Nice place to eat, chicken crispy and tasty, friendly staff. Chicken always fresh. Best in area. Good for all people. Recommend for everyone

Not been here for a while, but now they have stopped human beings taking orders, its all got to go through a machine. All well and good, excepot the machine took my order but couldn't give a receipt, and you were limited on options you could select, like no function for no ice in drinks. I went to the counter and finally got the attention of a member of staff, I said the machine wasn't giving receipts, to be told that it was faulty - perhaps a notice telling people this? Despite using a machine to take orders, the customer service was slow and the staff didn't seem bothered. Very disappointed.

This place is perfect… if you want recooked chicken, uncooked chips covered in pepper? And a drink which is flat, full half with ice and attitude from the lovely staff inside

Le poulet était vraiment mauvais et gluant, le sol du restaurant collait, les tables sont sales, le restaurant est très sombre sans lumière et l'odeur dans la salle de réception n'en parlons même pas. En plus les toilettes sont payantes même si l'on a consommé, du grand n'importe quoi

Ordered through Uber eats. Was told delivery 20 min, kept going back and back. Took 1.30 hours in the end. The order was wrong, we didn't get our gravys, they gave me a chicken burger, not a Zinger Tower burger and the drinks were wrong. The food was cold. So after waiting 1.30 hours and got less than we paid for. We were bitterly disappointed. Now trying to complain but they dont make it easy!

Excellent friendly service, food was piping hot and wry tasty, khalid served us very friendly helpful guy. Will use again Thankyou.

Had 3 different cheese burgers and none had any pickles or onions and the burger was thinner than the cheese slice . Traumatic experience to say the least

This KFC is above average with good service, in and drive through is good never have to wait too long . At the end of the day it’s fast food not fine dining. Clucking good food

Ordered through Deliveroo. Took nearly 2 hours. All food stone cold. Hamburger sat so long at shop the ketchup had completely dried into the bun. Bun on big mac was almost black. Missed out a drink. Terrible.

Called into KFC in Hereford today. I last had one almost a year ago and thought the fillet burger was significantly smaller than it used to be. It looks like they've done it AGAIN. The paltry size of the chicken in my burger might as well have been a deep fried beer mat with KFC coating. 😡 £7.99 for the meal is a bloody rip off. Especially when you're still hungry and have to buy a supermarket sandwich to tide you over.

Just need to warn people never to spend £39 on the party bucket 2 times now ordered with the belief of receiving fair amount of quality of chicken for the price! Only to be giving small portions of chicken that looks pitiful and a joke considering for the price Never again and I will force people not to bother because it’s disgraceful and a complete rip off. This was ordered as a family meal as a birthday treat and completely to the piss out off hard earnt money!!! Thanks KFC , your a joke

The food was cold, infact the only thing that was warm was the Pepsi Max (no ice) I took my Zinger burger back as it was stone cold and as tough as a brick. It was replaced by another stone cold tough as a brick bit of chicken. It also had no salad on, it was a tiny piece of chicken with some mayo spred on. I will never ever go back to this hell hole again. Oh and the bun was soggy... joy!!!! The staff here look like they have the troubles of the world on them, miserable, lifeless and rude!! I will be complaining to the customer care team about this lifeless he'll hole of a place. I would of given it no stars if I could. Awful place!! AVOID

What an absolute disgusting place. Cold food rude staff ignorant and loud. The worst dirtiest kFC ever. Avoid like the plague

We ordered our food and it came sloppily presented . After looking , my drink was wrong and when I went to change it, the staff were rude and ignorant. I sat down and my mum noticed they had forgot her cheese that she paid extra for so she went to collect it. Again, the staff were really rude and after asking for cheese , they actually handed her a slice of cheese with no gloves on. My food tasted off and now, 6 hours later I’m throwing up uncontrollably. I have eaten nothing else and I haven’t been in contact with anyone else. Appalling.
