this lifeless he'll hole of a place. I would of given it no stars if I could. Awful place!! AVOID

Awful food and horrible service. The staff are rude and take ages to serve you. The food stank and made me feel sick. When I complained about my order I was told there was nothing they could do.

We ordered our food and it came sloppily presented . After looking , my drink was wrong and when I went to change it, the staff were rude and ignorant. I sat down and my mum noticed they had forgot her cheese that she paid extra for so she went to collect it. Again, the staff were really rude and after asking for cheese , they actually handed her a slice of cheese with no gloves on. My food tasted off and now, 6 hours later I’m throwing up uncontrollably. I have eaten nothing else and I haven’t been in contact with anyone else. Appalling.

El peor KFC de la historia. Colocado mi pedido en la aplicación, la aplicación le pide que confirme la recogida una vez que llegue a la tienda. Fui al aparcamiento de la KFC de Devonshire Road. Clic en recoger cuando salí de mi coche. Entré en la tienda, la orden ya estaba sentada detrás del mostrador no estaba siendo maquillada como pensé que lo haría. Este pedido debe haber permanecido allí desde que se hizo el pedido en la aplicación. Vivo a 15 minutos. Estos artículos estaban fríos. Nota para el gerente de KFC de Devonshire Road: debe vigilar a su personal y capacitarlo correctamente. ¡Esta orden fue desperdiciada!
